- Franca (8/5): Very good - There was no breakfast? There was no toilet paper in the room. We had to find a grocery store, by some, and bring it back before we could use the toilet 😳
- Vuk (9/5): Superb - I liked the whole place, it was modern and well equiped and the metro stations were close so very good. Water was leaking from shower cabin and there wasnt any coffee next to the coffee mchine. But never the less thats it.

- Jakub (2/5): Never again. - All in all apartment is nice, new, equipped - location is nice with supermarket right behind the corner. Nice calm area. Ok so where to start. I really don’t write reviews, but this time I have to because I’m from tourism as well and this was soooo bad. 1) CAREFULLY you have to pay 300€ deposit after you book this accommodation - when I asked what is this and when will it be refunded, they replied that the refund will happen after our departure departure. It is 5 days after we left and refund is nowhere. I wrote them again to complain and after this they told me that they just initiated the refund and I will get it in 5-7 days. I think that it would never come if I didn’t ask for the deposit refund. 2) communication with the host is pretty bad. Not helpful at all. Even when I told them how bad this was and that we will probably write bad review, no apology, nothing. They don’t seem to care. When you are in services, act like that. 3) worst of all - NEVER COME HERE in September - November. The air condition is not working and in the room there is constantly about 28•C. We slept about 2h every night, took about 7 shows every night, unbelievable. When we complained about this, we were told that after summer most buildings turn off AC - in Italy they probably don’t understand that summer is no longer until end of August. We were not being helped, appologised, nothing. Ruined the whole stay. All in all apartment is nice, new, equipped, but the service, AC and the deposit thing was so awful, that we would never come back. PS. I really don’t understand why this accommodation is on booking.com when after you book, you have to go through very long process through the Flexyrent company website, filling out again all information including pictures of passports, paying additional deposits etc.
- Karanko (9/5): Clean, new, quiet location with everything effortless. - Very clean, newly built, nice and quiet location. Everything worked very effortlessly. Close to Wagner metro station and 5 min walk to the supermarket. Missing some kitchen equipment to make eg simple pasta.
- Elena (8/5): Very good - Newly refurbished apartment. Airco works well. Free wifi. Private terrace. Host was rather unfriendly upon contact. About 15’ walk to nearest metro station
