• Judy (10/5): Excellent - would definitely stay there again. - Everything. Position was excellent- close to museums and the tube. Apartment was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of little features which saved time and money. Hosts were attentive and easy to contact. Nothing- no problems at all.

• Peter (9/5): Great flat, great facilities, great host - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 people. Plenty of space, and the flat was equipped with just about everything you would expect to find in your own home. Location epic. The various museum passes made available from the owner was a very nice touch. There was lots of wardrobe space, but it was all used by the owner and not available for use by tenants. Hooks, shelves and drawers were available to use (very messy) - just not the same as using wardrobe space. It would be useful if even just a small amount of wardrobe space was made available for tenants. This, however, did not detract from our stay.

• Luc (10/5): Relaxing stay in a spacious flat which was ready to live in - very welcoming and trusting hosts - very timely, easy and effective communication with the host - who made sure we knew where to find the apartment (including sending videos to show how to get from the tube station to the apt) and had prepared plenty of very useful info wrt shops, musea, restaurants aso. Location was perfect for us - opposite the Natural History Museum. The apartment was great. all fine
• Pang (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing: - There are very good food places within walking distance. - It is next to two pretty great museums and Hyde park. - it is next to 3 Underground lines. The host also provides a well curated dossier of things to do if you want some advice. The dossier itself has good reviews.
• Ronit (9/5): Superb - Location is great. 3 mins walk to the A&V and right by South Kensington tube station. Easy walk to Kensington park and to Chelsea. Lots of caffes and restaurants in the area. The apartment was comfortable and quite and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

• Noel (10/5): Comfortable apartment and fantastic location. - The location is excellent- very close to some amazing museums, 200m from the South Kensington tube station with heaps of restaurants, pubs, bakeries and convenience stores close by. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four - very clean with all the necessities. The host Gabriele communicates regularly throughout and has very clear instructions to entry and checkout. I would highly recommend the property. Thank you Gabriele for making our stay memorable. Nothing to note.

• Eamon (10/5): Compact perfection. - Excellent location! Everything we could think of was within a few minute walk. Pubs, stores, tube, museums all right there at our fingertips. The apartment too, had everything we needed and wanted and only one flight of steps. Wished we could have stayed much longer. Already hoping to book again when we are able to return to the UK.
• Christopher (10/5): Outstanding host at a perfectly located garden apartment - I visited with my best friend to celebrate our milestone birthdays. The garden apartment was ideal since we each had our own bathroom. The location is outstanding. So much attention to detail was given especially in the kitchen where everything is provided (including coffee pods and tea) The host also had milk, eggs bread, jam and butter for us, and plenty of utensils which was very thoughtful. A notebook was provided with local recommendations for restaurants. The V&A is literally around the corner which was perfect for us being art lovers. Cafes, patisseries and other places to eat are nearby. There is also a Waitrose close for groceries. We highly recommend staying here and enjoyed it very much. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens were top quality.

• Tsz (10/5): A well-located apartment, perfect for museum visits. - The location of the property is perfect, close to museums and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, enabling us to prepare meals as we like. Besides, the owner is very thoughtful, offering flexible arrangement for early checkin and luggage storage after checkout. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
• Felix (9/5): Superb - Everything, the apartment is all you could ask for. Very spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Our host Gabriele was kind enough to supply us with breakfasts and more, Also all soaps, shampoo, detergents and washing machine powder were supplied, very thoughtful. The location is amazing, very close to tube station, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs. It was all good. Gabriele was in constant contact with us to insure all was well.

• Dayton_jg (10/5): I'd gladly stay here again and again and again - 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms each with its own shower. Our family of four, 2 adults and 2 teen daughters, were very, very happy with our arrangement. Although, the wife and I purposely slept in the room without the en suite bathroom because it was bigger. Communication with the hosts was through texts (I believe they live in Italy and this is their London flat when they come to visit family, renting it out when available). They have a friend/employee who met us at the flat to give us the key (called as soon as we got on the Piccadilly Line. So anyway, it's decorated nicely because they sometimes live there too. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a washer/dryer combo which was critical since we vacation carry-on only. Speaking of, it worked out fine for us since we don't travel with a lot, but there isn't a lot of storage since the closets are locked (presumably with the hosts' stuff). The hosts were nice enough to leave some new milk/bread/butter/jam for us as well, which was a nice touch. The heat and the water pressure in the showers - amazing for Europe! Seriously, it worked so well that we all took showers in the morning and never had to worry (the daughters usually shower at night, the adults in the morning to alleviate this issue, but we didn't have to here). The location is so fantastic. At first, I thought it would be too close to the action, but it was relatively quiet at night. The area is very, very busy during the day as it's the route from the tube station to the V&A and the Natural History Museum. They have Netflix and YouTube on the TV, so obviously wi-fi was superb. Seriously, probably the best place I've ever stayed at. We are definitely pillow people, so it would be fantastic if the bed had more (even if decorative). I could only find a total of six in the flat.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Not to be missed. - Location,perfect for the tube,the high street had every facility within a stones throw away. The apartment caters for all our needs, and check in was faultless.
• Ian (10/5): Loved the residence was ideally located in a great neighborhood and on the Picadilly Line - Love that there were things for breakfast in the kitchen when we arrived, especially the coffee machine and pods. Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

• Pavlos (10/5): Newly refurbished apartment, opposite the museums - Recently refurbished and in very good condition. Large, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds (plus all cooking amenities and Netflix). nothing. I wish we cna stay again here.
• Amaya (10/5): Excellent choice - Clean, cosy flat, with anything you may need (excellent beds and the thickiest softest towels I've seen on a flat). Great hosts, very helpful and responsive -all instructions very clear and they anticipate anything a family may need (from things for breakfast, to paper and crayons for kids, to printer for boarding cards, option to leave luggage after check out...). South Ken Tube and buses stop 1 min away and lot of shops and places to eat in 5 mins or less (hosts even leave a folder full of recommendations), however, the street itself is very quiet. I travelled with my 5-year old and my parents (so 3 generations) and we all loved it. It's pricy, but London is pricy and at least here the money worths it. Nothing. All was up to expectations or beyond

Would stay here again in a heart beat - The host was so kind and understanding that she allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment even if it was still being cleaned. Place was pristine clean and nicely furnished especially the kitchen which has complete amenities. Location was perfect - walking distance to the train station as well as to a variety of cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, etc. None

• Taft (9/5): A great little secret pied-a-terre in South Kensington - Excellent location and very convenient for transport and shops. Very well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms did not have any rails or available closets to hang clothes (a simple rail in each would suffice.) We improvised with the drying rack! Apart from this the property has just about everything.
