- Mira (10/5): - everything is perfect. the bed, the lighting, the kitchen, the bathtub, the atmosphere – 100/100 staff is the best i love them all! and the vinyl! we didn't wanna go out! imagine a nice bath with the sounds of jazz or morning to pulp fiction soundtrack! unbelievable! BUT ESPECIALLY the window view is gorgeous, with a modernist building and a lot of greenery. which is really really rare for Saigon. to me, this is the best location of CIRCADE so far (i've been to few)

Décoré avec beaucoup de goût avec tout l’équipement nécessaire dont la machine à laver le linge qui est un vrai plus et la baignoire qui est superbe! Hôte très attentif et disponible, j’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet appartement

- Nurzahrifah (10/5): Lovely stay. - Accommodation is clean, quiet (my room is on the mezzanine, opposite the salon), spacious, bright coloured interior (which I love), complete room amenities, comfortable and host always answered my enquiries promptly and keep me updated on any inconveniences which I don’t have any issues with. Walking distance to a 24/7 Family Mart. No lift, which I don’t mind at all.

- Johanna (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war toll. Über den Kontakt mit dem Hostteam, den Self-Check-In/Check-Out hin zu Fragen oder Bedürfnissen hat alles super geklappt. Der Appartement ist groß, stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Küchenzeile hat alles was man braucht, sogar trinkbares Wasser. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die freistehende Badewanne :). Das Bett war groß und die Matratze komfortabel. Hier lässt es sich auch eine längere Zeit aushalten. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Das Appartement liegt in District 1 und man kann die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten in circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen - und das ist auch aus unserer Sicht der einzige Punkt Abzug. Bei der Hitze ein doch recht langer Weg. Zudem liegt das Appartement meist außerhalb des Abholbereichs, wenn man Touren bucht und man muss selbst zu einem PickupPoint kommen.

The beds were very comfortable and we especially appreciated the washing machine in the apartment, as we’d already been travelling a few weeks and needed it! The location is a bit out of the main area of D1 which isn’t far, it’s still a short walk to the main attractions or an even shorter grab ride
- Goveas (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay with Circadian in HCMC. The space was super cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed felt like a home away from home. Perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. Would definitely stay again! A couple of things could have been better. Since there’s no reception and communication is via WhatsApp, it felt a bit impersonal at times. On checkout day, staff entered right at 12 PM using the code while we were still getting ready to leave, which felt a little intrusive.

Looks exactly like the photos and was nice to have air con and Netflix to watch at the end of the day. Not far from all the places we wanted to go and there’s a family mart and 7-eleven nearby. There’s a decent amount of stairs so if you have heavy luggage can be a bit hard, but really minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect.

- senay (10/5): - We really loved our stay and were very happy. The apartment was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and a comfortable living room. It was stylish, warm, peaceful, and very practical, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, with excellent water pressure and temperature, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The lighting throughout the apartment created a very pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having a fan was especially useful at night. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, including coffee and tea brewing equipment, although we didn’t need it much thanks to the amazing Vietnamese cuisine and great coffee nearby. The washing machine was extremely useful during our long stay. The record player was a lovely surprise, and although we didn’t use the TV, having Netflix and similar platforms available was definitely a great plus. The location is about 2 km from the city center; we chose to walk, but Grab was very easy to find and use. The hotel management’s communication and support were excellent, with clear guidance and quick responses throughout our stay. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, which the hotel management clearly informs guests about in advance.

The staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. The photos match the reality perfectly no editing or misleading pictures. The location is also great, close to everything you might need. I can only recommend this place! ☺️

Away from the busy areas but still walkable to decent coffee shops and restaurants. They also had in unit washer, so that made laundry super convenient. Dat de accommodatie je betaling weigert te innen via Booking en claimt dat je opgegeven betaalwijze/creditcard niet werkt. Dat de betaling dient te gebeuren via een Vietnamese website. Dat er onnodig veel gecommuniceerd wordt via Whatsapp. Al dagen voorafgaand aan de aankomst. Dat de ingang van de Airbnb via een haarsalon is, welke enkel fungeert als dekmantel. Bovendien is er geen lift aanwezig. En dat ze geen code van het gebouw en de kamer aan je geven voordat je een kopie/foto van je paspoort hebt verstuurd via WhatsApp.

Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine 🤩) Die Betreuung via WhatsApp war tipptopp. Die Dusche ist großartig 👏 Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren in Wohnung 2B, wunderbar ruhig in den Hinterhof. Die Damen im Friseursalon, den man durchqueren muss, schienen nur mäßig begeistert zu sein. Mit viel Gepäck wäre das Treppenhaus ohne Lift wohl schwierig, aber für uns kein Problem.

- John (9/5): Lovely studio in a great area - The properties in a fantastic location quite up market about a 20 minute walk from the post office/Notre Dame (I walk a lot, Grab is a 5-10 minute ride depending on traffic). The studio is exactly as shown in the photos. This one I booked faced away from the road and was very quiet. The shower was great. The bed comfy. The kitchen area has everything you need, although there are many good restaurants and coffee shops on the same block. Can highly recommend and planning to return myself in February.

It was so easy to walk to so many good food places from the room. Nothing much! It was a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped as the hotel is by the street.

We had to pay through a link sent to us by the host, which felt unsafe considering we had heard of many hotel scams in Vietnam.

It is fully self contained, very comfortable and the team looking after us was responsive and helpful for our few days here and also assisted when we transferred to the RetroMetro, another cute property run by Circadian. They were both our little sanctuaries out of the heat and hectic Saigon city vibes. Highly recommended. We would stay here again in the blink of an eye. The only issue, and it was a very minor one, was carrying our bags up the stairs to our room on the third floor. Be prepared for this. We would still stay again regardless of stairs.

The staff were attentive and easy to communicate with, and the water pressure was excellent. The property is on the top floor with no lift, which can be inconvenient, but the staff were more than willing to help carry luggage. The extra guest bed was an air mattress, which could be improved with a firmer, pull-out single/sofa bed that stays in place. The air mattress lost air and became too soft to sleep on.

We hadden niet begrepen dat er geen receptie is. Dus voor check-in en check-out moet je via Whatsapp gegevens aanleveren en een afspraak maken. - Rayna (8/5): Had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! - The property is in a great location and not too far from the main attractions. The decor and facilities are just like the photos. I loved the decor. The lack of a lift is bit of a challenge if you are staying on the 3rd floor but otherwise no complaints.
- Finn (10/5): Exceptional apartment, very comfortable stay - This apartment really exceeded our expectations. We were apprehensive that many reviews for properties for Vietnamese hotels were fake, so we searched for a while to find genuinely good accommodation. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, the decor in the apartment was very upmarket, including a record player and some very nice coffee equipment. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked very well. While the water pressure in the shower was very good, the temperature was very inconsistent. It started very hot and quickly turned lukewarm.

It was in such a great location, and we were so fortunate to have the staff meet us and they took our luggage up for us which was great because we came a little bit early. So we were able to go to a spa, and when we came back, our luggage was in the room. I would definitely come back! It was such a great place to kick off our trip in Vietnam. It was perfect!

- Benson (10/5): Exceptional - Incredibly spacious, clean and stylish apartment with all the amenities you can think of, as well as some extras such as a water filter, record player and sound system for playing music. Staff were really helpful and easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to accommodate requests and make sure my stay was comfortable. They also provided thorough instructions on how to enter the apartment which made checking in quite simple. Be mindful that you may need to carry luggage up several flights of stairs depending on which level your apartment is at (no elevators). There was some construction work occurring on the ground floor during my stay but I could not hear any noise and this did not really affect how comfortable the apartment was.
- Austin (1/5): Horrible experience, terrible building, zero hospitality; avoid Circadian properties, it’s not worth ruining your trip. - Nothing. This place sucked in every single way. Avoid at all costs. Everything was wrong. The building wasn’t even fully built yet, construction made it impossible to get in and out. Toxic clouds of dust from tile cutting and drywall. The door to the balcony had no seal so hot air and bugs were coming in all day and night, I got so many mosquito bites. The room itself looked OK from a distance, but up close you could tell how poorly it was built. Narrow staircase with no elevator, absolutely horrible time getting our bags up and down. Low quality doorknob code system to the room that made getting in and out a hassle every time. The front door of the half built building was always left wide open and there’s no staff on site so it was incredibly unsafe, literally anyone could walk into the building at any time. They finally moved us to a new building on our last night, since our first building was a nightmare. It had similar issues, but at least it was fully built and not a literal construction site. Still would not recommend, not a good time. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they didn’t offer a refund after that horrible experience. This place is a SCAM. Circadian ruined the trip completely. Avoid their properties at all costs.
- Aieza (10/5): Amazing beyond words. - I loved the overall ambiance, the room was so well laid out. We didn’t feel like going out of our comfy looking room. The colour scheme, the cleanliness and the attention to detail. We had a washing machine, complete coffee setup and complete kitchen to ourselves. The place is just amazing beyond words. My next to trip to Ho Chi Minh, I’m not going anywhere else. This is my place to be. Just get us a lift to the 3rd floor 😅
- Sabrina (10/5): Amazing! - We had a great time in this wonderful apartment. The host team was always available when we had questions and answered within a few minutes. The flat was very new and clean. Spacious bath. Nice smart tv where we could watch Youtube. Some little supermarkets nearby. Very calm in the evenings as the bedroom is located to the back of the building. Check out was fast and without any issues. There was construction going on, but the team was upfront about it beforehand and even offered alternative accomodation before we arrived to Vietnam. We were woken up by it at around 8 am sometimes, but nothing too bad as we chose to stay in that apartment.

- Brenda (9/5): Comfortable apartment stay - This is more like an apartment kind of stay. They have a washing machine, which is extremely convenient if you have been traveling for a while. The staff is nice and they helped me with my luggage as there is no elevator. You can pay by card when you arrive but you have to leave a deposit in cash. Since this is more like an apartment stay, there is no breakfast or hotel lobby. I thought I was not going to miss the breakfast but when you have an early tour it really helps.

- Michele (9/5): Convenient location and clean modern rooms - Had a great stay for a night. Rooms are nice and modern. Similarly to other reviews, the payment method is a bit different to other properties but we had no issues using their dedicated payment portal.
- Christian (10/5): Amazing apartment stay in Saigon - Great size and comfortable apartment with well-equipped design furniture. The 1 bedroom apartment occupies the whole floor of 4th floor with living room being in the front street side and bedroom in the backside which is great arrangement. Highly recommended for those looking for apartment stay in Saigon. The neighbors make noise every morning at 7.30, drilling the walls, construction works, etc. In Vietnam they start early ! There is no lift in the building and we had a lot of luggages, so to carry them to 4th floor was a lot of work, but the owners were very kind to offer all the helps they could to bring our heavy suitcases right into the apartment. Thank you and really appreciate that !
- Merlene (9/5): Safe and clean - Loved our room - very clean!! Great that the washroom and shower area were separated. They had a stove, pots, pans, a fridge, washing machine etc. there's no lift so please be prepared to climb.

There were restaurants nearby but Grab taxi to centre very cheap. Felt a safe area. Recommend to others. The deposit scheme is unnecessary and annoying. Some complimentary washing machine powder, if arriving late and shops closed, would be nice. Thank you

- Eilish (10/5): HCMC stay - Plenty of space for 2 adults. Bed was very comfortable. The studio was clean, well equipped. Well functioning AC. Great to have a washing machine and detergent to use. For people with mobility challenges this is not the place to stay given the flights of narrow stairs and no lift. This was not an issue for us.

- Jasmine (8/5): Comfortable! It has a washing machine so it was good! - It was a comfortable stay..just that the light at the entrance was flickering so I was a little scared. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Staff was responsive to the request or queries! I arrived at 430am. Unfortunately way earlier than the expected arrival. So their security system has been set and I couldn’t enter. But it was a lesson learnt to over estimate the time of arrival than underestimate. Having a dryer will be helpful!

This accommodation has no lifts, so it is a bit hard if travelling with suitcases but the staff were of great help carrying our luggage up for us.

- Benny (6/5): Stayed for 1 night at the end of my Vietnam Trip. It was a pleasant stay & easy trip to the Airport. - The Location is fine, quiet area at night and the room faces the back side of the building so its quiet. The TV is good with Netflix included and a SoundBar. Kitchen is fully stack and has everything you need to make your own Coffee & Tea. The Staff needs to relax an understand that not all guest like to be harassed via Whatsapp with constant messaging, more so if people are working/holidays. Need to understand proper Host etiquettes and standardize your booking process. Asking for deposits after booking in Cash or Bank Transfer is not the proper standard and some guest do it but figure things out. As for the Room, the AC does not cool the rooms, the water pressure is too low. You will suffer the stairs if on a high floor. The Area is not quiet during the day and the building is not modern except for the rooms. It was more like an abandoned building with remodeled rooms. For people that like to stay in the room and be comfortable (minus the AC) is good. If on Holiday or Vacation best to be elsewhere.
