Helen (8/5): Overall a very nice, well kept villa, great location and pool. - Pool was great along side the shaded seating area. Gardens were pretty and nice places to sunbath in sun or shade. Plenty of space in the villa and rooms were a good size. Lots of equipment and crockery in the kitchen to use. Ants were a big problem all over the property, just had to make sure no food was left out or dirty washing over the floor otherwise it would be covered within 5 minutes! En-suite shower was very small so ended up using the one in the main bathroom. Bedrooms were very dark and couldn’t open the shutters to let light in, just had to use the lights in the day.
Alex (1/5): OUR HOLIDAY WAS RUINED BY OLD BROKEN VILLA!! - Nothing, we had constant problems with the property and the staff. They ruined our holiday. Our air conditioning was broken the entire 7 days we stayed which completely ruined our holiday. Our bedroom was too warm every night, and we couldn’t sleep due to the air conditioning leaking water all over our floor and dripping every night/day. We had to use the towels provided to mop up all the horrible air Con water leaking. We requested new towels several times, and finally got given some on our 6th night! The hot water was not working for the first 2 days of our holiday. The location the company gave us was not where the Villa was, and it took us over an hour in the dark to find it! The Villa has an ant infestation, they are absolutely everywhere!! We didn’t leave any food out and were really careful but there are just ants everywhere! Finally the staff who work for the Villa are rubbish and rude. We reported the air conditioning being broken every day we stayed, yet they were unable to fix it. They did not apologise, they did not replace the towels until day 6, and they did not care. I asked who I can complain too, and they never replied?!
