• Gloria (5/5): Bien - El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Edificio tranquilo y poco ruido. Muy buena ubicación. Olor a tabaco muy desagradable sobre todo en la habitación principal que no conseguimos que desapareciera, incluso ventilando la habitación durante los dos días que estuvimos.

• Jose (10/5): Magnífico apartamento si quieres visitar Granada - El apartamento muy grande. La calefacción magnífica, por radiadores de agua caliente con caldera. Los baños muy limpios. Un gran salón con una TV enorme, sofá chaiselong. Gran mesa de comedor. La ubicación en una de las principales avenidas a pocos minutos del centro y la Catedral y de la zona de copas. Varios supermercados y demas comercios, farmacia, estanco, etc en la zona, Tiene una plaza de aparcamiento, aunque no en el mismo edificio, pero bastante cerca. Del alojamiento me gustó todo. De la visita a la ciudad, recomiendo llevar ya planificado lo que quieres visitar, los desplazamientos y siempre reservar mesa donde vayas a comer,
• Hüseyin Eser (8/5): Fena değil. - Ev çok geniş ferah ve iki banyosu var. Bina girişi bakımlı. Konumu fena değil. Yakınında market var. Otopark sadece küçük arabalar için ve acemilere uygun değil. Evle otopark arasında 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesi var. Evde güneşlik perde yok sadece tül var içerisi görünüyor. 4 gece kaldık ama bize sadece 1 adet yüz havlusu bırakmışlardı. Banyo temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.
• Aya (9/5): - We were greatered by a gentle woman named Ikarm who made everything much easier. The property itself is clean. Spacious and relatively well equipped with very high aesthetics. Very enjoyable for a family of 5, the parking nearby made the trip much less stressful. Overall good value for money, highly recommended
• Kathrin (9/5): - Spacious apartment, well situated, attentive hosts. The kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans (bring oil & spices). A few hand towels in the bathrooms would have been nice but it was not a major nuisance.

• Erica (8/5): Ubicación ideal, bien comunicado, muchos servicios - La ubicación es excepcional y el apartamento muy grande, en un edificio con portero. Estaba limpio pero podía haber estado un poquito más. Las toallas de baño estaban un poco ásperas y el olor del gel de ducha, era tipo magno de hombre, era un poco fuerte pero eso ya, es cierto que, es cuestión de gustos.
• yousef (8/5): Nice location. - The location is very good. The host is very nice and helpful. There is only one AC and it is in the livingroom, so it is difficult to cool down 2 of the bedrooms that are connected to the living room via a long corridor. No proper coffee machine.

• Rc_ti (8/5): Very good - Very close to the main attractions, parking facility, very big flat, close to supermarket, bakery, etc.
• R (8/5): A great stay in a very comfortable apartment, a convenient location, and a very responsive host. However the car park is - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There is a very good air conditioning system in the living/dining room area, and fans in the bedrooms. There is a TV in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen has enough utensils, cutlery and pots and pans to make a meal at home and there are various supermarkets and shops around the area to buy food. There are also cafes, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as Recogidas metro station, and the buses were ok to use to get about. So it is a very convenient location with the sites quite easy to reach by foot or bus. The owner was very good with his communication and sending all the relevant information before we arrived and also during our trip. The car park space. This was the reason we booked this apartment, because it had parking included. It was not big enough for our hire car and did not fit, which ruined our trip as we wasted a whole day trying to sort this out with the car hire company, and we lost money by having to return the car (with no refund) as it did not fit. The car hire company would not give us the money back for the error, and it ruined our trip with our children as we did not have a car to go to other cities in Andalucía, as we had all planned. A whole day was wasted going to the airport to pick the car up, coming back to park it, trying to get it into the car park, trying to reverse back out of there when it didn’t fit and then going back to the airport to return it and coming back again! We could not give our children the trip we promised due to this situation. That was a huge disappointment for us and for them. Not to forget the added extra costs and loss of money (taxi fares, bus fares, diesel costs etc)

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Modern look, spacious for groups, and well furnished. Highly recommend going to the bakery on Ancha de Gracia. Extremely tight parking. I had a Peugeot 5008 and ended up bumping a pillar. Only 1 AC unit (which is normal there) but it was very hot when we arrived.
