• Louise (10/5): Excellent will be back xx - Location fabulous, restaurant below excellent, stairs a challenge for the unfit, just take your time going up and down, comfortable stay, gondala rides just below, watch the canal traffic going by is fantastic, very surreal, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The rug and curtains need an update if I was to be picky or negative but would not stop me staying again.

• Kaemmerlen (7/5): - Emplacement Vue Plusieurs appareils non fonctionnels (chauffage chambre, bain à remous), des appareils dégradés (cafetière, robinet cuisine, mobilier en général, bouton bonde de fond baignoire.. ), beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain.
• Yury (9/5): - Хорошее месторасположение, довольно близко к мосту Риалто и почти прямая дорога к нему. Два балкона! Ванная выше уровнем, чем остальные комнаты. И джакузи до сих пор не работает, хотя это вина дизайнера, запечатавшего его в мрамор - выглядит, конечно, красиво, но ремонт практически не возможен. Берите с собой тапки, дизайнерские каменные полы очень холодные.

• Lisa (3/5): Awful - The only good thing about the place is location, but you could find a place with good location somewhere else! Although the location was good, the stairs to climb to get up was 3 very long and steep. Even worse was there was no top blanket so I called and asked for one, their answer to that was they don’t supply one, but they will send the check in lady back to turn the heat on, ok….so she came back, turned the heat on but it only worked in the living room, not the kitchen, hallway, bathroom or BEDROOM. Also the shower is broken, only stays on the handheld on the side and two drips from the top shower came down, the pot and pan are the non stick and are completely scratched up on the bottom so you would be eating the particles of the pan, the stovetop took about 1 hour to heat up some water, I asked about a dishrag and kitchen towel for drying dishes and they replied that they don’t supply that!? The dryer doesn’t dry clothes, the bed is hard , the seat on one of the kitchen chairs in the living room is completely broken right off. The dishwasher leaked, And we froze every night, for 5 nights! We did call the agency to let them know about the heat and the broken shower, and everything else, but didn’t even get a response…….i was happy to leave this apartment and will never go back. Note: if anyone does stay there, we jimmy’d the shower to stay on by putting a razor in between the handheld area to hold so the top of the shower would stay on…..also I did read on one of the other reviews that the shower didn’t work but I figured it would’ve been fixed by then. This agency does not care about their customers at all, everything is falling apart at this place.
• Joe (6/5): More negatives than positives - Great location in the midst of most major attractions. The terrace was also nice. Being able to see down into the canal was cool. Oh boy. Well for one there were a lot of stairs but that wasn’t something we couldn’t handle. The shower wasn’t working and we had to use the little shower head. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. The bedroom shade was also broken so it let a lot of light in. And it’s weird that we have to throw out all of our trash. Usually the clean up crew does it after check out. Never had to do that at any stay I’ve had throughout Italy.
• Hendrik (9/5): - Lovely location. Very quiet even when it was busy. Rear plate of cooker work only on one setting. Bath is not usable and shower mechanism diverting water from rain shower to handheld does not stay in position unless you wedge something in to keep it in position. Not a big problem but need some seeing too.

• Andrea (6/5): - Der Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Kanal ist super. Bequemes Ledersofa im hellen Wohnzimmer. Großer Esstisch aus Marmor. Großes Bad mit Marmorfliesen. Wer gerne in der Küche kocht, wird enttäuscht. Schlechte Ausstattung an Töpfen und Pfannen, nicht mal Weingläser. Aber Mikrowelle. Wem das reicht, der ist dort richtig.
• Yasmine (10/5): - Magnifique appartement, vu imprenable sur le lagon avec les gondoles qui défilent toute la journée, proche de toutes commodités, pont de Rialto d'un côté et la place sain Marco de l'autre" palais des Doges, basilic Saint Marc et plein d'endroits à visité aux alentours. Appartement magnifique très luxueux et lumineux avec un matériel neuf. Nous avons adoré notre séjour
• David (9/5): If you don’t mind a few stairs (which one should expect in Venice), this property is perfect for a short visit to Venice - The location was great, only a short distance to Rialto bridge and St Marks square and with very nice views over the local canal. Shops, cafes, restaurants and transport were all within easy walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was very comfortable, even with the hot weather outside.

• Allister (6/5): Great location but some aspects of stay disappointing. - The location was excellent but we were disappointed with several aspects of the stay:- 1. The late arrival charge-It was unreasonable to be charged for arrival after 7pm ( we arrived at 7.30). This policy should have been clearly shared before and not after booking . 2. There were spare pillows but no pillow cases. 3. Only two ( mismatched ) wine glasses. 4. Coffee maker was very small and only suitable for one small espresso. 5. Mosquitoes a problem overnight in the bedroom. 6. Guests are informed about the three flights of stairs to get to the apartment but there are some steep steps inside the apartment and some low ceilings which may be challenging for some guests and it would have been useful to know before booking . 7. Would have been hospitable to have a small welcome pack of tea , coffee and milk or have been informed of a local shop open after 7pm. It doesn’t seem as if the agents/ owners had taken note of any comments from previous guests as several of these points were made before and not acted upon.

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic - we spent most of our time on the balcony watching the gondolas! There weren't any blankets in the apartment, but that was taken care of very quickly upon request.
• Henry (7/5): Ideally placed apartment in a central location. Only book if you want to eat out every evening. - Initially, a very helpful response, ensuring an earlier entry to take account of flight time. Apartment is in a very good location with two balconies, one overlooking a picturesque canal, just five minutes from Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square in either direction. The apartment is modern and very clean. There are excellent restaurants close by. There were inadequate cooking facilities. Although it is a modernised apartment there are no pots or pans with which to cook or heat food and no coffee maker. There is minimal crockery. When this was raised with the representative we received no real response other than to say utensils were in a drawer (utensils are useless unless there is something to cook in). This apartment is more suited to an overnight stay than a lengthier one.
• Paula (6/5): Great location, clean & tidy, but needs a bit of basic maintenance work - Terraces were nice, as was the AC! Decorating is to a high standard, furniture & fittings are good quality, but need some repairs. Location was really good too Table & kitchenware hidden away in living room & I only found the saucepans because I searched reviews & a lovely American lady had described where they were hidden - behind a panel which I thought blocked an old fireplace! The kitchen tap is still broken (Sept 2024) & when we complained, we were told it was a design feature(lol), the bath is not usable either.

No soap nor place to put soap, shampoo on anything it in the shower. Too many steps!

• Amanda (8/5): This apartment is in a great location. Great communication from Property staff. Having a balcony on a canal made it wort - The location is great. Apartment was roomy. Appreciated the modern feel. Great communication with property management staff. The apartment appeared clean except sheets which hopefully were just stained but still made us question the cleanliness of them. The A big reason we booked here was because of the dryer which didn’t work very well and some of our clothes ended with a mildew smell and we did not have time to rewash and dry. Would have air dried items but didn’t have the appropriate supplies.

• Themela (8/5): Excellent and it made my stay memorable. - Location was great. Easy to find and central to navigating through Venice. Very conveniently located near the water bus station. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment especially with luggage.
• Yi-chiang (9/5): Over all it is a good experience staying in this apartment. Customer service (Sara) is always there and very helpful. St - Great location, easy to reach upon arrival, easy to go places, a supermarket nearby. Nice private balcony, fantastic view. Good set of kitchen wares for cooking , saved us a lot in dining. Cozy bedroom and nicely working Air conditioner. Kettle is not working as hot water is very essential for us. Counter-top oven not working as well. Kitchen faucet water flow is too slow, might gets blocked. And in the shower room, there is no place to hold our shampoo/ soap and such.

The bonus is that it had a balcony you could relax on overlooking a quiet canal- so priceless! Very clean, nice and comfortable. The only thing to mention is that there are a fair amount of stairs, so anyone with lots luggage or motility issues should take note. We would definitely recommend!! Nothing
• Registr (9/5): Very romantic, very convenient location. - Great place. Nice view. Very close to SanMarco and Rialto. Two great restaurants right in this building. Quite interesting furniture. Balcony it very good (both of them, actually). Highly recommend it for some portion of romance :) It is not a problem in a particular place, but even with closed windows, the all-night-long party from the building in front of a bedroom was really annoying, and it is hard to solve it, really. A lot of mosquitos (can be solved by closed windows and AC) and not related to this particular room. So, basically, if we speak about the particular room- no big cons at all, high steps- possibly for those 70+ could be a problem.
• Ava (10/5): STUNNING - The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a hard time locating it at first because the “Travel Agency” sign wasn’t there. Obviously not the property’s fault, so I called the number given to me and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. There was a little restaurant right by the alley we were supposed to turn down. Everything inside was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos! We were in Italy for just over a week and stayed at 3 different places, this was by far our favorite! The only things we didn’t like were mostly due to user error. There are a lot of light switches which was fun to figure out after a few drinks lol! The keys were also very unique looking which was super new to us. I also didn’t take the time to look at the labels in the living room for the kitchen tools. So again, these things were of no fault to the property, just something to be aware of.

• Mina_e (9/5): Fab location and well appointed apartment - Spacious lounge and bedroom, comfortable furnishings, kitchen well resourced with plates, cutlery, pans (in recessed pull out cupboard opposite sink), microwave, fridge/freezer. 2 hob cooker, dishwasher, world's smallest stovetop percolator- only good for single espresso. Clothes washing machine in cupboard. Lovely bathroom but couldn't get bath jacuzzi to work. Two balconies, one overlooking canal is superb in location but quite small; bedroom balcony is larger but overlooks buildings, not canal. Very helpful staff when I struggled to find the apartment as google maps proved tricky with buildings blocking my GPS/mobile internet access; immediate response from staff. Location is less than 10 minutes walk away from Rialto Bridge or St. Mark's Square and in the middle of the two. Loved seeing the gondolas on the canal below. Lots of coffee shops and eateries nearby. A lot of stairs to apartment- can be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
