• Lelia (6/5): Aurait mérité un 9/10 si les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés avaient été réglés. - les lits étaient fait et nous n'avons pas du payer de caution contrairement à ce que d'autres avis disait. Appartement lumineux et très calme. grandes baies vitrées qui s'ouvrent complètement. 2 belles salles de bain, eau bien chaude. des grands placards. très belle cuisine et grand salon. chouette petit jardin à l'arrière. Nous aurions mis 9 sur 10 mais malheureusement, nous n'avons jamais pu voir la télévision (pas de signal) et quand nous avons contacté huswell, (3 fois quand même), ils nous ont répondu ( le vendredi après midi) qu'ils allaient contacter le service technique voire même le propriétaire et nous n'avons plus jamais eu aucune nouvelle. mon papa de 91 ans nous accompagnant on avait choisi un lieu de résidence ou il y avait la télévision pour lui donc à part nous dire qu'ils étaient désolés, rien n'a été fait. De plus il faut savoir que l'assistance ne se fait qu'en Anglais. Heureusement que mon mari se débrouille en Anglais. que font les gens qui ne parlent pas l'anglais ??? dans des avis plus ancien, quelqu'un disait qu'il n'y avait que 3 tasses et c'était toujours le cas : 3 tasses pour 6 personnes !! pour le jardin, il y avait une petite table basse et 2 petits fauteuils (toujours pour 6 personnes) mais pas de table ni chaises pour manger dehors. Il faisait beau et on aurait aimé pouvoir manger au jardin. C'est dommage que le propriétaire de cet appartement soit pénalisé car Huswell ne fait pas le job !
• Wing Ki Vivian (5/5): Despite the beddings and boiler problems on the first day, everything was great. - It’s spacious, near to tram station, well equipped kitchen and some toys for kids. The beds are comfortable. You can easily get foods nearby and a supermarket nearby. The environment is quiet and safe. For the two single beds room, they’re actually a single bed which can pull out to make it a double bed. The pull-out bed cannot be detached. The most unacceptable thing is that you have to make your own beddings for the pullout beds, even you have booked for 6 people. We have contacted Huswell, and their reply is that the pull-out beds are not pre-set by their cleaners, so if your party is more than 4 people, be prepared to search for the beddings and make your own beddings. One more thing to the beddings is that they’re not that clean, got stain on duvet covers. We are unlucky to have the boiler not working on the first night of stay, and we used the app provided by Huswell to contact them and send several photos on error messages of the boiler. Later found out the photos can’t be received through their app, this issue bothered us the whole night with back and forth email and messages between the app. The boiler was fixed the other day, which means we don’t have warm water for showering on the first night.
• Jeannie (8/5): A good stay in a quiet, comfortable and clean apartment. - Location was very quiet and easily accessible by tram or short taxi to the station or city centre. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Note that there is one double bedroom and the other two rooms have single beds. This suited us exactly but might not suit everyone. It wasn't clear to me when making the booking that bed linen and towels were an extra charge. The beds were comfy but the pillows were hard and flat. There should be an option for extra pillows to be supplied There were only 3 drinking mugs (we were 4 adults). A minor detail but so easily rectified if cupboards had been checked before our arrival.
