• Rachel (7/5): Good - Great sized apartment for 4 adults. The kitchen and lounge area were good. Location was good with transport links to the tourist locations. The air-conditioning did not work. It turned on but didn't make a difference to the apartment temp. There were 3 air-conditioning units and none of them made any difference, even though they were on the entire time we were there. The hosts need to fix this issue as it made the apartment uncomfortable.

The host - It had two rooms They advertised air conditioning and when we arrived, it was broken and no one responded to our messages once we brought it to their attention. The AC was not working.
• Marlene (10/5): This place is perfect for at small group on a trip to Milan. It is nice and clean, has all the facilities you need insid - Good service, nice and clean, central but still quit, nice both inside the appartment and outside on the balcony.
• Luu (8/5): Good stay in Milano - The property was nice, spacious, clean and very nice design. Giovanni and Arianna were super helpful and answered our questions even at midnight. :) The location was also quite convenient and neighbourhood was beautiful. The price was quite high but I guess it's because it's Milano. Also there wasn't enough hot water in the evening. There were 6 of us taking showers and for the last 3-4 people there was no hot water anymore. And we were not having showers for too long (10 minutes each), and nor was it there in the morning. The coffee machine didn't work either.

• Léa (9/5): Superb - We could organize the check in time flexibly. Check out time was stretched to 12am after request. Appartment was well furnished. Balcony is awesome. Beds are comfy. Prior to the trip it was not possible to reach the host via booking.com (no answers). I had to contact them via Whatsapp after finding a phone number on the booking.com website of the appartment.

• Csk_94 (8/5): Perfect location, great place for a short break. - We loved our stay here! The man who checked us in was very helpful, talked us through everything and made sure we were happy before leaving. I also thought it was lovely that we recieved a message via booking.com a few days into our stay to check we were happy with everything. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short break. We stayed in winter and it was warm, although a little too warm for us but we could adjust the heating to suit. The location was AMAZING! Short walk in/out of the centre, but also plenty of great shops and delicious restaurants in closer proximity. We would have rated our stay 10/10 if some of these things hadn't been overlooked. We felt the cleanliness and attention to detail could have been better, when we arrived there were cleaning sprays left out, a full ashtray on the balcony, bulbs not working in some lights and some instructions on how to adjust the heating would have helped us on our very warm first night!

• Marc (1/5): Terrible. - At agreed arrival time nobody was there to let us in. It took time to reach them by phone. Then after 30 minutes the cleaner was sent. He said cleaning was not done yet. We wanted to leave immediately and money returned. Booking.com could only say the owner should agree in this. The owner could not be reached though. Very disappointing.

• Jaskaran (1/5): Do Not Stay Here!! - - Firstly it is difficult to find your way into the flat unless you read a full booklet of instructions. parking on the street is a nightmare as very limited availability, and the car park next door is over 30 euros a night. Secondly this flat is located on the 5th floor with No Air Conditioning so very uncomfortable in Summer. I opened the window and got numerous insect bites. I was not given bed sheets on my bed!!! when asked, I was told the cleaning company had make a mistake. I therefore had to spend the first night, in a very hot room on synthetic bedding, with no covers at all. I was told they would sort the next day as it was late. I was then messaged after 11am, by which time we’d left, to say when can cleaners come. as we were out they advised they couldn’t gain access, so I had to spend another night in a bed with no linen!! I managed to find a couple of pillow covers in a set of draws, so that eased the pain slightly. The worst part, was when I asked for a refund I was told I would only get this if I gave a score of 10 on this review. I obviously refused, and thus no refund was given. Very disappointed, especially considering we paid a very high rate for 2 nights. I have everything evidenced, including messages from the management company.
• Day (5/5): Uncomfortable and inconvenient - elevator and spacious No air conditioning; no fans at all in the flat to move the air; no bug catchers and with no A/C the windows had to be wide open and the mosquitos and bugs were very bad at night. Communication with the host was not good: 1) instructions for getting into the building and finding the keys were awful, 2) we asked for early checkin, as we had been traveling since 4:00 am. The host indicated that it might be possible and then the flat wasn’t even cleaned (and was trashed) at normal checkin time at 3:00 pm. The location was very inconvenient to the metro (13 min walk) and the main train station (requires a transfer). I would not stay in this area again.
• Basel (1/5): I would advise against booking this apartment - The only thing we liked about this apartment is the fact that we only spent one night only and nothing more. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Arrived at the building with some missing information on where the apartment is located apart from the floor number. After we unlocked the lockbox, there was no key inside!!! We tried calling the property numerous times but there was no answer whatsoever. Reached out on WhatsApp and the response we got was “I can’t talk right now”!!! Turns out the housekeeper took the key home with her. Had to wait for over an hour by the door till she gave us the key. There’s no AC in the apartment, it was very hot and we had a very uncomfortable night. One of the bathroom doors was not working and when we asked for help we didn’t receive any response. I run a property on booking.com and I understand that mishaps are bound to happen, but what was mostly frustrating was the lack of response and professionalism from the host. The apartment has potential, but it’s going to waste with such management.
