• Medina (9/5): lovely Milano - Nice place in a great location — about a 25-minute walk from the Duomo or just 10–15 minutes by tram. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

• Jonatan (8/5): Es bonito y limpio pero muy frío y ruidoso. - Está limpio y es bonito La calefacción no funciona y hace bastante frío, cuando pasan los tranvías se escucha muchísimo y vibra todo el apartamento, solo paran de 2:00 a 4:40. Se acaba el agua caliente rapidísimo.

• Chiara (10/5): Fedele alle foto, comodo, pulito, facile da raggiungere anche con lo sciopero - Finalmente un annuncio che pubblicizza una stanza e poi ti da effettivamente quella stanza invece di farti ritrovare in un bugigattolo antico con la sensazione si essere stato appena truffato. Fedelissimo alle foto ed alle indicazioni. Super comodo, vicino alla metro, facilmente raggiungibile in bici. Forse servirebbe un porta asciugamani vicino il lavandino del bagno. Nelle spiegazioni d’arrivo quel “superare la porta” è un po’ dubbio nel suo doppio senso di “attraversare la porta” e “superare la porta andando a quella dopo” ahahahah Ma davvero, sono proprio delle sciocchezze perché questo appartamentino soppalcato è una delizia.
• Nammen (9/5): - l'appartamento è stato una sorpresa per quanto è stata fatta bene la ristrutturazione, esteticamente molto bella e anche molto funzionale, è presente tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole e il bagno è dotato di un piatto doccia molto comodo, veramente bravi. Il letto matrimoniale è su un soppalco e quindi bisogna stare attenti a non sbattere la testa ma lo spazio è suffficiente a non da la sensazione di essere a ridosso del soffitto. lo consiglio. per sicurezza aggiungerei un altro passamano su tutta la lunghezza della scala che porta al letto, in modo che una persona possa tenersi con due mani sentendosi più sicuro specialmente quando scendi.
• Carina (10/5): Lovely accommodation! - The location was very good, the apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed, the area was quiet and easily accessible, there is a tram stop in front of the building, and grocery stores are nearby. Everything was perfect.

• Pellegrino (6/5): Bella posizione, peccato per i rumori - Ho apprezzato molto la vicinanza all'università Bocconi, la centralità del monolocale e le dimensioni. Non ho apprezzato i rumori dei mezzi, che non consentivano di dormire, l'aria condizionata che non funzionava e non aver avuto risposte dall'host su anticipo del check-in.

There is a tram stop right in front of the house, so even though it's slightly outside the city center, traveling is not a problem. The house is relatively clean. There is ongoing construction inside the building, so it can be noisy if you stay on weekdays. It’s difficult to find the key upon your first visit. Due to the construction, there were instances of power outages. The water gradually turned cold while showering, which caused some inconvenience.

Good communication from host. Good location for us (our son living across the street) with easy access to public transportation and very large grocery store short walk. Nothing was bad... it was very nice. People should be aware that it's really on second story with no elevator. Construction in building with noise during the day. The bed is a loft with very steep stair access. None of this was bad, it just may be difficult for some people.
• My.montage (10/5): Cute apartment, well located, I'll definitely stay again - The apartment was excellent. Location is so good, near trams. Clean, neat, and tidy. Smart TV. Everything is newly renovated and the design is very smart and decorated very nicely. Comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything. The loft bedroom wouldn't be comfortable if you're tall or get up during the night (as you could hit your head) in saying that it wasn't a big problem for me.

• Kevin (7/5): Decent value for money, in a convenient location. - Apartment was around the corner from a tram stop which was very convenient. A short walk from nearby restaurants and bars. Cooking utensils were lacking, there were no kitchen knives of any sort so we resorted to using a dinner knife. There was also no cutting/chopping board so we had to use a plate. Freezer compartment in the fridge did not shut properly, we think the latch was broken or frozen over - the entire freezer compartment was full of ice since it could not be closed completely.

• Joana (9/5): Superb - The studio is really lovely and well designed. We had welcome snacks, coffee pods what was really nice. On a hot summer night air conditioning does not cool the upper part of the apartment, therefore it was very didficult to sleep.

• Aina (6/5): Good location and apartment but no elevator and very dusty - Very spacious, furnitures are new, with great facilities such as cooking hob, microwave and oven. Ongoing construction next to the apartment making the apartment VERY dusty. not recommended to people sensitive to dust. Also, apartment is on the second floor and has NO elevator. Not recommended to people bringing big luggages. Curtains are see through.
