Room 0 was next door to the office, staff area. On Sunday morning in particular the staff were noisy plus all the trolleys made a noise going past our door. Staff weren't overly welcoming. Did their job but weren't the friendly front office we've got used to.

The location is perfect - right on the main street with plenty of cafés and restaurants, which is a big plus when you have kids. It’s just around the corner from the main mall and directly across the road from the pool, which was great fun. We’ve stayed at the Club Motel several times, and it will always be our first option when we’re in Wagga. The lovely girl at the front desk kindly allowed us to leave our car parked there after checkout so we could head out for breakfast, which we really appreciated.

- Courtney RS (9/5): Perfect for those looking for convenience! - It's probably one of the cleanest places I've stayed. The minute I walked in it smelt fresh, clean and taken care of. The location is second to none for those who want convenience. Located right next door the Marketplace and just around the corner from the main shopping street. The staff were super helpful. My television was not working. After informing reception a handy man showed up within the hour. He offered to replace the television when it would be convenient for me but I told them to please not worry about until id checked out as I was only staying for one night and had plans for the evening anyway. Upon checking in the receptionist apologised for some clutter that was Located around my room due to renovations that were happening. I thought that was really nice. The bathroom mirror was a great bonus! It had touchscreen lighting, de fogging etc. A face washer in the room would be handy. The room only provided a bathmat and 2 towels. The parking is abit tricky, be wary if you have a large vehicle.
