• Scutti (10/5): Appartamento accogliente, bene equipaggiato e locato - Siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito, organizzato e chiaramente montato da gente che capisce cosa si cerca in un soggiorno così. Cucina completa, bagni con asciugamani, sapone e eccetera. Aria condizionata funzionante e principalmente un ventilatore molto silenzioso e raffrescante. Localizzazione ottima, con il tram 24 3 min a piedi, che ci ha lasciato al Duomo o alla linea gialla per accesso al resto della città. Istruzioni di check in chiare e semplici. Luce di allarme che per volte alla notte si accendeva, e cappa aspirante che purtroppo non funzionava. Porta doccia non era molto sicuramente appoggiata nel suo supporto, ma niente di che.

• Susanne (8/5): Very charming! - Hier hat es mir sehr gut gefallen, dieses kleine Apartment hat wirklich Charme! Jemand hat sich hier ein Quäntchen Extramühe gegeben. Das Bad war extra hübsch hergerichtet, und es gab sogar kostenlose Hausschuhe und ein kleines Set mit Spülmittel, Schwamm und Lappen. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Tramhaltestelle, mit der man zur Metro oder direkt ins Zentrum kommt, ein sehr grosser Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Um zwei Ecken gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der auch diverse fantastische hausgemachte Gerichte zum Mitnehmen verkauft. Leider war einiges Geschirr und die Pfannen nicht sauber. Das Klimagerät (das hätte heizen sollen) hat irgendwann auf stur geschaltet und man konnte mir da nicht weiterhelfen. Zum Glück gab es aber noch reguläre Heizkörper. Es ging zu lange, bis jemand ans Tor kam, um mich hineinzulassen, und dann war der Schlüssel nicht in der Box und es ging viel zu lange, bis wir die richtige Box ansteuerten. Grundsätzlich fand ich aber den Support immer sehr gut erreichbar und ich fühlte mich ernstgenommen. Die Reinigungsgebühr wird im Beschrieb nicht erwähnt und ist relativ hoch.

• lorna (9/5): Milan stay - All as stated, comfortable and suited us.although a little way out, easy tram to centre. A pity there was a problem initially getting into the property with a 2 hr delay, but lad who came out to help couldn't have been more apologetic and problem sorted.
• Anastasija (5/5): Not the best stay - It was close to bus station so it was easy to get to the city center. There were a lot of books, which they let you take one if you like. The apartment was not very clean. It was very dusty. The shower was kinda dirty and the doors were broken and so hard to close. The kettles did not work. Also when we arrived the place was FREEZING. The first 2-3 days we slept with all of our clothes on until it got worm.

• Mattias (4/5): Disappointing - - The room had good space and was cleverly designed - The place was in the city center - Good instructions on how to come in to the apartment - Good equipped kitchen - Bad, weak and very noisy AC - Blockage in the shower sewer (water did not drain). Long showers was not possible. - Bad curtains (not blocking the light enough) - The bed was too thin and moved to easily in the frame - Thin front door (you could easily hear the neighbours and the workers building) - No personal welcoming from the host
• Daniel (1/5): Let down by rude staff members - We got bit by bed bugs every night really bad as there was nothing else in the room to bit us and woke up itching every morning The air con is poor don’t cool down the room at all and the fan on the ceiling don’t work the iron don’t work so we couldn’t iron anything for the whole week the staff on the phone were extremely rude and argumentative and intimidating

• Anton (7/5): Good - good Apartment with all equipments what you need. iron was broke and I ruined my shirt because of it. also I had some problems with check in location wasn’t perfect for me next time I will not stay there
• Sowmya (7/5): Good - There was clear communication on how to enter the property and a whatsapp number for contact the location was very central and good the accommodation felt safe and quiet The kettle was not working There were not enough cleaning cloths and equipment There was not instructions as to how to keep the apartment when we left the bed is on a raised level. Whist we were aware of it , it is a potential safety hazard and was about to trip when going to the toilet at night
