Omar (8/5): Cozy apartment in an excellent location - A very cozy apartment in an excellent location. It’s a quiet place, but you can quickly get to any tourist spots from there. The apartment has everything you need, including all the essentials for cooking. The staircase mentioned in other reviews seems to have been taken care of – it’s clean and everything is in order. Unfortunately, there is some issue with the heating in the apartment. The radiators were barely warm, and one of the bedrooms had no heat at all. The host tried to fix it, but he couldn’t resolve the issue during our stay.

Nam (7/5): Only the heat bothered us a little, but overall it was good - In general, we were satisfied with the house and its location, only the staircase and the common area were very dirty, and it is definitely necessary to install an air conditioner inside the house in the living area.
