• Chelsea (8/5): Very good - Close the centre of Milan and metro. Modern and clean. We were travelling around Italy so was very busy and felt like the owner of the property was constantly messaging me. Especially when we left the property.. had to pay tourist tax, which I completely forgot & because I weren’t answering my phone (we were on a plane btw) they rung me 4 more times and messaged me several times!
• Maria (7/5): Nice apartment close to metro- basement - Nice location, close to metro Porta Romana. Nicely decorated, renovated apartment. Enough space for 3, even 4 people. Ok we knew it was below the ground floor but we didn’t imagine that we would have to carry our luggage first up some stairs and then again 1 floor down to get to the basement. Also the noise from the AC (probably) was not tolerable during the night. Some odours from the bathroom also! But overall ok compared to other houses we have rented in Italy.
• Victoria (9/5): Great place to stay for a little family :) - Clean and practical apartment in a great location. Close to the metro and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. (The metro currently has no lifts working so be aware of that if you have suitcases). Really nice building . Would have been happy to stay longer. It was awesome to have a cot , high chair and some toys provided too! Very responsive host. Not a problem for us, but would be very tight to have four adults in there.
• Angelika (10/5): Great place, friendly host! - The apartments were fantastic! I booked three for a trip with 3 families. Very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We were all delighted. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the metro. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. I recommend it and if I ever return to Milan, I will definitely stay there again :)

• Harutyunyan (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Valentina is very hospitable. We arrived early and allowed to be checked in earlier. There are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional rooms and professionalism! Better than many 5* hotels - Stayed here for the second time and would not stay anywhere else in Milan! The level of cleanliness of the rooms, equipped with absolutely everything you could need, as well as the level of professionalism with which they are managed is truly, truly exceptional! To give you an idea - I checked in at 1AM, and could not find the plug converter (the previous time I had found in the room a UK plug converter which was massively appreciated - not always found even in 5* hotels!). I messaged Valentina, the manager of the property, at 2am but obviously did not expect a reply until morning - Valentina replied immediately and with amazing attitude, was super helpful, and in the end we found the converter. Would recommend this to everyone who wants a flawless experience, and especially for work / business trips!

• Max (7/5): Nice modern flat - The apartment is very nicely furnished and clean. Check-in was easy, you don't need a key, you can open the door via app. When we booked the apartment, we were not aware that it is located in the lower level. The check-out is quite early.
• Joanna (9/5): Apartment close to the centre - Apartment very close to the centre in quiet area. Nice soft towels. Good shower. Nespresso café. Pillows too hard.

• Paula (10/5): I definitely recommend - Everything was great. From the host to the location. The apartment is newly decorated and very modern. It's a five-minute walk from the metro station and it only took us 15 minutes to get to Duomo. In the apartment, we got everything that we could need (shower gel, towels, dishwasher tablets, all kitchen equipment, paper towels, basic cooking spices, welcoming bottle of wine...) The host Valentina was really helpful and answered all of our questions. We could leave our luggage in a safe space since we had our flight in the evening. Check-in is online. We will be back! The apartment is on -1 floor and has only small windows on the top of the walls (it still has a lot of light). But for us, it wasn't a problem at all.

• Karina (10/5): Clean and comfortable! - Location is close to subway and restaurants. Bottled water, wine and nespresso pods were provided upon arrival. The cleanliness of the apartment and host kept in touch throughout our stay ensuring our comfort. Options for a thicker blanket would’ve been nice! But that’s all :)
