Petr (7/5): Good - Great location, close to the beach in a peaceful area. The grass was high all around the house. The owner who seemed quite nice, did not come to the house during our check-in check-out. The deposit was supposed to be paid in cash and given back to us during the checkout, which was not the case. We had to wait over a week to get it back via a cross-boarder bank transfer and bank fees were put on us, so not the full deposit was returned.
