• Marika (2/5): Appartamento vecchio e sporco! - La casa è accanto alla metro ed al supermercato. Le chiavi vanne ritirate in un altro posto, lontano. La casa è vecchia e sporca. Ho pagato 25 Euro per entrare prima d le pulizie non erano terminate. Macchie di unto in cucina e sulle pareti. Maniglia frigo e cassetti sporchi. Sotto le finestre sporco di polvere nera. La scopa era piena di capelli e polvere. La tovaglia era piena di macchie. La casa e gli armadi puzzavano di muffa e cosi tutti i miei vestiti che ho riposti nell’armadio. Una casa che non si deve e non si puo fittare! È vergognoso!!
• Jan (2/5): Never more!!! - The booking itself was already a nightmare; the place owner requires you to fill out their 3rd party website, having to provide your passport ID page and credit card details. Worse still, the website does not really work, so I spent a couple of frustrated hours trying to figure things out. The staff only fixed the issue 3 days later. Then you are supposed to remember to log in to that website again (!) 5–7 days before the stay to manually pay another €200 deposit. After landing, you need to travel to some OTHER place in Madrid center to pick up the keys, and then only you can travel to the accommodation. Your only contact is a useless WhatsApp AI agent and if you finally manage to call a live person, nobody speaks English there. Despite the apartment actually being nice, this was a complete nightmare, never more!!!! (We have had another story with this accommodation, the first night at 1 am, the entire apartment got literally flooded from the broken pipelines one story above, but that was not anybody's fault, so I do not count this toward my rating, even though I had to evacuate my entire family in the night as the water poured into the electrical outlets and the ceiling started to collapse.)
• Angie (10/5): - El lugar es muy bello y cómodo. Gracias. La calefacción no funcionó en toda la estadía y es incómodo tener q ir por las llaves a otro lugar.
• Nieves Marcela (10/5): - El apartamento es precioso y muy cómodo. Está muy bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila. El personal de la empresa que gestiona el apartamento, inmejorable. Pendientes las 24h! Ubicado muy cerca de la Plaza de España, de los jardines del Palacio Real y del Templo de Debod, en la trasera del Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío. Comparto fotografías de cuando dejamos el alojamiento. Que hay que recoger las llaves en la Calle de la Fresa, 1, en un lateral de la Plaza Mayor. A media hora caminando del alojamiento. Cuando llegas de viaje cargado con maletas, tener que coger transporte desde el aeropuerto al punto de recogida de las llaves y, luego otro hasta el alojamiento, es un gran inconveniente. Hay una ventanilla sobre la puerta del alojamiento y, cada vez que alguien enciende la luz de la escalera, pues se ilumina todo el salón y te despiertas.
• Carmen (9/5): Simplemente perfecto - La atención y el trato que tuvimos. Son excelentes, desde la que te recepciona hasta la chica de la limpieza. Todos muy atentos, muy amables y facilitando al cliente todo. Que el ascensor no llegaba al rellano. Son pocas escaleras, pero uno de nosotros estaba muy limitado para subir y bajar escaleras.
• Muruzabal Muñoz (8/5): - Sin ser barato, tal y como está el alojamiento en Madrid, será de lo mejor que hay calidad-precio. Cómodo, limpio, menaje suficiente en la cocina, muy buena ubicación... Es muy difícil aparcar en los alrededores. No hay ascensor cota cero y te toca subir maletas por las escaleras, Aunque por lo menos es un primero,

• Foteini (4/5): Dirty walls and ceiling mainly due to bad maintenance, really inconvenient way for checking in (keys are received in per - The location was super convenient. It was not clean and not comfortable at all for 4 persons. Maximum 3 persons in my opinion can stay comfortably.
• Sara (3/5): Zona comoda ma non ha rispettato le aspettative - Zona molto comoda Il ritiro delle chiavi non è per niente comodo, si trova a diversi kilometri dall'appartamento. Appartamento sporco, capelli ovunque anche sopra ai letti. Entrambi i letti hanno cuscini scomodissimi, tutti rotti e non a portata del prezzo pagato.

• Sheila (10/5): - We stayed for almost 3 weeks. Great accommodation, well equipped, comfortable, convenient. Easy communication with the management company when we had to return after checking out for some chicken left in the freezer. Great neighborhood with awesome local restaurants and close to metro, train and Plaza España.
• Sheila (10/5): - We loved the ambiance in this cozy yet modern apartment, well-equipped, AC and washing machine worked great. Quiet neighbors, near everything. Yes getting the key is a pain but everything else is perfect for 2 people.
• Sarah (6/5): It was an okay apartment for the weekend, I just wish I knew more of what we were getting into. - We came in after the check in hours and there was not a fee. However we had to pick up the keys from a locker outside their office, which was easy. There is an elevator in the property however we never used it. There’s a train and metro station nearby. The bed in the bed room was comfortable. Also the location was great to get to Plaza Mayor and the Palace! Try Mazal Bagels and Toto Ice cream and Coffee nearby if you stay here!!!!! We got this apartment last minute for quite cheap, so for the money we spent I understand it but the property wasn’t very upfront on things. The wifi does not work and the service near the building is bad. The pullout couch is a futon and only the one fitted sheet and top sheet were provided. There was no blanket then the fitted sheet did not fit. The shower had mold in it and the bathroom smelled so bad the entire weekend. There was no sponge for the sink nor a dishwasher. The bathmat towel we were given had blood and black stains all over it. The TV was not working. The air condition is just a unit in the living room, the bed room stayed warm. We were only here for a weekend and paid a fair-ish price for the place, so we just dealt with the issues, looking back it may have been worth asking for help getting things working and cleaned. There was still a 20 min walk/10 min drive from the office to the apartment after we got our keys. We weren’t aware of this before we booked. Also, they didn’t make it very clear which apartment it was, I think the language translation got lost in telling us which keys went where and which apartment it was. I would recommend saying to English speaking guests the apartment is on the first floor and it’s the door to the right. Then having the key instructions separately.
