• Mariia (8/5): Die Wohnung ist gross und eignet sich hervorragend für eine Familie oder mehrere Paare. - Hervorragende Lage. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bequeme Betten und Kissen. Die Wohnung benötigt etwas Pflege und kleinere Reparaturen. Die Duschkabine muss renoviert werden. Der Handtuchtrockner war verschmutzt. Es gab zu wenig Toilettenpapier. Die Waschmaschine ist in der Beschreibung der Wohnung angegeben, befindet sich jedoch in einem separaten Raum mit der Aufschrift „Privat“, auf der und daneben stehen Reinigungsmittel, ein Staubsauger usw. Es sieht nicht so aus, als könnten Gäste die Waschmaschine benutzen.

• Gáspár (8/5): Remek elhelyezkedés, egyszerű bejutás, hangulatos. - Egyszerű volt a bejutás applikáción keresztül. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, éttermek és bárok közelében, tágas. A repülőtérről a Madonna dell'orto megállónál kell leszállni az A vonalú Alilaguna hajóról, ezután nagyon hamar elérhető a szállás. Sajnos elég kellemetlen szag jött a fürdőből, ami felújításra is szorul de a többi rendben volt.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń, 3 oddzielne pokoje bardzo komfortowe dla większej grupy. Pokoje duze, w kazdym szafa lub komoda na ubrania. Dobre wyposażenie. Były środki na komary,ctabletki do zmywarki. Obsługa odpowiada na pytania raz szybciej raz wolniej. Mogliśmy zameldować sie 2 h wczesniej co jest super. Jest zmywarka, piekarnik, mikrofalowka. Wstawić siatki do okien. Rozwiąże to wiele problemów. Komaty ktore były obecne w całym mieszkaniu tuż po przyjeździe. Podejrzewam ze pani sprzątająca wietrzyła mieszkanie po przyjściu. Bo później jak uważaliśmy na otwieranie okien i okiennic to ich nie było. Ale kiedy mało sie wietrzy powstaje drugi problem to znaczy nasila sie zapach wilgoci. I ostatnia sprawa dla mnie bardzo ważna w okolicy są bary z których jest baaardzo głośno wrzask do 2 -3 w nocy. Jak ktos liczy na cisze to nie ejst to dobre miejsce. Sprzątanie, pokoje byl ogarnięty ale przydałyby sie generalne porzatki, kurz w przedpokoju, łazience.

• Danai Kon (9/5): Highly recommend - This place is excellent! Perfect location, close to the train station, to many nice restaurants and cafes, and also to a supermarket! It was fully equipped and very spacious for our group of four. Despite it's location, there was no noise at night. It was very easy to find and our host answered all our questions very fast and to the point. I highly recommend it for a stay in Venice. all was great :)

Temperatuur korteris oli liiga madal (u 18 kraadi), radiaatorid ei andnud piisavalt sooja, olid väga leiged. Nii teleka- kui õhksoojuspumba puldid ei töötanud. Köögis oli gaasipliit, kuid süütaja ei töötanud. Kahjuks ka võõrustaja ei vastanud kirjadele.

A fürdőszobára idővel majd ráférne egy kis rendbetétel (főleg a zuhanytálca körül), de még elfogadható az állapota. Minden konyhai eszköz rendelkezésre állt, még egy kis cukrot is találtunk, ami extra figyelmesség a szállásadótól. Nem volt ilyen. A tv távirányító nem működött megfelelően, de megoldottuk. (kis érintkezés hiba)

• Βάσω (4/5): Δεν θα το ξανά επέλεγα λόγο της καθαριότητας και της υγρασίας . - Το μόνο που μας άρεσε ήταν η τοποθεσία που βρισκόταν το σπίτι .Σε κεντρικό σημείο και σε πολύ ωραία γειτονιά . Οταν φτάσαμε και μπήκαμε μέσα στο σπίτι δεν είχε καθαριστεί από τους προηγούμενος ήταν πολύ βρωμικο και μυρίζε και είχε πάρα πολύ υγρασία.Η ιδιοκτήτρια έφερε την καθαρίστρια μετά αλλά όλα αυτό πήρε παραπάνω από ένα 3 ωρο να περίμενουμε να δούμε τι θα γίνει ( και πάλι αφού το καθάρισαν δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικό.Το ένα wc που υποτίθεται ότι έχει έξτρα το χρησιμοποιούν για αποθήκη .Επισης το air condition είναι σαν ανύπαρκτο δεν έβγαζε σχεδόν καθόλου ψύξη .

• bachir (7/5): Du positif mais aussi du négatif avis mitigé ne pas mentionner la climatisation si pas fonctionnel - Emplacement central ( 10 minutes a pied de la piazza di roma et arret des bus, gare) 25 minutes de la place st marc ,de nombreux cafés et restaurants et magasin à 2 minutes à pîed Grand appartement propre avec nombreux rangements dans toutes les pièces Bien équipé en électroménager ( cafetière bouilloire, four ,micro onde , lave vaisselle,lave linge plaques ) Grands lits confortables et propres L'élément le plus important pour nous la climatisation pas du tout fonctionnelle et à changer( effet ventilateur) non centralisée , il a fait 29 degré dans l'appartement pendant 2 jours heureusement la température a baissé à venise ensuite sinon je pense que nous serions partis le responsable n'a pas semblé comprendre le problème dommage! Le congélateur rempli de glace impossible de fermer la porte, mon mari a enlevé toute la glace et réussi à bloquer la porte avec des cuillères Pas suffisamment de couverts et d'assiettes , tasses... pour évite de faire la vaisselle à la main Mauvaise odeur dans tous les placards y compris ceux de la cuisine (renfermé) nous n'avons pas osé mettre nos affaires dedans il faudrait un nettoyage approfondi Odeurs très fortes d'égouts par moments du au fait que l'appartement se trouve au rez de chaussée j'imagine Volets difficile à ouvrir et fermer C'est dommage ça pourrait être un appartement très sympa sans tous ces points négatifs il y aurait qq investissements à faire et un nettoyage plus approfondi serait nécessaire
• victor (9/5): Excelente opción para visitar Venecia en familia - El apartamento es muy amplio para viajar en familia. Cuenta con dos dormitorios grandes con cama doble. Además de un salón y una cocina-comedor. Estaba muy bien decorado y contaba con un montón de detalles. Situado a cinco minutos de una parada del vaporeto para moverte por Venecia a través de los canales y a 20-25 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marcos. A 2 minutos andando de un supermercado (Carrefour-Express, situado en un antiguo teatro...). La ducha era perfecta y las camas comodísimas. Aunque me imagino que es común en Venecia, olía a humedad especialmente dentro de los armarios. Por lo dmás es un alojamineto perfecto y muy recomendable.
• Yaroslava Dohoda (5/5): - Квартира виглядає гарно, зручні ліжка, є багато місці в шафі, кухня добре укомплектована. В квартирі жахливий запах каналізації! Неможливо дихати. Доводилося спати з відкритими вікнами-що взагалі небезпечно. Квартира на нульовому рівні, на вікнах немає грат, тільки ставні, але с закритими ставнями не потрапляє повітря Праска зіпсута, хтось спалив свій одяг і праску ніхто не чистив, кращє взагалі замінити на нову Нижня частина холодильника, там де морозильна камера-не замикається взагалі! Можливо, через те що там великі шари льоду, але коли ми льод збили- вона все одно плотно не замикалася і знову наморозило! Тобто весь час морозилка трохи відкрита. У душі до стіни приклеєли плінтус, але від стіни він відклеївся і вода за нього затікає. В кімнаті, яка напроти вхідних дверей погано відкривається шафа, вона знаходиться дуже близько до ліжка, тому дверцята нормально не відкриваються, а з вікна видно зашарпане подвір'я. Вікна кухні і другої спальні виходять на стінусусіднього будинку, там вузенька вуличка, і часто під вікнами ходять люди і заглядають в квартиру

Apartment is nice and beds really comfortable. The only downside was the smell of sewage in lounge area which seemed to be when water or bathroom used. Wasn’t always noticeable and didn’t affect our stay at all.

• Xiu (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment and location is ok The entrance instruction is not clear, the apartment number is not quite right, should be 1506G, but in the message was 1506. On the Vicky entrance instruction was 1056. We were so confused which one was right. When we got there we have to guess which number are right. We had used the Vicky link and codes they give to me to open the door but didn't work. Called the property ask for help, they said their hosts will call me back, but they never did. When I rang again they refuse to take my call. We have been staying outside for nearly one hour until a young nice Italy man pass by offered a help. He called the property asked the correct entrance code finally open the door for us. Later on I realized the hosts use whatapp sending me some massages about the entrance. So I contacted the hosts through whatapp to get the entrance vedio and correct entry code which was finally work. Why they didn't tell me use whatapp to contact with hosts in first place, let us waiting the phone call for nearly one hour, during that time totally refuse take my phone call. After I complained the bad experience, they didn't feel any regrets, they said they did more than enough to help me. The truth is whithout that nice young man help us to get inside. I won't know how to open that door after they refuse to take my call... terrible experience.
• Georgiana (8/5): Very good - The location was the right choice for our needs, easy accessible from train station and close to all atractions from Venice. The kitchen was very big and it has everything that you need. The beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants/groceries nearby. The way of opening the door felt like a small escape room (some instructions on how to open it might be very helpful) and the smell was a bit challenging (only in the living room), but despite that, everything was good.

Very quiet and with shutters closed, you could sleep for days. The apartment smell hit you as you walked in the door - meant you didn’t want to spend any time there at all.

• Savorani (7/5): Great location, pity about the unpleasant smell - We liked the location Unfortunately we stayed at a time that was quite warm and due to being on the ground floor there was a sewage smell that came up from the floor. Apparently this happens when it is warm weather and low tide. It wasn't unbearable, it was just unpleasant.

With did find loads of mosquitos and luckily they left a mosquitos spray, I'm not too fond of mosquitos and it was not very pleasant to find out the house was full of them, however, it didn't affect our stay as I took care of them :P, it was a bit fun in the end the mosquitos

The location was great, next to a large supermarket in the form of a theater (a separate art form), as well as several restaurants right on the same street. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The host allowed us to leave our luggage after the check-out so that we could take a walk before our departure from Venice. Thanks for the good impressions!
• Khosrowshahi (5/5): Smelly, but big and equipped apartment - The large space, continent location, good facilities. There was some smell from toilet all the time. The boiler was not working well for bath. There were some flys in the house.
• Claire (9/5): A comfortable base for exploring Venice with plenty of excellent facilities nearby. - Great location, comfortable beds, very clean. Close to small local shops, supermarkets and an array of cafes/restaurants. On ground level after a couple of steps at the entrance. It was very difficult to find as no where did it say Lovely Apartment and none of the local people knew the name of the accommodation. We were given a property number (1506) but not the g. There are many properties that have 1506 on them. It took us 2 hours in the rain to find it when we were given the g and a description of the door colour in a message. No cork screw or bottle opener. No tea towel but otherwise quite well equipped. The clothes rail in one wardrobe is built for people over 6foot 6 inches. No way we could reach it. So some minor irretations but overall very comfortable .
• Laura (7/5): Nice but smelly. - Really spacious apartment, well designed and modern decor. Easy to access. Central location. I would say it was only surface clean. When opening cupboards and drawers there was a bad fusty smell. I wouldn’t put my clothes in them. Poorly equipt kitchen but that didn’t really matter to us as we didn’t plan to cook. The worst part was the smell of sewage as soon as you walked in. Perhaps it is a hazard of staying in Venice but I was very glad we were only staying 1 night.

• Gergő (8/5): Very good - Big and cosy apartment in a nice are, from where basically everything is easy to reach by foot or boat. Well equipped even for cooking. Easy to check in online well before the arrival, and we did not even had to wait for anyone. We had some trouble with cleaning but it was arranged quickly. There is a constant rotten smell/sewer scent in the apartment but that is present in all Venice. So get used to it.
• Harish (1/5): Horrible and disgusting room maintenance and service from the property owner - The location was good and vibrant. There were many things that are very horrible with the stay. The kitchen sink was blocked and no one was sent to fix during the entire stay. There was a used sanitary pad in one of the bedrooms. This was really disgusting and horrible maintenance. There was a sewage smell in few of the rooms. Even opening the windows didn't help. The floors were not cleaned and a lot of broken glass pieces were found on the floor. I had to clean the entire floor for the glass pieces. A cleaning lady was sent by the property but did a quick and dirty job. Overall we had a horrible and disgusting experience with the room maintenance by the property owner. The service you expect for 450 euros for 2 nights is totally unworthy and unacceptable.

• Sumia (3/5): Cleanliness and smell is a big problem - The location was amazing and very close to everything. The property was extremely hot. The AC is badly positioned above the washroom in the hallway not even close to the bedrooms. The apartment was VERY smelly and at times unbearable, it was badly vented. We had to spend most of the time out of the apartment and when we were in it, I would use an air freshener constantly. When I shared this with the owner/person in contact they just said to air the place which was not a solution at all. My major concern was that one room was infested with mosquitos and spider webs. Many mosques were killed by previous tenants and were visible and remain on the walls. It was concerning as I had two kids. Another thing was, the cleaner left a big blue bag of dirty laundry on the washing machine, hygienically, it was terrible and uncomfortable to stay in.

Nice size rooms, kitchen and living room, all clean an neat. The 2nd toilet did not flush, sent the property a message with a photo, they didnt respond. The rooms all had a stuffy smell as well as sewege smell if the flat was closed. Even after opening windows and running the fan.

Easy to find and access and close to all our needs, shopping, sight seeing, restaurants etc. The apartment is a close and an easy walk (5 min) from the central train station. The apartment is very clean and the beds are nice and furniture and kitchen appliacnces new. Kitchen very well equipped. Only negative is the weird bad smell, I guess from sewerage and then mixed with the extreme use of chemicals for cleaning.

Great location with a lot of restaurants just near Big rooms and living room, fully equiped kitchen The radiator in one room was broken and the respectve room could not be heated. Probably something that the host will resolve quickly. A good thing that a sleeping option was also in the livingroom.

• Igor (5/5): Passable - A spacious appartament 10 min walk from a train station Before arrivial I got many mails and needed to fill check in forms, in the end it supposed to send a link to an application which shoud provide an entrance code. All this process didn't work well to me, in the end the owner provided me the code in old way. It took us about half hour to get the code and to enter. No air conditioning in bedrooms but if windows are open mosquitos get into the rooms. After check out at 10am there is no place to store luggage
