They offer a lot of facilities inside the appartement, you’ll get everything you need. Great service as well. The check-in procedure is a bit chaotic especially in this standing. Could be handled better.

• Mads (7/5): Kommer gjerne igjen! Fantasisk service og beliggenhet! - Kommunikasjonen med verten var upåkklagelig. Til tross for non-refundable avbestilling gjorde de alt for å imøtekomme meg etter det ble oppdaget at bassengent var stengt for vedlikehold. Vi kortet ned oppholdet som var booket i utgangspunktet. Vi fikk og byttet rom da det var pågående renovasjon i etasjen over oss fra tidlig morgen som gjorde det umulig og sove. Vertene er virkelig i toppklassen når det kommer til service. Beliggenheten til Royce er upaklagelig, alt du trenger av transport, shopping, severdigheter i 10 min gåavstand. At bassengent var stengt for vedlikehold, litt gjemt informasjon om man ikke leser ALT :-).

Very helpful and friendly staff. First we were assigned 140 bed for a family of 3, even though booking details said large double bed 151-180. As of second night we were given nicer apartment with 2 beds of 160. Not the cleanest accommodation though.

• nabila (1/5): - the location is strategic. the unit that we stay got bad smell comes from the sink and toilet drains. we got offered to change to other unit. we changed from level 50 to level 17. for level 17, 2nd bedroom’s aircond are not functioning. then, the parking lot cannot fit to park our car as I drive MPV car. again, we need to change our parking lot to level 4. so much things happened during our stay at this property. surely not gonna repeat another time.

Stanza spaziosa con terrazzo Ho prenotato 3 mesi prima e nessuno mi ha informato che la piscina sarebbe stata chiusa due mesi nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ovvio che ho scelto questa struttura per la piscina all'ultimo piano se no ne avrei trovate alla metà del prezzo senza piscina e con le stesse condizioni quindi direi che è stato davvero poco professionale

• Birte (8/5): Städtetrip - Perfekte Lage im Zentrum , die Petronas Tower sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out Prozess. Preis Leistung hat gepasst! War schon zum zweiten Mal dort und würde es wieder buchen. Der Pool war geschlossen und man hat diese Information erst nach der Buchung bekommen. Oberflächlich war es sauber, aber hinter den Türen sehr viel Staub.

They told me to do it through booking.com, but when I tried to modify the reservation, it didn't work. Booking said that the reservation type isn't editable. When I went back to the staff and told them, they didn't suggest any solution.
• Nelli (8/5): Urlaub in KL - Top Lage und tolle Aussicht. Großes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Es war sehr hellhörig und das Bett ist nicht so bequem. Zudem gab es nur Duschtücher, jedoch keine Handtücher.

Genel anlamda sankin , temiz , güvenli bir yer . 51. kattadaki havuz çok etkileyiciydi. Konum olarak son derece merkezi, bir çok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz ya da kısa bir taksi mesafesinde. Bu kadar gezginin gelip kaldığı bir yerde universal priz yuvaları olması gerekir ya da priz sayısı kadar adaptör verilmesi gerekir . Sabah kadar 2 saatlik uyku ile tüm cihazlarımı şarj ettim.

It would also be nice to have disposable slippers provided. For this price, it would be reasonable to have cleaning service at least once every two days, along with towel replacement. Please also provide bath mats for the bathroom so the floor does not remain wet after taking a shower.
