• Lorenzo (10/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO - Ottima struttura, camera bella e molto pulita. La posizione è perfetta perchè il centro dista a 15 minuti a piedi. Volendo c’è anche la fermata della metro duomo a 4 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Staff gentilissimo e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli a deposito anche il giorno del check out. Se capiterò di nuovo a Napoli tornerò sicuramente qui
• Amit (5/5): מאכזב מאוד - דירה יפה והיה ניקיון סביר קושי בפתיחת הדלתות לבניין ולדירה עצמה- לא ידענו שצריך כסף קטן למעלית וגם כשהבנו תוך 15 שניות אם לא הספקתם להיכנס, הכסף נבלע וצריך לשים מחדש… לא היו מספיק מיים חמים ובטח לא למילוי הג׳קוזי וכשהתלוננו על כך נאמר לנו שתוך 10 דקות יהיו מים ולא כך היה… מצוין שארוחת בוקר כלולה אבל היו 2 קרטוני מיץ קטנים במקרר וחלב קטן , קפסולות לקפה ומעט עוגיות, מיני לחמניות ארוזות וכמה מארזי נוטלה וקורנפלקס בכמות שלא מספיקה לציפור… מאוד מאכזב… המארחים גם לא תמיד היו זמינים למענה ישיר . חבל ממש לא היינו ממליצים
• F. (9/5): Het was een zeer comfortabel en luxe verblijf, waarbij we genoten hebben van de privé jacuzzi. - De locatie was perfect. Alles op loopafstand in het historische deel van Napels. Dichtbij de haven en van daaruit liep je naar de boulevard. Er is wel altijd verkeer 's nachts, maar dat vonden wij niet storend.

Acho que para o café da manhã faltou opção de alguma proteína, como queijos ou presuntos por ex que poderiam ser deixados na geladeira. Havia mto doce mas pouco salgado.

Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables en todo momento, incluso custodiaron la maleta durante la mañana previa a nuestra partida. Habia nevera en la habitación y nos dejaban una botellita de agua por persona y dia. Nos sorprendió que por subir en ascensor se tuviese que pagar 20cm. cada vez cuando además no dejaba directamente en el rellano. Por otro lado aunque hay camaras en los pasillos alguna vez encontramos la puerta de la escalera a la zona de apartamentos abierta. El desayuno era de bolleria industrial pero más que suficiente.
• Giulia (7/5): Posizione e comfort della camera compensano parzialmente alcune lacune di servizio e manutenzione che, per una struttura - L’insonorizzazione delle stanze è eccellente — davvero un punto di forza. La vasca idromassaggio era pulita e molto confortevole. Apprezzato anche il servizio asciugamani: nonostante la politica di cambio ogni tre giorni, ho sempre trovato tutto fresco. Il caffè servito era buono. Da segnalare positivamente anche il sistema di accesso automatico allo stabile e alla camera: pratico, efficiente e ben funzionante. Ho prenotato una stanza tripla e mi è stata assegnata una matrimoniale senza preavviso né spiegazione — una discrepanza non trascurabile. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare per una struttura che si definisce “luxury”: merendine confezionate in stanza, in una città come Napoli che offre una delle migliori pasticcerie d’Italia, è francamente deludente. Alcuni dettagli di manutenzione erano trascurati, come gli stipiti delle porte scheggiati.

• Isabela (8/5): Nice room and great location, but the services could be improved. - The room was very nice and clean, and the jacuzzi was amazing. The location is excellent, very close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The breakfast was disappointing. It was served in the room and included only one croissant, not even enough for two people. Also, having to pay 20 cents to use the elevator was inconvenient. The check-in time is quite late (15:00) and check-out is very early (10:00), which didn’t feel comfortable

Our room was located facing Street. Although the Windows were soundproof, they were not sufficient to filter out the noise. The trafic did not decrease after mindnight,so it was quite noisy.

• Emily (9/5): Great location, excellent room, and thoughtful extras - 10/10 stay. - The property is in a very central location, with a metro station just across the road, which made getting around extremely convenient. The room was excellent - clean, comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay much more enjoyable. They offered complimentary snacks and water, which continued to make our stay even better. Communication was also smooth and fast. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here. The property is located on the 5th floor, and the lift requires a €0.10 coin to work, which can be slightly inconvenient when handling luggage so it’s worth having some small change on hand.

Le bruit…Nous étions dans la chambre prés de la porte d’entrée qui s’ouvre avec une serrure connectée qui fait beaucoup de bruit. La chambre donne sur la rue qui est une grande avenue très passante à toute heure . Et malgré le double vitrage c’est très gênant la nuit

Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Le collaboratrici eccezionali e molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ritornerò molto volentieri. A presto e grazie di tutto!

• Michal (9/5): Overall we were satisfied. - Excellent location, clean room, regular cleaning. Small room (not much space to put luggage), but for three nights it was completely fine. Breakfast was packed, but we knew it in advance, so it was fine. We travel to Italy regularly and compared to other visits to Naples, they have very good windows here. It is on a busy street, but the windows are tight, which was not the case with other accommodations. After check-out, we were able to leave our suitcases in the accommodation for 3 hours. The bathroom smelled of sewage, but it wasn't that bad. We wanted to use the hot tub on Saturday, but around 7pm there was no hot water. It did come on an hour later, but it took a long time to fill up, so we didn't use it.

• Tibi (7/5): Curat și bine poziționat, dar nu am primit camera rezervată - Cazarea a fost, în general, destul de ok, chiar dacă nu a fost cea pe care o rezervasem inițial. Locația este foarte bine poziționată și se poate ajunge pe jos la majoritatea punctelor turistice și zonelor de interes. Personalul a fost amabil. În prima seară, butonul de masaj de la jacuzzi a rămas blocat, însă a doua zi problema a fost rezolvată imediat. Camera a fost foarte curată, iar în fiecare zi se făcea ordine și curățenie. De asemenea, patul a fost foarte confortabil, lucru care a contribuit la un sejur plăcut. Un alt avantaj este faptul că în zonă se găsesc multe restaurante foarte bune unde se poate mânca foarte bine. Am rezervat o cameră cvadruplă, deși eram doar două persoane, deoarece era mai spațioasă și arăta mai bine în pozele de pe Booking. Din păcate, nu doar că nu am primit camera pe care o rezervasem, dar nici măcar nu am fost cazați la Luna Luxury. Odată ajunși acolo, am fost redirecționați către Mare Luxury, o altă proprietate care aparent face parte din același lanț. La Luna Luxury am avut norocul să fim întâmpinați de o doamnă foarte amabilă care vorbea română și ne-a explicat tot ce trebuia să știm, pentru că odată ajunși la Mare Luxury comunicarea a fost destul de dificilă. Doamna care ne-a întâmpinat acolo nu vorbea deloc engleză, ceea ce a făcut interacțiunea destul de complicată. Camera primită nu era cea pe care o rezervasem, însă am ales să trecem peste acest inconvenient pentru a nu ne strica concediul. Totuși, a fost neplăcut faptul că am plătit mai mult pentru camera cvadruplă, iar în final am primit o altă cameră. Un alt aspect dezamăgitor a fost „micul dejun”. La sosire am găsit în cameră câțiva biscuiți, Nutella, cereale, câteva produse de patiserie ambalate și cafea. Acestea reprezentau micul dejun inclus. Inițial am crezut că va fi vorba de un mic dejun propriu-zis, însă în realitate erau mai degrabă niște gustări. Nu am consumat aproape nimic din ele, așa că probabil am fi putut să ne lipsim de această opțiune.
• Bozza (8/5): Consigliato e ottima posizione - Stanza accogliente. Bellissima vasca idromassaggio, grande doccia walk in. Staff disponibile su chiamata e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La posizione è ottima, molto vicina a due fermate della metro (Dante e Università). Aria condizionata ben modulabile e che funziona molto bene. Letto ottimo e comodissimo. Illuminazione artificiale e naturale ottime. Balconcino comodo. Nella stanza è assente un ripiano per appoggiare le valigie dei due ospiti. Anche perché si è obbligati ad avere le valigie aperte e a disposizione, dato che è assente un armadio e dei cassetti (suggerisco di inserire un armadio assolutamente nella stanza). Gli infissi sono ok ed isolano abbastanza bene a livello acustico, considerando che si è su una delle strade più trafficate di Napoli. Non ci sono problemi a dormire, anche se i più sensibili accuserebbero rumori dalla strada trafficata.
