• Laura (9/5): Good value for money, quite new and well located. Very clean. - The location was great, it was very clean and quite new. All in all good. No view, our room was facing a multi-storey parking, in the bathroom were no supports for soap and shower gel/shampoo. The pillows were soft, yet this is more a preference than something not ok.
• Guest (5/5): - Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία, καλαισθητη η αισθητικη του δωματιου. Καλη ηχομόνωση. Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα κουζινικά. Η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ήταν 24/7 με αποτελεσμα να μην είναι διαθέσιμοι ανα πάσα στιγμή για ό,τι προκύψει (προέκυψε προβλημα με την ακριβή θέση του καταλυματος καθως υπήρχε οδηγία μόνο για τη διεύθυνση αλλα όχι για τον ακριβη αριθμο του). Τα αναλώσιμα δεν επαρκούσαν για τις 7 διανυκτερεύσεις που κάναμε και το αίτημά μας δεν ικανοποιήθηκε. Ακομη, δεν φρόντισαν για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου καθώς ήμασταν με τις ίδιες πετσετες και τα ίδια σεντονια για 8 ολόκληρες μερες. Τελος, μας ζητήθηκαν να κάνουμε πάρα πολλα πράγματα κατα το check out. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, έπρεπε εμεις να φροντίσουμε να πετάξουμε τα σκουπίδια, να τοποθετήσουμε σε συγκεκριμένο σημείο τις πετσέτες, να καθαρίσουμε το διαμέρισμα και να το τακτοποιήσουμε πριν φύγουμε, να έχουμε πλύνει τα πιάτα και να τα έχουμε βάλει πίσω στα ντουλάπια, να καθαρισουμε το μπαλκονι και πολλα άλλα. Με λίγα λόγια ήθελαν να καθαρίσουμε εμεις το δωματιο. Ένας ταξιδιώτης όταν πάει ταξίδι αναψυχης δεν θέλει να εχει όλες αυτες τις υποχρεώσεις που έχει ετσι κι αλλιως στην καθημερινότητα του. Θέλει να ξεφύγει απ τη ρουτίνα και ΄όχι να καθαριζει! Γι αυτο άλλωστε πληρώνει. Όλες αυτές οι υπηρεσίες θα έπρεπε να συμπεριλαμβανονται στην τιμή.
• Patricia (1/5): Horrible customer service - The location and the size of the apartment are good. The customer service is useless. This is a company that manage different tourism apartments and they don’t know anything that you ask. As one example, the tv was in Dutch and we didn’t understand anything. We asked to change to English and we are still waiting for the response. You need to pay for everything. They advertise in booking “free towels and bed linen”. But this is only one for the whole stay. We stayed in the property for 15 days. They have a cleaning service that replace towels but you need to pay 15€ to 30€ pounds for a clean set of towels and 45€ as “delivery fee”. One hour late checkout: 50€ Garbage service for the last day: 29€ You cannot control either the heater or hot water so if it’s hot the apartment is boiling. This is a first floor with no lift. It was very uncomfortable for luggage and baby pram.
