• Dorota (7/5): - Lokalizacja Pod apartamentem znajduje się restauracja. Wieczorem jest głośno, bo siedzą ludzi a rano bardzo wcześnie są dostawy. Okno musi być zamknięte, bo nie da się spać. Do apartamentu na ostatnim trzecim/czwartym piętrze jest bardzo dużo schodów.

• Susan Marie (7/5): This place has some very wonderful aspects, but I would choose a quieter venue next time around. - What we liked was the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom floor was heated which was a nice feature. The location is wonderful but also not so wonderful at the same time. It is located in a very convenient part of Old Town. The not-so-wonderful part about the location is that it was noisy 24/7 and difficult to get meaningful sleep. The thoughtful earplugs by the property were a nice touch, but did little to quell the noise. Only on our last night, when the 3 Seas Initiative was taking place in Dubrovnik, did we enjoy peace and quiet and a good night's sleep. A full length mirror would have been a plus as there was only the mirror above the sink. And lastly, at the end of our stay the guests are expected to remove all trash and walk across town to dispose of it by 10 am (check out time). Usually the cleaning staff takes care of the room's trash so that was unexpected and a bit of a hassle for us with suitcases in tow.

Nakon dugog puta od 5 sati, stigli smo nešto ranije i ljubazno zamolili da uđemo u apartman samo sat vremena prije zvaničnog vremena za check-in. Naš zahtjev nije naišao na razumijevanje, iako apartman u tom trenutku nije bio zauzet, što nam je dodatno otežalo i umanjilo ukupan utisak. Razumijemo pravila, ali smatramo da bi malo fleksibilnosti i susretljivosti mnogo značilo gostima koji dolaze izdaleka. Nadamo se da će domaćini u budućnosti imati više sluha za ovakve situacije.

It was great but there were so many flights of stairs that my friend had a heart issue. I asked to refund early in the morning on the day - as we didn’t know there were so many flights of stairs - and they could have re let it. They refused to help us.

Ficar dentro da cidade murada é uma experiência que vale a pena. Ficar fora da cidade murada não é uma boa opção, pois vc terá que pegar taxi e os deslocamentos acabam limitando o passeio. A experiência de ficar dentro dos muros da cidade é sensacional. O quarto, embora não tenha nenhum charme, é bem refrigerado, bem iluminado e recentemente reformado. Solicitei o cancelamento do café da manhã e fui atendido. Uma boa postura com o cliente. O caé da manhã é péssimo. Evitem incluir. É melhor descer e tomar um café descente. Além disso o quarto não tem a mínima estrutura para tomar um café da manhã. Não há mesa, somente uma cadeira e faltam utensílios para tomar o café. O quarto, embora novo (somente o quarto, pois os prédios por ali são bem velhos e parecem multifamiliares). Lembrem que não é um hotel. Para a limpeza é necessário que vc peça todos os dias que enviem alguém. O serviço não vem automaticamente. Além disso, é solicitado nas instruções que vc leve o lixo para um local distante do prédio. Atente que normalmente esses quartos ficam em prédios sem elevador. No caso específico, embora digam que são 3 andares, na prática são 4 andares. Se optarem por esse tipo de acomodação, levem poucas malas e bem leves. Não é uma tarefa fácil subir com malas em escadas apertadas com muitos degraus.

We had to carry heavy suitcases up FOUR floors of dangerously narrow, shaky wooden stairs that feel like they could collapse at any moment – unsafe and exhausting. Check-out was just as bad: dragging bags back down the same death-trap stairs, and then being told we couldn’t store our luggage for even an hour, despite obvious space in the lobby. The host hid behind “the contract” with zero flexibility, zero hospitality, and zero care for guests. Breakfast? A joke. “Lemonade” was literally water with lemon slices, and the fruit was borderline rotten. Nothing fresh, nothing enjoyable. For what they charge, you expect at least basic comfort and service – here you get neither. Unsafe, unfriendly, overpriced, and absolutely NOT worth it. One of the worst stays we’ve ever had.

• Michael (10/5): Great location and better communication needed - We really enjoyed our stay—this apartment is in an unbeatable location right in the heart of Dubrovnik. A couple of small improvements could make things even better. The check-in instructions were a little confusing; it would help to clarify that guests need to go into the shop and then turn left to reach the stairs. That wasn’t immediately obvious. Also, we had asked about the possibility of a slightly later checkout, but never received a response from the management. We left on time as planned, but an extra hour or two would’ve been helpful—it would’ve been nice to get some kind of reply.

Nadie tecolabora con la maleta..Contratamos con desayuno y 2 días tuvieron inconvenientes y no.lo trajeron...el día que lo trajeron fue demasiado tarde y nosotros como la mayoría de los turistas nos gusta salir temprano...las cosas del desayuno de pésima calidad...tuvimos que quejarnos para casi todo..no traían toallas. No hacían aseo. En definitiva es una estafa y una mentira. NO VAYAN ...SE MA VAN A PASAR HACIENDO RECLAMOS.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Good property with a couple of issues - Plenty of space, comfy bed and good air-conditioning. The stairs need maintenance. One of the handrails in particular wasn't solid. Be aware that there isn't a ground floor apartment. What is classified as one has stairs to it and the first floor apartments are effectively 2nd floor apartments. The fridge/minibar barely works. Not good enough to store meds.

Sain selkeät kuvalliset ohjeet whatsuppiin kuinka saapua kohteeseen ja missä avain sijaitsi. Huoneisto vastasi netissä olleita kuvia, siisti ja kaunis. Pehmeä, iso vuode ja toisena petinä ollut levitettävä sohvakin oli hyvä nukkua. Keittiössä olisi voinut valmistaa ruokaa, kunnon välineet ja astiasto. Kapselokahvinkeitin. Heikko unista häiritsee yöllä kadulta kuuluvat äänet. Yöpöydillä oli korvatulpat ;)

The Internet & Wifi didn't work for the duration of my stay despite the host's best efforts to resolve the issue, including his contacting the IP and a visit by a technician. As an aside, I've a suggestion for improving safety of the staircases: Please consider installing a handrail where there isn't one. Perhaps also add a note in the description there are 60 internal stairs; this would be helpful info for those with any mobility issues.
