• Antonin (10/5): - We had an incredible stay at this wonderful chalet. The location in the mountains is breathtaking. The chalet itself is perfectly equipped and everything was spotless. Since we love to cook, we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The sauna and hot tub were the highlights of our evenings! In winter, the location is unbeatable—you can jump right onto cross-country or downhill skis straight from the doorstep. Larger ski resorts are just a 20-minute drive away. On top of all that, the communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended!

• domagoj (10/5): Great chalet for a nice winter holiday with family and friends - Evertything, how comfortable and spatious it is, the facilities and equipment. Everything was just great. I highly recommned it!!
• Hussain (3/5): A stay with serious maintenance issues and an unresolved security deposit dispute - Clean. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay despite staying for five nights. During our visit, there was no hot water during freezing weather, even though the jacuzzi was used only briefly. Attempts to fix the issue were unsuccessful. Because of this, I had to shower in extremely cold water after using the sauna, and we had to manually heat water to bathe our children during the night. This was extremely uncomfortable in such cold conditions. We did not damage the property. The villa was left clean, including the floors. At check-in, we were told that light cleaning was sufficient and that we should not do deep cleaning during a holiday, as stated by Mr. Bernard. The host offered free electricity as compensation for the hot water issue. However, after check-out, the host Mr.Nico refused to return the €350 security deposit, claiming a mango juice stain on a fabric chair and food residue in the dishwasher filter. These are normal, cleanable household issues and do not justify keeping the deposit. This is the first time in over 20 years of traveling in Austria that I have experienced such issues with basic services and security deposit handling. Communication changed significantly after check-out, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. I advise future guests to be cautious regarding maintenance issues and security deposit handling.

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome house with all you need for relaxing vacation. Hot tub and sauna are great and easy to use. Surrounding nature and scenery are magnificent. Toilet windows could use some blinds.
• Sailorjerry72 (9/5): If you like a great space with a view, this is the place to be! - The space. In 20 years renting appartments in ski areas this was the most roomy and filled to the brim with afterski heaven. A Hot pod outside, a sauna (big!)) outdoor fireplace you name it it was there. The best, and necssary attribute was the log heater. Efficient and we even had a hard time keeping the temperature below 23 degrees celcius without ever having to use electricity to heat the place. The view is gorgeous and being able to bring your fur friend is always appreciated. The restaurants/bars in the vicinity are limited and the ski area of Bad Kleinkirchheim is about 20 minutes drive away. This didn't bother us as we travelled with friends so cooking and and drinking at the house in the hotpod was a very good compensation.
