• Šimon (2/5): Staff is really unprofessional and made the stay really unpleasant - Free parking spot was fine in the yard and room was pretty quiet but otherwise nothing special The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed angry that I even ask questions. Receptionist called me to pay on the spot and after saw the order on booking in euros she just tipped the amount in czech crowns and almost made me pay around 10 euros more. After I explained this and showed her the czech crown to euro course, she gave somewhat real amount into the system but she seemed to be so annoyed by me trying to solve mistake she made so I did not pay more money that after I put my card into system and the question if i want or dont want to pay conversion tax from euros to czk she clicked yes without asking me, which she cannot do, so I had to pay 5 euros more. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Also room even though it was advertised as double bed it was just two 1 beds put together, towels smelled weird, heating was weak and water glasses in room were uncleaned. I get it that this was cheapest last minute option for room in Opava but I do not recommend the stay here, you will probably get better stay paying few euros more and staying somewhere else.

• Jaroslav (3/5): - Parkování Poměrně nepořádek okolo penzionu, zařízení staré, ale čisté. V restauraci možnost jen rozmrazené pizzy a nemožnost platit kartou. Značný hluk z okolních pokojů.

• Chludová (2/5): nejhoší ubytování v letošní roce, - čistota-prach pavučiny, nefunkční ovladače k TV, na pokoji ani jediná sklenička na pití, koupelna pouze SG, TP, páchnoucí ručníly
• Lukas (1/5): Katastrofe .... nie wieder !!! - Einfach nichts. Da ist nicht gut. Das Bett war mit alte matraze wo das federung war ganz kaput. In Badezimmer war im glas noch wasser von früher gemietete gäste. Die Dusche selbst -> katastrofe halterung für duschkopf war im arsch und die Kabine war schwer zu zu machen. Totale katastrofe.
