• Ilhan (10/5): Çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı – tekrar gelmek isterim ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Çok temiz ve güzel bir konaklamaydı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar bakımlıydı ve konumu da oldukça iyiydi. Önemli bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Genel olarak her şey çok iyiydi.
• EKATERINA (7/5): - Номер был довольно просторный, хорошая шумоизоляция (но шум от дороги при открытых окнах имеется), кровати удобные, отличный завтрак с достаточным выбором ( за доп. плату в 150 лир есть фреш соки) , вполне хороший спа комплекс ( работал бассейн, сауна была горячей, хамам так же работал, есть спорт зал и куллер с водой ), вежливый персонал. Странная система, что в спа нужно идти с полотенцами и тапочками (если нет своих) из номера. По возвращении прежде чем принять душ, нужно было звонить на ресепшн и просить принести свежие сухие полотенца и новые тапочки. Ждать замены крайне неудобно, непонятно почему бы не выдавать доп. полотенца сразу в спа центре. При заселении так же не хватало маленьких полотенец в номере. Халатов в номерах нет, хотя наличие спа предполагает их иметь. Так же в спа для посещения бассейна требуется плавательная шапочка, шапочки для душа не подходят и пришлось купить очередную сотую уже такую шапочку, лучше возьмите сразу с собой в поездку). Температуру в помещении с бассейном хотелось бы немного теплее, отдыхая там на лежаках после плавания быстро замёрзали и уходили обратно в сауну греться. Бассейн довольно прохладный, это хорошо после сауны , освежает, но просто поплавать с детками холодноват. Сам отель уже уставший, были несколько другие ожидания уровня общего комфорта от этой сети пяти звёзд, но в целом всё неплохо.

• Alina (1/5): - I stayed at this hotel on April 8-16 and have been requesting an invoice for my company since then. I asked during my stay after check-out by phone by email and through Booking.com messages. Unfortunately they keep ignoring me or promising on the phone that they will send it but nothing has been sent. Communication was very poor from the beginning. Before arrival nobody clearly confirmed the booking and at reception the staff were unfriendly. When I asked for the invoice at check-out they simply waved their hand and turned away. The room was also disappointing: dirty windows dirty carpets and a strong smell of cigarettes. Very unprofessional experience. If the invoice issue is finally resolved I will update my review.

• Isabelle (9/5): Erg fijn hotel! - Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en heel schoon. Het was heel prettig en comfortabel. Soms rook het op de gangen naar rook. Dat was iets minder maar niet belemmerend.

• Harun (2/5): - I requested a room with two separate twin beds. It took three room changes to get a usable room, and even then my original request wasn't met. Room 1 was assigned as a smoking room despite my booking specifying non-smoking. Room 2 had a strong sewage odor from the toilet. Room 3 was the only acceptable option - but it had a double bed instead of the two separate twins I had specifically booked. Additionally, the TV was non-functional and the hot/cold mixer in the shower was broken.

Lounge kısmı ile ilgili bazı soru işaretleri var, ek ücrete tabii olan bu kısımda 18-20 arası alkollü içecek servisi var yazarken, kişi başı 2 kadeh veya 33cl bira gibi bir şey söylenmesi çok hoş değil, tarif edilen hizmet ile kendisi birbirini karşılamalı.

• Steven (4/5): It was okay just a lot of issues with no extra upgrades or accommodations offered, I will not be staying here again. - The property was in a good location, lots of local stores and restaurants. The pool was closed, the price upon check in was a lot lower than what I paid, it was an additional $38 a day for breakfast. The A/C didn’t work I was told it was heat only on the 15th floor it got hot. The TV was only in Turkish and when I asked about English subtitle they told there are only two channels that were in English and that’s the best they can do. Overall it’s wasn’t a horrible experience however I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. I was also told the pool was closed due to a broken glass panel which was another big reason I booked this location.

Mini bar dolabı boştu içecek sıkıntısı çektim Ertesi gün oda temizliği istediğim halde saat 17 de odaya girdim oda temizlenmemişti. aradım öyle temizlediler bir kaç kez konaklamıştım birdaha konaklamayacağım

• Mehtap (8/5): Prima - Is de derde keer al dat we er waren. 4e keer ook al geboekt. Twijfel of ik een 5e keer wil boeken. Hygiene is heel goed. Lekkende douchekop. Druppels maakten geluid. Airco kon je blijkbaar in de wintermaanden niet gebruiken. Dat vertelde de heer aan de receptie. Het was net een sauna. We deden het raam open maar toen was het te rumoerig. In de onbijtruimte moeten ze vooral geen discussies voeren voor de pauzes.

The room was too warm, so we kept the window open at night in winter time, it can be adjusted better. Bathroom and places like under bed frame (was dusty even just after cleaning) can be cleaned better.

• Károly (10/5): Mesésen fantasztikus😊😊 - Nagyon figyelmesek és kedvesek voltak!!! Még biztosan visszatérek! A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A szoba amiben voltunk kettőnk részére telje mértékben tökéletes volt. Ajánlani tudom aki pihenni szeretne. Nem volt ilyen a pár nap alatt.

• Petra (7/5): - Příjemná snídaně, personál na recepci milý ale to je tak všechno co můžu ho ohodnotit kladně. Lokalita děs. Daleko od metra, strašná cesta i na metro, v okolí nic. V 5* bych čekala vybaveny minibar, toaletní papír byl nějaký zbytek - ani nová rulička, v pokoji zima ( ano chápu v Turecku asi nejsou zvykly na velkou zimu takže se muselo topit klimatizací která ale samozřejmě celou noc hučela) zároveň tam celou noc něco bouchalo jakoby nějaký plech, nevím, v okolí pořád štěkal pes i v noci( chápu za to nemůže hotel), měla jsem objednaný dvoulůžkový pokoj s oddělenými postelemi když jsme přišli na pokoj byla tam samozřejmě postel 1 recepční mi řekla že se postele můžu rozdělit- no, ano můžu ale když je tam jedno prostěradlo a jedna peřina.. poprosila jsem zda by mi pokojská mohla tedy donést alespoň peřinu Nevím zda jsme s paní pochopily ale samozřejmě nikdo nepřišel takže jsme spali pod jednou peřinou což je otřes ! Za cenu 2700 za noc asi nedoporučuji.

• Ayhan (4/5): gutes hotel schlechter service - lage ist gut und in der näche der metro station das zimmerservice ist sehr schlecht obwohl wir erwünscht haben das unsere zimmer gesäubert werden soll wurde die kaffe abteilung so gelassen die tassen nicht erneuert die kafetabs nich nachgefüllt und auch kein wasserflaschen und wo wir diese problem mehrmals der reception gemeldet haben hat sich nichts geändert und die antwort vom reception war DAS IST NICHT UNSERE ZUSTÄNDIGKEITS ABTEILUNG !! ja dann holen sie doch einen der uns zuhört !! wir haben 3 tage hinterreinnander die beswerden gemacht danach haben wir aufgegeben da es nicht genützt hat wir haben ekstra ein zimmer gebucht mit der lounge zutrit aber laut reception war es ein tag baustelle ein tag zu also den lounge haben wir auch leider nicht gesehen in der frühstück raum waren die mitarbeiter garnicht freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn wir was verlangt haben
