• Elise (8/5): Clean and modern shared housing. - Very convenient location regarding public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Spacious and modern interior. Seperate laundry room. Private patio with furniture. Victor is always willing to attend to your needs. Other guests might be noisy and not considerate regarding use of bathroom.

• James (1/5): Unsecured, dirty, smelly. Stay away! - Nothing unfortunately. It was disgusting!! Very poorly maintained. Has not been cleaned properly in months (at least). There was mould in the showers, stains on the carpet, cigarette butts on the floors. There was a distinct Smokey smell in the room and the linen, and I’m 90% sure not all of my linen was 100% fresh. The property mentions a ‘shared bathroom’ but it is a SHARED HOUSE!! Over the week I was there I constantly came back to an empty house that was left completely unlocked!

• Naomi (8/5): Enjoyed my time - Close to fields that I had to travel to each day Unfortunately stayed at the same time as someone who wasn’t aware he was sharing a house with other people. Was quickly rectified by owner but was slightly scary as a female solo traveler

• Lewis (10/5): Lovely little homestay - Lovely homestay, had everything we needed. We were homebound for a couple of days due to bad weather but that was okay, we were able to have the space to chill out. Shopping mall isn't far away at all, a 10 minute walk ( Max ), same with the bus stop aswell. The people staying at the homestay also respected your space and kept the place clean. I would probably recommend having some umbrella's there, for holidaymakers like myself. But I wish to say nothing negative. I will definitely return in the near future.

• Moira (7/5): Balcatta air bnb - Clean, quite adequate, small room, bed a bit soft one side up against wall, double bed bit squashy for 2 large tall people, extra heater & doona appreciated Unfriendly signs appeared after our arrival re parking, despite adhering to parking instructions, ? from disgruntled neighbours created rather unwelcoming vibe

• Julie (8/5): Very good - The comunal area and use of the washing machine and the outside washing line. Kitchen sink tap and utility room tap were difficult to use - they need tightening up, as does the toilet seat.
