- Sophie (8/5): Comfortable apartment close to the Athens hot spots with efficient and friendly service - The apartment interior had Eve try thing I needed and was very comfortable. The staff / service was also fantastic and very friendly and efficient. I noticed that the bathroom wasn’t completely clean so contacted the company - they organised a proper clean the next day which I appreciated. The apartment is also on the same street as two very loud bars - part of being in an apartment interior the hustle and bustle of Athens. I asked for ear plugs which really helped but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider a quieter area.

- Malwina (1/5): Very disappointing – better stay away - Online check-in and instructions how to enter the building. The apartment is located directly above a nightclub, on the first floor. The club opens around 11:00 pm and loud music and strong vibrations continue until about 4:00 am. By loud music, I mean extremely loud music -the club is outside, on the street. It gets even worse when the crowd starts singing together. Information about the club was not disclosed in the listing on the booking mobile app. After 11:00 pm, it becomes extremely difficult to even reach the building entrance due to the crowd gathered outside. Because of the noise, I was forced to leave the apartment after two sleepless nights and book alternative accommodation at my own expense. In addition, on the first night I discovered that the bed sheets had not been changed. There were plenty of men’s legs hairs on the sheet, which is completely unacceptable! The host tried to convince me to stay, while the company’s office was closed on Saturday and I could not officially report the case. After two sleepless nights, it was clear that I could not continue my stay, so I requested a refund for the two unused nights. The company contacted me via WApp and initially discussed a refund but then asked me to send my identification documents via WA. This was inappropriate, especially since they already had my details because I had completed online check-in before my arrival. After I finally provided my name and ID number, they stopped responding and never followed up or provided any update on my case. Booking.com was also not helpful. They sent me a 50 EUR “goodwill” payment without any explanation, which did not come close to covering the actual losses I incurred. If you experience a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting the European Consumer Centre. This place is absolutely not suitable for anyone who wants to sleep at night and values cleanliness and professional customer service.

- Anna (5/5): Be very careful. Might be very loud. - Was easy to find and get in. Instructions from host were clear. Bed was comfy. Be very careful with this reservation! We stayed from Thursday to Friday, and the music from the club downstairs didn’t let us sleep. Check reviews and the video from surrounding rented properties on Google. If good night sleep is important to You, check other options. We had booking for 2 nights, but left on 2nd day and booked another place. Music was blasting, everyone is aware of it, and doing nothing about it.

- Giulia (7/5): Atene centrale: grande comodità, ma attenzione al rumore. - Ottima posizione vicina al centro, comodissima per muoversi ovunque. Nel complesso una zona non pericolosa, vicina a market e ristoranti, oltre ai monumenti più rilevanti, non trafficata. L'appartamento è grazioso - corrisponde a quanto in foto -, ben diviso e dotato di tutto, mi ha fatto piacere "abitarci" per quasi una settimana. Comodo il check-in e la disponibilità immediata delle chiavi. La valutazione dipende principalmente dal grande disagio per il rumore assordante la notte. Nonostante stessimo al 4° piano e avessimo la camera verso un cortiletto interno, la musica dei diversi locali e della gente stipata nella strada produceva l'effetto di una discoteca a cielo aperto, non avendo un'insonorizzazione sufficiente. In particolare il sabato la musica non ci ha permesso di dormire fin oltre le 3 di notte. I locali invece sono chiusi il martedì. Questo aspetto è determinante nella scelta, se si intende riposare bene e la movida notturna non è apprezzata. Per il resto, senza particolare rilevanza, l'attrezzatura e l'arredo, in generale, erano un po' da manutenere e rivedere, per il decoro generale e il livello di comfort atteso. In bagno avrei preferito una chiusura per la doccia per non bagnare fuori e la presenza del bidet.

The only small downside was that during the shower, some water would collect on the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely choose it again!
- Paolo (2/5): - Appartamento grazioso e funzionale, centralissimo, ma non lo si può apprezzare, per via del rumore che non rende possibile dormire qui. Da evitare assolutamente perché, per il rumore, è impossibile dormire. La via nel weekend si popola all'inverosimile e c'è musica da discoteca e schiamazzi fino a oltre le 4 di notte. Gli infissi sono fatiscenti, quindi è come avere la discoteca in camera.

Πολύ καλή συσκότιση Το δωμάτιο ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο, πάνω από μπαρ, που γινόταν χαμός κάθε βράδυ, μέχρι αργά!!!! Άκουγα καθαρά τη μουσική, ελάχιστος και δύσκολος ύπνος!!! Πολύ χάλια μαξιλάρια στο κρεβάτι! Βρώμικα παράθυρα

Excellent location, very very lively (especially on weekends). The laundry facilities were a bliss and super easy to used , also the luggage storage. There was so much dust under the bed, even some objects from previous guests. Overall cleanliness could be improved. On the noise: There is literally a bar on the street with music until 3am - was fine for me because I liked the vibe. But if you’re a light sleeper or really need rest, think twice.

Unten war eine Bar, die so laute Musik gespielt hat mit vielen Leuten auf der Strasse, die mitgegröhlt haben bis 5:00 uhr morgens. So schläft niemand. Das Bettzeug hat sehr schlecht gerochen, die Nacht war eine richtige Nightmare! Das so etwas vermietet wird, ist eine Frechheit.

- Lynette (10/5): Stylish modern apartment in a central location - We had everything we needed & it was stylish & modern The area is packed with shops, eateries & bars. We don’t go to bars much & the street had about 4 tiny little bars. From about 10pm onwards the bars were packed & the patrons spilled out onto the street. They stopped playing loud music at 3:30am & it was quiet at 4am. There is great soundproofing but we woke every night. We were not busy during the day as I was nursing an injury & needed to rest, so we just went back to sleep & woke up late, but it was annoying. It was warm while we stayed there and I imagine the noise would be much less in the cold weather.

- Robert (1/5): AVOID unless you hate sleeping - Good space. We didn't sleep, we had to leave and find another hotel. The rooms are above three bars which, on the weekend, have hundreds of people in the street drinking, shouting and singing until 3:30am. Then for the next 45min they are cleaning up and in the morning the noise of the city starts. The beds are like a stone as well. DON'T stay here, the description says there might be some noise from bars, but that's an understatement.

- Bibi (9/5): Athens - June 2025 - The apartment was clean and comfortable. It met our expectations. Met Doron our first day and he explained everything and was readily available if we we had any questions. The location was central to everything, Plaka, Monastiraki, sightseeing locations. There are lots of restaurants around the apartment. There is a bar next door that is blasting music at night (not every night, thank God. But definitely on the weekends). Lots of people hanging out and drinking and very noisy. Closing the apartment windows drowns out some of the noise.

- Branco (2/5): The worst experience ever. - The location and night-time noise made it completely impossible to rest, which is one of the most important things for someone travelling for business. The street was under construction, producing a lot of dust. The bar below always played music very loudly, making the apartment shake, and the people in the street were very noisy too.

- Waseem (1/5): Bad - There were several pubs and clubs downstairs right next to the apartment and were very loud, crowded and disturbing. Some would stay as late as 5am open, starting from Thursdays, with lots of commotion and music.

Walking distance to everywhere you can go to visit in Athens. It was a nicely furnished, comfortable apartment. Their communication was good. I always got answers to the questions I asked. There were red and dried stains on the bed sheets that I thought were blood. Again, I thought the sheets were not washed very well because they smelled of sweat. I had to put a towel on my pillow while sleeping because I was uncomfortable. The apartment is on a very active street. There are bars downstairs. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the bar makes a lot of noise until late hours. Families with children should take this into consideration. I was traveling alone and knew the location, so it wasn't a problem.

- Daniel (8/5): Fantastic base in central location close to everything - The apartment’s location was ideal, with everything within walking distance: a 10-minute stroll to the Athens National Gardens, 10 minutes to Monastiraki Metro (with direct access to the airport), and just 18 minutes to the Acropolis. It’s also a short walk to the vibrant Plaka district, filled with great bars and restaurants. The room itself was spotless and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a TV with Netflix, hairdryer, and complimentary water in the fridge. There’s also a communal laundry room downstairs with a washing machine and ironing facilities, which was very convenient for a backpacker. The host, Doron, was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout my stay. Although beyond the owner’s control, it’s worth noting that the apartment was unbearably noisy on my first night (Sunday). There’s a lively bar directly below that stayed open until around 3 a.m., and unfortunately, the windows do little to block the sound. This wasn’t an issue on weekdays when it was much quieter. Additionally, the sofa could be more comfortable.

- Papanikolaou (6/5): Average - The location is close to Ermou, Syntagma, on foot. Quite a few places to eat or grab a coffee nearby. Some of the amenities were quite good, such as the bed, bathroom, showering, tv, and fridge. The building is located in a narrow street where odors are not pleasant due to the summer heat. The buildings on the opposite side are abandoned, and a few constructions were done mid-day, but that was bad luck. The page on Booking can easily misguide you as to which apartment you're actually getting. We thought we would be getting one on the top floor. Instead, we got an inferior one on the first floor. The apartment inside was not thoroughly cleaned. Rather hastily by a ridiculous group of a couple who sizes you up & down if you are checking out a thread of a second late. We found stains in the couch and hair on the floor, but it was not bad enough to leave. Upon informing the staff, nothing happened. Speaking about the staff, they simply don't care. They claim they can come to an arrangement or fix any issues, but they just remain idle.

But what was really epic was communication with owner and receptionist via whatsapp - sending codes for entry, recommendation for restaurant, sharing contact great taxi driver, who checked our delayed flight and after we arrived he picked up us during 1 min. Even with taxi driver we had a whatsapp chat. Really amazing service.

It was modern and clean, in an excellent location, 4 minutes walk from the Syntagma square tram station, 8 minutes' walk to the Acropolis and Plaka, where all the great restaurants and bars are. Really great modern, affordable apartment in an excellent location!! Our host Doron was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. We felt very safe and comfortable. We would recommend it 100% and we will return for sure! Nearby bars could get a little noisy in weekends, but you are offered coupons for free drinks if you decide to join the fun!

- Mirray (10/5): A stay in the heart of Athens - Location is excellent. Apartment is clean, well furnished and caters to the needs of a small family (towels and linen, cutlery etc). The building has security so we felt quite safe coming in and leaving the building. There is an elevator to take the luggage up/down and the apartment has air conditioning which was much needed this summer. The selection of dining options around were also varied, cheap and excellent quality. Our stay was mostly during the weekdays but our last night was a weekend, and the bars downstairs were super loud.

- Lilach (7/5): Good - It was clean and nice beds Designed well Very nice hosts It’s written the apt is over 70 sq but in reality it’s approx 50 sq and with the terrace it might be 70. But inside it’s very crowded, no windows in the bathroom and living space. The terrace is not like in the pics, no shade during the day and very poor lights at night so you can’t see anything. Basically the biggest selling point was in useable. In addition I was asked to give some of the payments details over the phone which I never been asked to do through other places through booking

- Michele (10/5): In the Heart of Athens - My final 3 x nights were spent at this apartment. This apartment is in the heart of the Athens. A few steps away and you are welcomed by the many, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail therapy, the Monastiraki square and the Entertainment. The entrance was very safe. Had to use a code to get in. The instructions and hospitality provided by Doron was exceptional. His responses were always quick and thorough. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and was enclosed, so I could close off the doors and curtains to block out noise. There was noise from the street below only on the 1st night, the rest of the nights were peaceful. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Laundry room was in the basement and managed to get my washing and drying done. The Acropolis was a few minutes walk away

Host was super helpful always, and even gave me heads up about the noise coming from the bar downstairs One day it was very noisy because of the bar, however my host warned me earlier that day.
- Iddo (1/5): Avoid at all cost during weekend - clean I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this accommodation. My experience over the weekend was beyond dreadful, starting Thursday night. The entire street below transformed into the noisiest bar and party zone imaginable. The noise was absolutely unbearable – it felt like a bar was blasting music and people were shouting right in my room. I was unable to get any sleep until 3am due to the relentless noise. It was terrible and completely ruined my stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, avoid this place at all costs!

Centrally located to shops and restaurants. The property management warns you about weekend noise. Unfortunately, it was worse than we could imagine, loud music went on until 5am both Fri/Sat nights. We were on the 2nd floor and couldn’t sleep. Management kindly offered ear plugs.

Apartment was clean and functional The apartment could do with a refresh - new furniture etc. We had 2 good nights but the last night was terribly noisy from the clubs and bars downstairs. Not the fault of the apartment but this information should be disclosed. Not great for light sleepers and especially not those with young children. Location perfect , close to everything. The first night we arrived was Saturday night and we were on first floor with bars underneath us. The music was very very loud and it didnt stop until 5am so we were not able to sleep. We were warned about the music but were not aware it would go until 5am. Earplugs were included in the apartment. Sunday night was fine and im sure the other nights are fine too.

- Cem (1/5): Bad - On the first day we entered the house, the air conditioning broke down in 35-degree heat. We contacted the landlord to have it repaired. Initially, they were positive, but later they said it would be difficult for someone to come over the weekend. Later, we noticed that the bed sheets were dirty. At this point, we wanted to leave the house and asked the landlord to refund the payment for the second day since we only stayed for one night, and explained that we could arrange accommodation elsewhere. The landlord said the air conditioning was fixed while we were away and the sheets were changed, but we had already checked out. Since we had no faith in this claim, we found alternative accommodation. They did not refund the payment for the day we did not stay. We were very dissatisfied. We do not recommend it.
