Also very handy to get up to the mountains and trailheads. Loved the view from the apartment, especially watching sunrise every day. Spacious, clean and comfortable - plenty of room to spread out. • Floriane (10/5): Perfect stay in Breña Alta - The place is wonderful, with a lot of space for 4 adults (having 2 bathrooms is absolutely great for this!). Kitchen is well equipped and spotless, the living room has this huge window overlooking the church and the sea. Sunrises are super pretty with, if weather allows, views on the Teide! Parking always had spots for us and was really easy compared to other Canary Islands public parkings (not narrow, not in a hill, properly paved, etc.) and 1min walk to the appartment door. Our host was extremely responsive on whatsapp and showed flexibility during the whole stay. Additional luxury: a dryer on top of the washing machine, which is so convenient given that the islands are pretty humid and the washing could take several days to dry naturally. Would definitely repeat! The only thing worth mentioning would be that, in both bathrooms, the shower door couldn't close properly and therefore some water always escapes and you can expect the bathroom floor to be wet. Not a big deal given that everything else is great!

• M. Valero (10/5): - La comunicación con Adela fué excelente en todo momento. Todo perfectamente organizado, desde el check-in hasta la información proporcionada sobre restaurantes y sobre la zona. La vista desde el ventanal es muy buena, y el apartamento es gigantesco. La cama es muy cómoda, y todo el apartamento estaba realmente limpio. Uno se encontraba como en casa. El aparcamiento también es muy fácil al lado de la casa. Prácticamente nada que objetar. Por ser escrupuloso a la silicona de la bañera no le iría mal una renovación. Y la ventana del baño no cerraba bien del todo, lo cual en dias frios molestaba un pelín.

• Markus (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa. - Hemos tenido una semana fantástica en La Casita del Arco Panorámico. El piso es precioso y está equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Es súper limpio y está cuidado con mucho cariño. Está situado en el centro de San Pedro, cerca de un gran aparcamiento. Hay supermercados, tiendas, bares y cafeterías a solo 5 minutos caminando. La atención por parte de Adela es ejemplar. Intentaremos volver :) Todo perfecto.

• Tomasz (10/5): Great apartment with very nice view on the see and neighborhood - Great, comfortable and clean apartment, very well equiped. Very nice view on the see, despite location is far from the coast. You can admire sunrise from the apartment. Excellent support from Adela, who makes sure you have everything you need and gives you recommendation about local restaurants etc. You also get some invitation snacks and wine, which is very nice. Free public parking space couple of meters from the building is big advantage. Everything was good.
• Isabel (7/5): 👉 Buena atención y ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del aeropuerto, bonita y con todo relativamente cerca para moverte con facilidad. Lo mejor ha sido la atención de Adela, desde antes de nuestra llegada estuvo súper pendiente de todo, facilitándonos la estancia en cada momento. Al llegar nos encontramos con detalles en el alojamiento que se agradecen muchísimo y, además, nos recomendó sitios estupendos por la zona. Lamentablemente, el ruido es un aspecto a tener muy en cuenta. Hay bastante tráfico y también ruido procedente de bares durante prácticamente todo el día. Venimos de una zona ya muy ruidosa y buscábamos desconectar, por lo que en ese sentido la experiencia fue un poco similar a nuestro día a día.
• Marcos (10/5): Alojamiento muy conveniente para moverte por la isla - El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir cómodo. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama muy agradable. No tendría nada específico sobre lo que comentar.
• Rosa María (10/5): Excelente estancia. - Desde el primer momento recibimos una muy buena atención de Adela, nos dio todas las indicaciones que necesitabamos para llegar y para acceder a la vivienda, todo fue muy sencillo. El piso estaba impecable, y tenía absolutamente todo lo que se necesita en una casa. Excelente ubicación, aparcamientos públicos muy cerca, parada de autobús, supermercados, cafeterías, tiendas. No dejen de ir al Parque de Los Álamos, y El museo del tabaquero muy cerca de la vivienda. Desde San Pedro pueden ir a cualquier parte de la isla, buena comunicación. Breña alta es uno de los municipios más verdes y hermosos que conozco. Realmente nos gustó absolutamente todo, lo único que podría reseñar es que no sea accesible para personas con movilidad reducida por encontrarse en una segunda planta sin ascensor, pero en nuestro caso somos personas mayores y esto no representó ningún obstáculo.

• Bjorn (10/5): Luxe appartement op centrale locatie. - Zeer centrale locatie gelegen in San Pedro, mooi ruim en licht appartement. Zeer luxe uitgerust met een mooie keuken, 2 grote slaapkamers met elk een badkamer. Schoon en modern Slaapkamer was lastig donker te krijgen door de kerstverlichting buiten in combinatie met de rolgordijnen. Het appartement was redelijk gehorig. Het bed was kort, ik lag met mijn enkels over de rand.

The host is very helpful and shares recommendations on what to do and which restaurants are worth going to. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples to stay in. Ants invading the kitchen was a minor inconvenience. However, the insect spray, which was already in the apartment, helped to solve the issue.

• Beverly (10/5): There is a reason for all those perfect ratings - I can't rate this property a strong 10 fast enough! We have stayed at 30-40 apartment rentals over the years and this one is right at the top of the list for doing everything right. First of all, the communication from Adela was exceptional. She sent detailed info on where the parking was (just steps away) and a map image how to get there. Be sure to follow her instructions because Google maps may put you on an crazy inaccessible road. (Lesson learned the hard way in the dark). We were staying over New Year's Eve and found the apartment dressed festively in Christmas decorations and a tree which we LOVED since we had been traveling since Nov. and missed out. Along with that a packet of party favors so we could celebrate bringing in the new year. She also advised us on where the celebrations were happening. As for the unit itself, EVERY little detail hit the mark. The regional snacks and fruit, beverages including good coffee, attractive and comfortable furnishing and the wall of windows looking out on a small pedestrian area, a church and some dining places. The windows kept most of the noise out, even the bedroom that fronted that area. Of course on New Year's Eve it was an exception so we just opened the windows and enjoyed the music!. What really impressed us though was the utter cleanliness of it. Impeccable and spotless. The location is up from the busy center but peaceful and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close to everything by car. Don't think twice about renting here. You will not be disappointed. Not their problem but an area thing we have encountered on the island. No paper what so ever can be sent down the toilet but is put in a receptacle next to it. First time experiencing that for us.

The apartment is spotless and features some nice personal touches like plush toys. They also have a separate laundry room with a tumble dryer. Note that because of an error in Google maps it may be challenging to correctly navigate to the carpark.
• John (10/5): Unbeatable appartment on La Palma It had everything we needed and more - I have never rented an appartment so well equipped . It had everything. With free public parking 50m away, bus stops, Lidl and Mercadona 5 mins drive away, Spar within walking distance, 10 mins drive to the Airport or ferry, the location was perfect. The appartment was spotlessly clean and double glazing kept traffic noise to a minimum. 20m away were two bars to enjoy a basic tapa or a beer. Carlos, the owner is very helpful and will help you at any time Do not use Google maps to find the apartment. It will get you stuck up an impossible lane. (google maps should be used with caution on La Palma... Only follow it up main roads). There is a steep staircase up to the appartment which did not bother us but might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

The owner gave us many useful informations about trips, local restaurants etc. This service was great. The evenings are there so romantic 🥰(flat is also equiped with electric candles 🤩). You can drink wine and enjoy the perfect view! Great location for the trips to the north and south . The bed should be wider, but this Is our point of view, we have extra wide bed ať home🤣. The beds in this flat Are very comfortable. We travel a lot, but this was one of the best stay in our lives.❤️❤️❤️

• Agilsa (10/5): Amazing - Looking forward to visiting again soon! - The owner took it upon her to provide the best experience possible; not only were the facilities great and detail oriented (welcome kit, first aid kit, extra blankets, charging station, washer and dryer with soap, etc,) but we received recommendations on restaurants in the area, how to see the newest volcanoe, ice cream spots, etc. Communication with the owner was great, I wish more properties were as nice as this one.
• An (10/5): Exceptional - One word: PERFECT! The apartment is amazing, very comfortable, full amenities, bright and clean. Even the little details were not forgotten- from the chocolate on the pillow, fruits and drinks in the kitchen, to the sticker on the bathroom door that it has been cleaned. Just amazing! The owners are also super kind, they even made me a soup, because I had stomach aches. Wonderful experience, definitely recommended Everything was super. If there was a rating higher than 10, I would have chosen it.
