Carmen (7/5): Nos encantó la estancia - Ubicación y estado del apartamento Considero que en la zona de la cocina faltan utensilios básicos que hacen la estancia más amena . Tabla de cortar , bolsas de basura , etc. . En el baño no había más que una toalla para ducharte y no había ni gel ni champú , considero que con el precio que vale es algo que debería de haber .
Heinrich (9/5): - Eigener überdachter Parkplatz mit Tor und Fernbedienung, auf welchem auch die örtliche Polizei ihre Fahrzeuge parkt. Ziemlich sicher also.. Super Lage direkt am Strand mit großem Balkon. Die Ausstattung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Carencia de iluminación en la terraza y en la zona común de escalera y ascensor, no se ve el emplazamiento de la cerradura. La puerta corredera de salida a la terraza muy dura. El relax que ofrecen está deteriorado y es inutilizable. Carencia de silla en las habitaciones.

Algunos detalles, como almohadas un poco más cómoda, que no hubiese gel en el baño, las camas con un sábana bajera y otra sábana toallas para renovar, se notan ya usadas muchas veces. Pequeños detalles como algún cojín en el sofá etc. Detalles que seguro mejoraría la estancia en el apartamento.

Lavinia (7/5): Good - The property is well located with amazing views. The flat was a bit older e.g. the doors did not close well , one bedroom could not be closed at all. The bathroom closed itself from the inside. The flat is a typical summer flat why the isolation is bad. However the price quality ratio is good. Nice would be if there would be some basic equipment like salt, oil, etc.
Anne-mari (9/5): Stay here when in Peniscola! - If you love the sun this is perfect. Sun nearly all day and a big terrass to enjoy it on. The apartment is light and clean, not so personal. Have everything you need for a long or short stay and everything works perfect. Easy to check in and out and very easy and understanding contact with the landlord. The beach is just outside and there is 10 min walk to the old city. Nothing was opened but it is low season so understandable. A big Mercadona 5 min by car. For dogs very nice too. Parking lot in looked space and the Lokal police in the building👮🏻‍♂️👮🏾 The floors are very cold as it is winter and of course no carpets.

Sherry (9/5): Great pet-friendly place to stay to enjoy the views of the beach and castle! - Location! Location! Location! We loved the location of Peñiscola! It is a beautiful area with a medieval village—one of the Pueblos Bonitos de España. It was perfect in November as the weather was in the low 20s, it was quiet and we basically had the beach to ourselves. The view was awesome—straight across the road from the beach with a beautiful view of the castle and the old town. The patio is very spacious with a good-sized table to enjoy meals outside, and we even spent the cooler evenings outside playing cards. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The parking is free and private, accessible with your keys only, and right beside the police station (you couldn’t get more secure than that!). Although it is late in the year, there are plenty of restaurants and shops open near the water or in the old town—many with incredible views. This place is well situated for biking enthusiasts as well, as you can ride (as we did) to the national park to the west or for miles along the coast to the east. We were also thankful to stay at a decent and very clean place with our small dog. All around—it was great! One minor thing: The one fob for the parking gate wasn’t working, but thankful we were given two and the other one worked just fine.
