• Miguel (4/5): - Ubicación No pude descansar, sobre todo por la noche. Dormi mal. La griferia de la ducha es dificil de manejar y facil que te quemes con agua caliente. La escalera de acceso tienes que tener cuidado de no caerte, sobretodo si llevas una maleta. No hay intimidad, hay una ventana en la entrada al principio de la escalera que da a otra vivienda, cuando hice el check-out estaba abierta.

• Thomas (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, Kommunikation und Check-in über die Agentur Sleepaways.com mangelhaft - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Vermieterin (sie wohnt unter dem Apartment) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber: "Service" und Prozeduren der verwaltenden Agentur Sleepaways.com sind aufwändig, grottenschlecht und fehlerhaft. Siehe Erfahrungen andere Gäste und unten. Die "Kommunikation" der Agentur Sleepaways.com/London läuft über ein KI Tool ("virtual concierge") via WhatsApp. Hier werden eine Unmenge an verwirrenden Fehlinformation vermittelt. Beispiel: "Virtual Concierge: “Access codes or lockbox codes are only sent after you complete online check-in and the team verifies identity in person via the RING camera.” Am Eingang des Apartments angekommen haben wir festgestellt, dass es gar keine Kamera gibt und die Prozedur falsch beschrieben war. Das war ein Problem. Später habe ich in den Bewertungen im booking.com Portal gesehen, dass ein Gast Ende 2025 das gleiche Problem hatte. Es sollte der Agentur Sleepaways.com also bekannt sein. Der "virtual concierge" löst keines der Probleme auch wenn stets behauptet wird, dass ein "Team" informiert ist. Falschinformation z.B. über den WIFI-Zugang, auch das wurde im Bewertungsportal vorher kritisiert. Auch beim Stromausfall (Klimaanlage) kam nur "blabla..." und allgemeines hinhalten von der KI (es wurde nach Videos gefragt, was wir gemacht haben ...) und letztendlich haben wir die Inhaberin kontaktiert, die helfen konnten. Dem Apartment würden wir gerne eine bessere Bewertung als 7 geben, aber nicht wenn es von Sleepaways.com verwaltet wird.
• Moucek (8/5): - Ubytovani ciste. Pri upozorneni na rozbitou rychlovarnou konvici reagovali rychle s vymenou Priserna postel a matrace. V matraci byl prolezeny dulek uprostred. Parkovani bylo mozne jen cca o 4 ulice dal (no big deal, s tim jsme vcelku pocitali)

• Trausti (7/5): - Central location close to groceries, restaurants and sights. No heating, apartment was uncomfortably cold. Beddings were to short. There were phishing messages sent via the booking page and in separate emails.
• lisa (10/5): Mijn favoriete plekje! - Het is de 2e keer dat we hier waren en het is een heerlijk verblijf! Mooi groot balkon, prachtig uitzicht op het pleintje, alles in de buurt wat je nodig hebt en het huisje zelf is zo mooi en gezellig🥰 ben hier volgend jaar weer!

• Nils (5/5): Schöne Unerkunft, super nette Inhaberin, die Firma muss die Kritikpunkte verbessern ansonsten kann ich es auf keinen Fal - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wirklich einwandfrei schön! Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check In Prozess muss unbedingt verbessert werden, denn wenn man als Gast über keine mobilen Handydaten verfügt und der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist, dann steht man hilflos vor der Unterkunft. Es wird gesagt, dass man seine Identitätskarte in die Kamera halten soll. Es gibt keine Kamera, dass ist eine Lüge. Auch die Zugangsdaten für das WLAN stimmen nicht mit der Übermittelung überein. Sollte das Verwaltungsunternehmen dies nicht berücksichtigen, führen Sie der Besitzerin erheblichen Schaden mit der Vermietung der Immobilie zu. Das ist auch ein gut gemeinter Ratschlag für die Zukunft. Die Unterkunft ist gut aber das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis für die langweilige Umgebung ist mehr als übertrieben. Unbedingt den Markt anpassen.

• Patricia (9/5): - Good central location & lovely outdoor space. Beautiful modern bathroom too. The agent Sleepaway was not very helpful when we asked for sharp knives etc. However the actual owner lived downstairs & was really helpful. I suggest if you ever have any problems go directly to them instead. Also parking is a challenge - although there is a public parking area just 3 minute walk away.
• Xavier (7/5): - The location is very good, near to supermarket and center.. has big terrace. You can always find parking place in the neigbourhood after 5 minuts. They have basic kitchen The bed is not comforetable, the appartment is warm and A/C is not powerful to cool down .

• Frederic (9/5): Superb - Modern apartment, clean, comfortable, with a huge terrace and a nice view. Easy arrival procedure. Fast internet connection (WIFI code is written on the back of the router). A sheet had a big yellow stain that stayed after washing. The shower temperature is hard to adjust.
