Guest Reviews
- Jelena (4/5): Would not recommend. Needs lots of improvement. Sorry. - Just location, we needed to catch train early in the morning. And it was quite clean. Water pressure was non existent. Was 37 degrees outside, couldn’t have a shower water was cold hardly dripping tried to adjust 40 minutes later it gone very hot then couldn’t get back too cooler. No air conditioner just a fan. To get key you have to go to different place about half an hour away, but if you want key delivered pay extra. And very loud at night time, felt like there wasn’t any windows. So yes that was the worse place we ever stayed.
- Miguel (8/5): Good apartment - The apartment is nice if you're using it to just sleep, don't expect anything else. Shoutout to Lucas who was the person in charge of our check-in and he was very nice and helpful, gave us the best tips of where to eat and what to see. The pre-check in form is LONG, they charge you the city tax in advance and ask for way too much documentation weeks before your arrival. The shower is TERRIBLY small, if you drop something you have to get out to be able to pick it up
- Meri (3/5): Poor -
- Saravanan (8/5): Very good -
- Tanya (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Easy instructions to find the apartment. Friendly staff. It has a bidet. There was a cat outside waiting to greet us. The apartment is not sound-proof and you get waken-up by the traffic. There is no heating so it can get cold if the weather is bad. The shower head is broken.
- Monika (5/5): Passable - Apartment is close to the subway, big enough for 2 people, owners were nice It's located at a very loud street, we didn't get much sleep on a first night and had to buy earplugs the next day.
It was also quite dirty - the pots were burned and plates and mugs weren't clean (there are no sponges/ dish soap provided so that's probably why). Also the shower is very small and water pressure is very weak.
- Petramel (7/5): Location - Check in check out was easy. Easy instructuction to find the apartment. Friendly staff The location is in a busy area full of bars, and you can also hear underground. Take some earplugs if you want to have some sleep.
- Erion (8/5): Very good -
- Magdalena_96 (9/5): Great week in Milan - A comfortable, spacious apartment with many amenities. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center and metro, as well as restaurants and shops. Nice and friendly staff, very good and efficient contact. I heartily recommend it, I will definitely come back here.
- Jakob (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (8/5): Great location! - Whilst getting keys was easy we were charged an extortionate amount because it was late (22:30). We always knew we would be late but this added cost was not apparent until I had “no refund” booked.
However the location was exceptional and delightful to leave the buzzing street and enter the quiet courtyard. Late arrival costs up front.
- Marji (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Lovely spot to stay and enjoy Milan. - Spacious apartment, handy to metro and facilities.
- Jessica (7/5): Roomy old Apartment with laundry facilities in a good location, but be prepared for noise and walking. - Larger size for an apartment stay in Italy.
Washing Machine facilities. We have been travelling for 4 weeks already and it was fantastic to be able to do 4 washloads and they all dried so quickly with the breeze through the window.
location to nightlife in Corso Como was great, however 25-30 min walk into centre of Milan. A beautiful walk and we were happy to do so, however in the summer heat it was a long walk. Not all areas were clean. Dusty in some spots under tables in bedroom and kitchen.
Big wardrobe space where we could access coat hangers and a clothes horse from to do washing but a whole lot of random junk was stored in the waldrobe and it wasn’t the best sight. looks like past guests have left their stuff there.
Only 5 pegs provided. Needed more pegs realistically.
A tiny 2x bottles of shampoo were provided for our 3 night stay - definitely not enough in summer for x2 people.
Shower was tiny.
Due to location and surrounding nightlife it was very loud over Fri Sat and Sun nights. Music, people yelling, trams running, rubbish collection early 6am on Sat morning.
nil laundry detergent provided. short walk to supermarket Essalunga and bought for less than 4 Euro and it did the job.

- Veselina (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and the location was great for exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and explained us all the details. The bath was awful. Honestly when it was time to shower, my mood darkened. The main problem was that the shower cabin was sooooo narrow that I had to spin in circle in order to rinse the soap and shampoo. The water was running cold for a very long time and it was really difficult to find the normal temperature. In addition, there are clubs under the room and the isolation is terrible. All night you will be hearing the street and the tram. We were dead-asleep after the whole day of walking around the city, so that wasn't much of a problem, but for some people it could be. In addition the whole procedure with grabbing the keys at an exact time and location cost us 3 hours and walking the same road 3 times.
- Xarisp13 (9/5): Very comfortable apartment and in perfect location. - The apartment is in a perfect location. Corso como, brera and garibaldi area overall is ideal for walks, drinks, food. It is 5 minute walk from porta garibaldi train station. The price of the room was very good and the apartment very comfortable in size. The bathroom could be a little better. The sower is very small and I could barely fit. The shower handle was ready to fall of and had rusty screws.
