• Zoe (1/5): Short, Digusting and waste of money - The location was decent. Wasn’t in the heart of the city more on the outskirts. The property was absolutely disgusting and not clean at all. The bed head was covered in pubic hair and hair. The amount of mould in the property was outrageous even for Darwin. No clean towel and open food in the kitchen along with cockroaches. When I advised the property owner he told me I should have told him earlier, I sent pictures to which he never responded to. With no full refund provided by booking.com and me having to find alternative accommodation. Would not recommend
• Maureen (2/5): Don't! - Location ok but more in what might be classed as the business area. Darwin is small though, so nowhere is far to walk if it's not too hot. Dirty to the extent I only stayed one night because I was on red-eye and arrived at 1am and had no option. I slept that first night with sarong over the sheets and pillow because I wasn't sure they were clean. One pillow was gross and mouldy, the other was old and yellow. Old sheets in clothes dryer. Dirty/ mouldy plate and cutlery in dishwasher. Liquid handwash container so dirty I didn't touch it. No basic supplies usually supplied eg., black teabags, coffee bags, sugar sachets, tissues. And there's more. Unfortunately I also lost another hour that afternoon when I came back expecting the cleaner to have been and to have a swim, but the room key wouldn't work and I couldn't get in touch with the host. Sent host several pics. Host organised cleaner to come. Cleaner arrived at 5pm - she was lovely and came with two pillows, but said she didn't have approval to do the full clean required. Response from host did not give me any confidence that it was going to be fixed, eg. one text said "all was in order" when the cleaner hadn't even arrived. Suffice to say, I luckily found alternate accom and submitted request for full refund with pics etc. to Booking.com

• Ross (7/5): Our stay was a memory lane holiday as we were in Darwin 52 years ago, so to see how the place has changed, enjoyed the v - The views and location! Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, once daytime as well. Not knowing about the parking arrangements. We were able to get parking for the rest of our stay thanks to the front desk. One pillow case short, no tea towels, usually you get provided with hand towel, washer and toiletries in these apartments but we had nothing left.

• Maria-delia (1/5): Breaching health regulations! - Nice views The worst accommodation conditions: - The toilet was not cleaned before our stay (without being too graphic, you could tell a lady stayed there before) - Towels are being washed at 30° - not the minimum 60° to ensure sanitising. - The washing machine and dryer were on when we arrived and the apartment was full of steam, with no A/C on - The towels provided were dirty (like someone has wiped their shoes with them) - Dust, lint and hairs in the bathroom - Shower screen very dirty - Kitchen sink had a dishwashing bottle cap left in it - Bed sheets were very wrinkled - The whole apartment just gave a feeling of uncleanness and discomfort.
• Adrienne (1/5): Unclean and poorly maintained. Save your money and book elsewhere. - Good views over Darwin, but the glass doors were were very dirty. I booked this for my parents as a gift and am very disappointed to relay their feedback on the cleanliness and maintenance of this apartment and I wish I booked a hotel for them instead. Only one rolled bath towel was provided and it was damp. The second one was already used in bathroom. The shower floor was very slippery. In the shower there was a used cake of soap with long hairs on it. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER - for the entire stay, it was looked at but not repaired. Less than half a roll of toilet paper was available, when more was requested, kitchen paper towel rolls were provided. No hairdryer. The clothes dryer was full and on, on arrival, so couldn’t be used it for the entire stay. No tea or coffee bags, no milk in fridge Save your money and book elsewhere.
