- Jocelyn (1/5): Unacceptable service - N/A The service was very bad as our accomodation was cancelled literally 2=3 hours before we have to leave to London. Prior notice would have been appreciated as this caused a lot of panic for us having to rush and grab just any other available accomodation.

Toen wij aankwamen konden we hem niet bereiken. Uiteindelijk stuurde hij een bericht dat we te laat waren met inchecken en vervolgens was hij niet bereikbaar. Wij hebben toen een ander hotel moeten regelen.
Tot op heden geen contact met de eigenaar gehad en dus ook geen oplossing kunnen bespreken

I will be fighting this case until those criminals will be putting out… or full refund will be made…

- Martina (1/5): - Die Lage und das W-LAN „Die uns als Ersatz angebotene Wohnung war in einem völlig verschmutzten und unhygienischen Zustand. Eine Duschtüre fehlte und stand unsachgemäß im Abstellraum. Nach Reklamation wurde der Schmutz nicht beseitigt, sondern nur verschmiert. Zudem wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter unter Druck gesetzt, eine WhatsApp-Nachricht zu schreiben, dass ‚alles in Ordnung sei‘ – was wir als sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell empfunden haben. Unterkunft war für uns unbewohnbar, mussten selbst putzen.

Vauxhall station a stone's throw away, as was the Uber boat at St George's Wharf, and a really handy Tesco Express on the ground floor. Muhammad, our host, was excellent. Always available and provided lots of useful information about our location and the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and it was great to spend evenings on the balcony watching the world go by. Well equipped kitchen. Genuinely nothing negative to report.

Very clean apartment, safe location. Mohammed met us at the entrance and carried suitcases up the exterior steps for us, much appreciated! Loved the panoramic balcony. Bathtub was very tall to step into and slick to stand in. We much prefer walk in showers but understand others may need a bathtub. Beds need new mattresses, they are very very soft.

- Karyn (10/5): A fabulous weekend away in a fabulous apartment - The location was perfect with a lovely view of the Thames … and the Uber boat pier was right outside. Some lovely bars and restaurants and a well-stocked Tesco Express just a couple of minutes away from the apartment. Our host Muhammad communicated with us well, both before we arrived, throughout our stay and after we’d left. It’s a great apartment for 2 couples as there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good for longer stays as well as short breaks as there’s a utility room with a washing machine. We’ve been to London a lot and this ticks all the boxes for us. 100% the best place we’ve stayed at in the Capital. Thank you! We loved everything!
- Susan (1/5): An awful experience! - Good service from the agent and the proximity to London's amenities. We vacated the flat early as we could not sleep. The flat was very tired & we cannot understand the high rating & previous reviews - the beds were VERY uncomfortable (very thin mattresses & springs within easy felt), insufficient modern electrical outlets meaning there were extension cables everywhere, only 1 bedside light in principal bedroom, bathroom fittings broken including cracked sink, wallpaper lifting, old bedroom furniture that didn't work properly. It was not cleaned properly (partly eaten hamburger left in fridge, other occupants rubbish in bedroom drawers), dirty cutlery in drawers. PS: only discovered the state of mattresses late at night so no time to replace them as suggested by agent subsequently.

There is few lovely restaurants just downstairs, with gorgeous food, tesco around the corner and uber boat just few steps from the apartment which we really enjoyed as an experience. There is a lovely walk to Westminister, Big ben and London Eye along the river.

The views were spectacular. Excellent location with plenty of convenience stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The check in and check out were smooth and easy. Muhammad was great. He was in constant communication with us, waited for us to arrive and took the time to show us the property. He sent me all the information we needed to use the appliances and suggested places to eat. He’s an excellent host.
