• Dragos (2/5): Horrible - For 5 days in the location there was a horrible smel from the bathroom, like somebody died in there and i tried every posible way to comunicate with the host and nobody answered. They were reading my messages on whatsapp and no replay, ever. Also i asked for an invoice cause i paid with my company card and after 1 month, still no replay. Customer service doesn.t exist in this location. It is very disrespectfull

• Guest (1/5): Worst apartment I have booked!! - Nothing It has my worst experience ever!!!! I have travel all over the world and in any country I didn't have this kind of problems. First of all, they send me wrong instruction for finding the key of apartment and they send me after i write to them , i have wait 2 hours to receive the key of apartment on my first day, the host was unresponsible about this situation and happen the same thing next day waiting out of the door more than 1 hour waiting for the technician to open the door, about Wi-Fi it will be better to said that not have because it doesn't work at all, the host said that it will be fix next week !!! They ruined my holidays. I do not suggest at all this place!!!

• Franky666 (7/5): Wien mit Ausblick - Austattung- Toaster,Nespresso-Kapselmaschine,Wasserkocher,Bügeleisen,Fön, Waschmaschine,Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. 18 Stock erstklassiger Ausblick über der Stadt Wien. Bett bzw. Matratze und Kopfkissen gibt es von mir Note 1. Handtücher genügend vorhanden. Fernseher fehlt (gehört für mich heutzutage zur Standardausstattung) 2-3 Stück Waschpads und Geschirrspültaps fehlen (keine vorhanden) Handtuchhalter fehlt in der Toilette (einfach einen Haken an der Türinnenseite Ankleben) Toilettensitz und WC Papierhalter lose Zum vollständigen abdunkeln der Wohnung fehlt ein Vorhang (nur zwei vorhanden) Rauchmelder mit ausgebauter Batterie liegt im Küchenschrank Kommunikation schlecht (Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen) Flucht-und Rettungsplan fehlt
• Colin (8/5): Great location with spectacular views of Vienna - Good location near main station and Belvedere, magnificent views of the city from the 18th floor. Online help was responsive. The electronic door lock was temperamental, although they did respond to complaints by replacing the battery. Automatic exhaust fans in toilet and shower not working so a slight odour built up if the balcony door was left closed.

Es war nicht einfach per mail Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ich war schön einmal da da konnte ich an Decoros cosy city view suite selber schreiben. Das war diesmal nicht möglich, da die Mailadresse nicht mehr verfügbar war.

• Pascal (7/5): - Emplacement près de la gare et du tram. Accès en autonomie sans difficulté. Équipements cuisine minimaliste, exemple : pas de micro ondes. Problème de mauvaise odeur dans la douche.
• XUEBING (5/5): 一般 - 大厦位置优越，离中央火车站5分钟步行距离。大厦两个门禁，感觉比较安全。 一进房间一股难闻的味道，尝试开门通风，但火车经过真的很吵而且有蚊虫苍蝇飞进来，只能又关上。床边靠近洗浴室的地板发霉翘起，几次走过都差点绊倒。洗浴室更奇葩，没有门，洗澡水直接往外洒，去水口去水极慢，开花洒2分钟水就会往浴室往床边的地砖和木板蔓延。其实如果维护方面做好这房子会很不错。

• Margit (7/5): Für Kurzurlaub perfekt. - Für uns als Bahnreisende die perfekte Lage. Super Aussicht im 18.Stock. Gute Instruktion zum Öffnen der Wohnung. Sehr laut, die Bahngleise waren genau unter der Wohnung. Etwas dürftig ausgestattet ( Geschirr, keine Weingläser, kein Sieb,keine Schüssel…) Keine Mikrowelle und kein Fernsehapparat. Dafür eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine, die in Anbetracht von wenigem Geschirr etwas unnötig war.

• Ina (6/5): Das Zimmer ist für den Preis okay, Küche ist meiner Meinung nach nicht vollausgestattet. Wenn man auf sowas verzichten k - Sauberes Badezimmer, gute Lage, gute Schallisolierung, schöner Blick vom Balkon Küche war nicht genügend ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Topf, eine kleine zerkratzte Pfanne und ein Blech. Mehr gab es nicht für die Essenszubereitung. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig saubergemacht und als wir angekommen sind, war die Spülmaschine noch an, was an sich kein Problem ist, jedoch musste ich alles noch einmal mit der Hand abspülen, was nicht sehr erfreulich war. Die Küche war nicht gründlich gereinigt, die Ofenschalter waren teilweise noch fettig. Und es gab nur einen alten Schwamm zum sauber machen. Kein Backpapier usw… also eine vollausgestattete Küche kann man sowas nicht nennen. Außerdem hatte das Zimmer einen starken Eigengeruch und es hat teilweise nach Abfluss gerochen.
• Susana (10/5): Muy cómodo y práctico para parejas - Nos encantó la cercanía con la estación, tanto para movernos por la ciudad como por las tiendas y supermercados que hay al lado, ademas está genial comunicado y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Pd: por si a alguien le preocupa el ruido de los trenes el apartamento está genial insonorizado. Todo genial
• Sabrina (8/5): - Ich hatte die Wohnung im 8. Stock 50qm. Alles wie beschrieben. Super Lage. Kommunikation top. Dass aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof Lärm entsteht, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, kann man sich doch denken. Ich nehme mir daher immer Ohropax mit, wenn ich irgendwo fremd schlafe und von daher war das kein Thema. Das Bett war bequem. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine, welche auch ein Grund war, weshalb ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden habe. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht, außer ein Geschirrhandtuch. Ansonsten habe ich mich direkt heimisch gefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Vormittags in der Dusche unerträglicher Geruch (Lüftung oder Abfluss?), die Tür musste man deswegen stets geschlossen halten bis zum Nachmittag. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier (das kenne ich aber auch von anderen Unterkünften). Balkonmöbel waren nur auf dem Foto vorhanden. Wünsche: 1) Geschirrhandtuch in der Küche. 2) Ein TV wäre schön, aber es wurde ja auch nicht angegeben, dass es einen gibt von daher okay. 3) Ein Kleiderschrank wäre toll, es gibt nämlich nur einen Kleiderständer mit 7 Kleiderbügeln (dies war aber auch auf den Fotos vorher zu sehen).

• Maëlle (5/5): - Malheureusement des odeurs très fortes d’égouts sont présentes le matin et le soir dans l’appartement. Le logement fait l’affaire mais n’est pas dans un très bon état.
• paola (7/5): - Posizione ottima per ogni spostamento verso il centro o verso la periferia. Nonostante sia sopra i binari del treno e passi un tram proprio lì sotto, non si sente alcun rumore neanche durante la notte. La zona è tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di stoviglie essenziali e di macchinetta per il caffè Nespresso. Check-in e check-out completati in autonomia con facilità e tramite l'utilizzo di codici. Se capita un piano alto, la vista sulla città merita! L'appartamento è fornito di cucina, lavatrice e stendino per cui ha tutte le potenzialità per un soggiorno comodo. Nel complesso è stato più che sufficiente per l'esigenza. L'appartamento mostra in modo evidente scarsa manutenzione. I piedi del letto erano danneggiati, tavolo e tende erano sporche e usurate. Il balcone era parzialmente abbandonato, con oggetti caduti per terra e mancata pulizia, che lo rendevano inutilizzabile. Nonostante esplicita richiesta precedente all'arrivo, per 4 notti di soggiorno e 2 persone sono state fornite solo 4 capsule nespresso ed un solo prodotto per la doccia (mancava lo shampoo). Una volta entrati ci è stato comunque detto che non avremmo potuto ricevere degli extra.

Luego pasó otra vez y no pudimos entrar, rechazó otra vez mi llamada, yo urgía respuesta y me mando instrucciones de tirar la puerta mientras pones el número.

• Diogo (3/5): A higiene e limpeza do apartamento estragou completamente o que podia ser um bom alojamento. - O apartamento era bem localizado e bonito. Tinha máquina de lavar a roupa o que foi bom. Fui picada durante a noite por bichos, creio que percevejos de cama, tendo tido áreas enormes que acabaram por infetar e inflamar, tendo de ir comprar e tomar medicação. Não tinha persianas e as cortinas eram muito pequenas para o tamanho das janelas. Impossível tomar banho sem molhar a casa de banho toda por causa do chuveiro. O forno da cozinha estava muito sujo.

• Tünde (10/5): - I really enjoyed my staying at the property, from outside the house is very modern and high, the apartment is very nice and clean the beds are comfortable. The check in was easy, It has a perfect location, just right next to the central station.
• Dimitar (8/5): - Top location and very nice apartment. The floor was dirty, one walk barefoot to the bathroom and your feet are black. 35€ clean fee, they should be able to clean it better.
• Ismaele (6/5): - La posizione è ottima per spostarsi senza un mezzo proprio data la vicinanza alla stazione (Wien Hbf). L’appartamento è spazioso ed offre un comodo balcone. La cucina dotata di fornelli, bollitore, tostapane e macchina del caffè. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie presenti. Il balcone, senza posacenere, ha vista sulla stazione quindi con la finestra aperta è impossibile dormire. Alla cucina mancano utensili e posate. La doccia è in una stanza diversa dal gabinetto, tuttavia il box doccia è aperto e quindi il pavimento si bagna molto quando ti lavi. Il lavandino della stanza della doccia è otturato e l’acqua fa molta fatica a scendere. L’altro lavandino, presente nella stanza del gabinetto, è piccolissimo, quasi impossibile lavarsi le mani. Abbiamo avvisato l’host del lavandino mal funzionante e, senza avvisarci, ha mandato un tecnico che è entrato in camera mentre stavamo dormendo (per fortuna il letto non è di fronte all’entrata!!). Abbiamo risentito l’host e ci ha detto che avrebbe mandato il tecnico il giorno dopo, ma al nostro rientro il lavandino si trovava nella situazione di prima. Cuscini e letto abbastanza scomodi. Polvere presente ovunque. Il Wi-Fi presente in camera non funzionava, neanche quello indicato dall’host. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la password per un altro Wi-Fi.
• Hammer (9/5): Great balcony view - We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and had a very good time, the apartment is in a lovely area of the city with the Helmut-Zilk-Park just a few minutes walk away. there were also pots and pans so we were able to cook during our stay. furthermore the location was ideal located right next to Wien Hauptbahnhof. To get into the city we used lime e-scooters but there are also very good public transport options and two trams stops in close to the apartment. overall we had a wonderful time here. The only thing we would've liked is if the check in/out times were a little more flexible because we waited for a while to check in. it also might be a little hot in summer and the provided van doesn't have that much power so it would be recommended to sleep with the balcony door open.

• Lesly Aracelly (7/5): Good location , too much noise - It was near hbf. It has all the things needed for a comfortable stay The noise from the trains is unbelievable. You have to keep the windows closed if you want to reduce it even a little. I kept waking up at 4 or 5 in the morning because of the noise. There were dirty plates and cutlery in the dishwasher. It’s not that they forgot to run it — they did, but they were still dirty. We ran it again, and it was still dirty, we didnt use any of the dishes and cutlery. I didn’t like the bathroom either, as it was open, and the water could easily overflow.

• Alex (7/5): Calidad-precio ok. Estudio bastante amplio con los utensilios justos. - Me gustó la ubicación, muy practica. Espacio bastante amplio para pasar unos dias. . La limpieza precaria. Me dijeron que podia entrar 2 horas antes pero cuando entramos el estudio estaba patas arriba, con la basura de los huespedes anteriores y todo. Al cabo de media hora llegó la chica, pero la limpieza era la justa, no fregó ni el suelo. Los correos con los codigos de acceso al edificio se me fueron al espam, por suerte Booking me facilitó la llave en seguida, pero el telefono de asistencia que me proporcionaron por email no me contestaron hasta pasadas 4/5 horas.

• Hans Peter (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum HBF. - Es handelt sich um ein Hinterhof-Hotel, welches durch die Lage & Isolierung der Fenster absolut ruhig gelegen war, trotz 4spuriger Straße mit Schienenverkehr. Frühstück war etwas einfacher, aber ausreichend.
• Christina (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut und trotz der Bahngleise unterhalb des Gebäudes ist es sehr ruhig wenn man das Fenster schließt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat jedoch keinen Fernseher. Der Abfluss hat leider extrem gerochen und auch ein Raumspray hat nur wenig geholfen.

• Aurelia (5/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber keine Wohlfühloase. - Schön großes Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine). Bequemes Bett und Mega geiler Ausblick! Richtig gute Schallschutzfenster, man hat den Bahnhof so gut wie gar nicht gehört. Super Lage für schnelle An- und Abreise, unkomplizierter Check-in über Zahlencodes. Leider war das Appartement bei Ankunft nicht vollständig gereinigt. Es war ein Kaffeefleck auf dem Tisch, der Boden war nicht gewischt (einige Haare, Staub und Dreck), der Kühlschrank nicht ganz sauber, der Badschrank innen nicht gewischt und im Bad stand ein dreckiger Wischmob. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass hier ein Teil der Reinigung vergessen wurde. Ich habe die Unterkunft kontaktiert und es wurde am nächsten Tag nachgereinigt, aber auch nur teilweise (der Boden wurde leider immer noch nicht gewischt). In Summe war es recht staubig. Der Abfluss in der Dusche roch leider richtig schlimm, da alles ein Raum ist, hat sich der Geruch leider überall verteilt. Leider waren auch die Verdunkelungsvorhänge weniger breit als das Fenster, so dass man den Raum nicht wirklich abdunkeln konnte.

• helder (9/5): Boa referência para conhecer e se deslocar com facilidade em toda a Cidade. - Muito boa localização, junto da estação de comboios que chega do Aeroporto e com Metro no seu extremo. A Cabine de duche poderia ter porta para impedir a água de sair directamente para o piso.

• Lunt (6/5): - Great location and easy check in process. The apartment lacked some nice comforts, like dish towels etc. Additionally, there was a rotting smell coming from the drains in the bathroom our entire stay.
• Daniel (9/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer im zentraler Lage in Wien. Hauptbahnhof direkt um die Ecke, zum Glück ist das Zimmer soweit gut isoliert man hört fast gar nichts vom Bahnhof. Komplett eingerichtetes Zimmer sogar ein Bügeleisen und Föhn waren vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Vorhang zu klein bzw. Zu kurz ist man fühlt sich beobachtet und es scheint Sonne hinein...

• Guest (8/5): - The apartment is nicely decorated, very comfortable furniture. The location is great, we could get anywhere just by walking even though the metro is really close we barely used it. Communication with the host was great, they answered quickly. I wish the apartment was cleaner, the floors were dirty and dishes only seemed clean but upon closer inspection there were lip stains on glasses.
• Koval (9/5): - Великі апартаменти зьусім необхідним Приизаселенні був неприємний запах в квартирі з ванної кімнати ( каналізація душової). При відкритому вікні потужний шум від потягів.
• David (8/5): New spacious apartment close to the railway station. - The apartment is nice and very spacious. A couple of bad interior design choices spoiled the experience. Bad placement of lamps, no shower door, dangerous position glass wall -- easy to bump into.
• Jiří (8/5): Krátkodobé ubytování v dobré lokalitě. Hlavní nádraží je pro fandy skvělé. V dané lokalitě je cena to jediné co mě přesv - Lokalita a dostupnost Ne vše fungovalo, nefungovalo odvětrání v koupelně a na WC, plná myčka, špatně se otevírala dveře na balkon, odtok vody v koupelně jak umyvadlo tak sprcha.
• Isa (8/5): - Konumu harika, ulaşım çok kolay. Binaya giriş çıkış kolaydı. Genel olarak temizdi. Buzdolabında tuhaf bir koku vardı. Oda içerisinde de değişik bir koku var, odayı havalandırınca geçiyor.

• Robert (5/5): Aussicht schön am Balkon, aber Wohnung dreckig. - Lage und Aussicht vom 14.Stock ist super ! Wohnung ist eher ruhig. generell mangelhaft gereinigt, aber am meisten störte mich roter Fleck am Leintuch (Host konnte es aber leider nicht tauschen da keiner vor Ort), schmutzige Teller und Geschirr, Flecken am Nachkasten,…… . Loch in Wand (hinter Eingangstür); Der Gastgeber hat auf die erste Nachricht noch reagiert mit dem Fleck am Leintuch (Es tat ihm leid hat aber 1. vorgeschlagen es am nächsten Tag wechseln zu können , was mir bei einer Übernachtung nichts bringt und 2. ist bereits die erste Nacht nicht angenehm zu schlafen ). Als ich dann später aber die anderen oben beschriebenen Verschmutzungen sah und das geschrieben habe, kam leider überhaupt keine Antwort mehr. Sehr unprofessionell! Würde hier nicht nochmal schlafen.
• Philippe (7/5): practical but lacking of charm - The apartment is located in the central station district, which can be convenient, but not very pleasant neither friendly, and far from the city center (walking). It overlooks the railway tracks but is very well soundproofed. The equipment is decent, but minimalist to be called a "cozy suite" (missing a microwave, a television..., and even a sponge, which we claimed for 5 days, I vain...). There is a persistent foul odor in the entrance of the flat.
• Tamar (6/5): - החדר היה גדול. השירותים והמקלחת היו מופרדים. המיטה הייתה גדולה. הייתה מכונת כביסה ומטבח מאובזר. קרוב מאוד לתחנת רכבת המרכזית. היה מסעדת סושי ממש בכניסה לבניין שהייתה מעולה במרכז הדירה חלון ענק שהוילון קצר מידי בכדי לכסות. קמנו כל בוקר מאור זה היה ממש מפריע. המרפסת כמעט ולא שמישה כי היא מעל תחנת הרכבת ויש המון רעש מהרכבות. בין חדר השינה למקלחת יש חלון גדול ומטושטש שמכניס המון אור לחדר שינה. לא היה ניתן שמשהו מתקלח והחדר שינה יהיה חשוך.

• Tuan Anh (10/5): Great property, great location. I love it! - The room was large, clean and tidy. The location is very good, near the train station, which makes wandering around the city very easy. I had a great time staying here. Just the fact that the room information didn't get sent to me before I arrived as it should. Everything else is great.

• Diego (1/5): Failed to send correct check-in instructions, physically unable to enter apartment - - Host failed to send me the correct check-in instructions, meaning i could not enter the apartment when I arrived in Vienna. Tried calling them multiple times, and the Booking customer service tried it as well, but no one picked up the phone. In the end I had to book another hotel.
• 顏色 (8/5): - 設備齊全 有廚房也有準備小用具 空間算寬敞 一進去就有很重的霉味 應該是因為浴室的設計 希望真的能好好改進 洗第二次澡那個設計就會讓外面整片地板淹水 超級不方便
• YI-LING (2/5): I’ve actually stayed in other units within this building with different hosts. Previously, they always provided a key fo - The location is excellent,just a five-minute walk from the central station. The drain emits a foul smell. The smoke detector beeps intermittently and cannot be turned off. The automatic blinds outside the window suddenly open by themselves every day. It feels like the person responding is just a liaison and hasn’t coordinated properly with the cleaning staff,sufficient toilet paper wasn’t provided. The seasonings are probably expired; please check before use. There are fleas on the sofa. They kept saying they would send me a receipt after check-out, but it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard anything. This has prevented me from filing my expense report with my company. If you’re traveling for business, please take note of this issue.
• Nino (6/5): Aufgrund der Lage angemessener Preis - Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar am Bahnhof gelegen und damit sehr praktisch. Obwohl, an einer Postverkehr Straße war es nicht laut. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet . Die Schlafcouch ist für zwei Personen eher klein und nicht besonders bequem. Leider war die Batterie des Kotschlosses leer, so dass der Zugang zur Wohnung schwierig war . Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im der Dusche. Bei Belegung mit vier Personen ist etwas störend, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt .

• Martina (8/5): - Impecable lugar, la zona es segura como todo Viena. El departamento estaba impecable, pudimos usar las comodidad sin inconvenientes y las instrucciones para buscar la llave siempre fueron claras. La ducha emana olor a cloaca, lo pudimos resolver tapando el agujero de la ducha pero si no haces eso el olor es insoportable, opaca mucho lo hermoso que es el depto.
• Katrin (7/5): Gute Lage, aber ein paar Schwächen - Uns hat das Apartment ansonsten gut gefallen – besonders die tolle, zentrale Lage war ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof bringt leider viel Lärm mit sich – im Sommer, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, ist das ziemlich störend. Außerdem war ein unangenehmer, beißender Geruch im Apartment, wenn man tagsüber das Fenster geschlossen hatte. Erst nach intensivem Lüften wurde es besser. Auch die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich – es gab nur einen sehr kleinen Mistkübel, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt unpraktisch ist.
• sodrelap (8/5): Érdemes néhány napot itt tölteni. - Az apartman mérete, felszereltsége jó szintű volt, a konyhai eszközök jól működtek. A klíma nagyon hiányzott. A pályaudvar közelsége miatt zárt ajtó, ablak mellett lehetett aludni, a ventilátor kis teljesítményű és hangos volt.
