• Ping-Jen (8/5): - 住宿地點很好，到中央火車站或巴士總站都不遠，周圍超市和餐廳非常多。房東Daniel聯繫回應都很即時 浴室乾溼分離的遮水板最下面有縫隙，洗完澡浴室地板一定會濕，可以提供多一點踏腳布或抹布

• Stefania (8/5): An excellent option if you're looking for a flat in Munich - It’s perfect for a single traveller with just hand luggage who wants to cook simple meals. Daniel is a very responsive host, he replies to messages straight away and tries to sort out any issues. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to visit museums, and it’s also close to the historic centre. Public transport is nearby and convenient. The flat is quiet and bright. I was on the fourth floor with a balcony facing the courtyard. Check in and check out went very smooth. Highly recommended By German standards, the flat isn't exactly spotless. I’m not a clean freak by any means, but there are certain spots in the flat that definitely never get cleaned. For example: the bedside lamps or the shoe closet in the entrance. And I found a hair on the pillow and a couple of piles of dust on the floor as I walked in. The main station is on the parallel street. As in any big city, there may be some sketchy characters around. But during the day, there’s no problem at all. And if you walk in direction museums, there’s absolutely no problem.
• Veronika Flóra (9/5): - Perfect location - transportation and useful spots (like stores, cafés, restaurants) are easily available. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, great place to stay if you are staying in Munich.
• Tina (9/5): - Lokacija je blizu centra mesta (10 min hoje), zelo blizu je tudi podzemna in glavna postaja. Stanovanje se nahaja v urejeni stavbi, nasproti je garažna hiša (15€/noc). Kuhinja je dovolj velika, da si lahko pripraviš hitri obrok (mi smo si pripravljali zajtrke), postelje so solidno udobne, meni super pomembno-dovolj je tople vode v tusu. Zelo vroče v sobi, tezko pa je imeti odprta okna, ker je stanovanje na prometni cesti. Za 3 ljudi je soba res majhna, ampak z otrokom je bilo solidno. Zelo majhna kopalnica. Slaba svetloba, ker so luci slabe oz.slabe zarnice, mracno.

• SEMA (9/5): Gayet keyifli... - Otelin konumu mükemmel, her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün, odanın sıcaklığı ve sessiz olması çok iyi ayrıca Daniel'le iletişim kurmak kolay ve o çok nazik bir ev sahibi...keyifli bir tatil oldu çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutfak eşyaları tencere vs. daha yeni olabilirdi..
• WEN (9/5): 慕尼黑中央车站酒店式公寓选择 - 位置很好，入住简单，是个酒店式公寓，房间厨具，微波炉，咖啡机，水壶都有，橱柜里面居然还有调料，橄榄油，醋，盐，胡椒。自己做点自己喜欢的菜完全没有问题。就是房间确实小，三个入住确实有点小了。进出都还是比较安全，晚上回来晚了，还需要输密码进公寓大门。 要是能有洗碗机就更好了，不过房间面积确实没法安排了。

• Olessia (8/5): - Ein nettes Studio, ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Einfach und komfortabel, nah am Hauptbahnhof und am Zentrum, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren in der Wohnung 25 - die ist auf der Strassenseite des Hotelgebäudes, da ist es laut / Strassenlärm.
• Andrei (4/5): - The only thing I liked was the location. Close to the center. I can't recommend this hotel. The room doesn't match the photo. It looks much better in the photo. The floor was dusty, the dishes were stained, as was the stove—we had to clean them ourselves. The room was terribly cramped and uncomfortable. The hotel itself feels more like a refugee center. If proximity to the train station and the city center is important to you, you can ignore all this; if not, you'd be better off looking for something better.

• Denis (10/5): A perfect, comfortable stay in a great location — highly recommended! - The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right in the city center, close to public transport, restaurants, and everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and the room was warm and comfortable. The bed was great, and I really appreciated the quiet environment despite being central. Honestly, there was nothing major to dislike. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
• Mutlu Serdar (8/5): Konumu ve fiyatı itibarı ile her zaman tercih edilebilecek bir yer. - Konum mükemmeldi, tren garına ve şehir merkezine çok yakındı, garın alış veriş imkanları ve marketler oldukça yakın mesafedeydi. Odaya giriş için ön bilgilendirmeler yeterli ve iyiydi. Aynı binada bulunan otelin resepsiyonuna bagaj başına 2.5€ ödeyerek valizleri bırakabildik. Odanın ısıtması oldukça iyiydi, gecede devrede kalıyordu, konaklamamız esnasında hava soğuk olduğundan rahat ettik. 3 yetişkin olarak kaldığımız oda boyutları biraz küçüktü, 3 kişinin valizleri ve eşyaları için dolaplar biraz azdı. Banyoda havlular için askı olmaması biraz tuhafımıza gitti. Akşam odaya geldiğimizde odada biraz koku oluyordu, pencereyi açıp havalandırınca kısmen azaldı.

• Maria (10/5): - Шумоизоляция, близость к центру, уютно, чисто, есть ресепшн с зоной отдыха, автомат с напитками и пивом, чистые застеленные кровати, все необходимое для приготовления пищи, автоматические жалюзи, достаточно розеток, красивая душевая, близость остановок, супермаркеты рядом и ж/д вокзал. Приятный персонал. В подвале ечть стиральные машины (не пользовались). Есть лифт. Никто не беспокоил. Нельзя курить (как почти везде в Германии), но есть зона для курения возле входа. Нет питьевой воды (возможно, можно пить воду из-под крана, я не знаю).
• Ceyda (8/5): Basic comfort for few days - Location is easy to reach and quite central. Convenient if you only use the room to sleep but not spend time and relax. Since it was summer and hot; airconditioning was not functional. We left windows open for fresh air but traffic noise makes it hard to sleep. Decoration was also quite packed; hard to fit our luggages.
