- Andrea (8/5): -
- Urszula (10/5): Good value, great location - Great location, comfortable, had everything we needed
- Marie (10/5): It was a great family vacation. - The location was perfect. Everything is accessible and close by walking distance. No access to TV apps (Netflix, YouTube etc)
- Kate (9/5): -
- Imelda (7/5): Overall great experienced, great location, we booked way ahead of time so we got a great rate. - Not enough towels provided, trash system was inconvenient
- Soraya (9/5): Deer Lodge bliss - Great location right on Village Stroll, close to coffee shops and supermarket, large lounge/dining area, kitchen had all things required for food prep, good sized wardrobe at entry to hang ski clothes, nice fireplace, wonderful night views toward Brewhouse with many coloured fairy lights I would love to have a bath tub
- John (9/5): Wonderful Whistler right in the village. - Well stocked kitchen, nice space, quiet and cozy Parking and elevator need improved signage underground
- Samuel (10/5): Awesome rental! I will be back - Great location, quality linen, air con/heating workiny well Nothing
- Jim (James) McGill (9/5): Our expectations were fully met and we were very happy with our ski holiday. - Apartment was well fitted out with all the amenities we needed and included a nice view from the balcony. It was quiet at night (not the case with some other apartments we've stayed in previously) and a good location for enjoying the Whistler village and ski resort.
- Mark (7/5): - Great location and parking. Clean, good kitchen. Hot tub & pool weren’t in service. Disappointing.
- Elsa (8/5): -
- Renalyn (8/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): -
- Amandeep (5/5): -
- Yinuo (9/5): Great place for our week long ski trip! - Great location for our ski trip, mins from shops and bus stops, ample space inside the apartment.
- Henry (8/5): -
- Laura (8/5): Overall a comfortable and cozy stay in the heart of the village. - Very well located in the village, spacious, very well equipped and clean. We especially liked the cozy fireplace. It was also nice and quiet. We enjoyed the Purebread bakery located nearby for breakfast. The apartment was a little dated. A few upgrades to the decor and furniture could improve it.
- Christina (8/5): nice cozy appartment — fully furnished with kitchen & laundry (including dryer) - near to town (central area) information about the address and exact name of place
- Martha (10/5): - Checkin receptionist was super helpful. The location is great and the unit is spacious compared to others in the area! Would happily stay again Finding the reception area wasn't the clearest and the reception desk was busy - but overall great experience!
- Humberto Tenorio (8/5): - The location and the hostess attention was amazing. There was an alarm at 2 am and I'm not sure where it was coming from.
- Leny (7/5): Comfortable but will choose another accommodation which is more cost friendly with similar amenities and facilities. - Love the space, parking convenience, amenities such as big and clean washing machine, kitchen. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Comfortable bed in the bedroom not so much for sofa bed. It is not worth the price we paid, for slightly smaller room we could get it for half price which we did staying at another property at the village city centre which is more convenient for us. Hassle of throwing the rubbish into the garbage room, it’s so far and smelly. You might even get charged for rubbish left in the apartment. Deposit is CAD 500! That’s too much. Inefficient customer service, for the price we pay we can get better service. Hygiene is generally alright just the dining chairs are so dirty with visible stains. They don’t provide body wash only bar soap ( who use bar soap nowadays), unable to request for additional towels etc as the reception is an agent who manages the property they do not provide service.
- Intan (8/5): -
- Tamara (10/5): -
- Josielyn (9/5): As I mentioned, room was cleaned and we were comfortable. The only thing was bothered us was the noise downstairs that l - The property was clean, you had everything you wanted. In view of the property's location in Village and the bar situated beneath it, we assumed it would be suitable for our purposes. However, the noise from the bar kept us awake until 3am, as we were disturbed by the sound of voices, conversation, and laughter.
Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us, but the individual who assisted us did not provide precise information. She failed to mention that the building where we were staying was the same one where we checked in. She could have simply informed us that our room was located on the second floor of that building. However, her primary focus was on parking arrangements. We assumed the reception area was merely an office for check-in and that we needed to proceed to another building for our accommodations. This resulted in us spending approximately 45 minutes searching for the correct building. Moreover, she informed us that parking was unavailable for our second vehicle, yet when we arrived at the basement area, the assigned parking space for our vehicle and their guest parking were empty and several guest parking spaces were empty as well.
- Kenji (9/5): 最高 - ロケーションが最高 特になし
- Safia Amatul Jaleel (8/5): -
- Declan (10/5): - Great. Great place and facilities all round
- Eamon (8/5): Central Whistler stay - Location and well kitted out apartment Bedrooms are small and little room for luggage
- Melissa (10/5): Apartment exceeded our expectations. - This place exceeded our expectations....it was awesome. Booked at the last minute. Great location and very tidy apartment. Guy on reception (Dan I think) was fantastic....very helpful!!
- andrew (10/5): Whistler village is a great place to stay to enjoy the activities in Whistler. Worcester Village is a fun and dynamic hu - Very attractive and comfortable. It was right in the middle of the action in the village. No complaints at all
- Jessie (9/5): -
- Marika (10/5): Exceptional - My stay in Whistler was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located—right in the heart of everything, all within walking distance. Everyone I connected with, even by phone, was so kind and helpful. Truly an unforgettable experience!
Will come again
- Arun (3/5): Let down by inhumane hosts - Location is good Had a 9 month old baby and her door was squeaking to the point of it waking her up every time we went in and out. Politely asked the reception team to help us fix it and they told me they had spoken to the owner of the lodge who advised we as parents should just use the door less.
Awful response and service.
- Naomi (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location
- Colin (7/5): Whistler is great…downtown location makes it easy - Location Pool was closed
- Alessandro (8/5): Nice location - Location The room/condo wasn’t super clean
- Suping (1/5): Really bad - None The stuff asked me to pay for the damage we did not cause. That cannot provide sufficient evidence and force us to pay the damage.
- Irfan (8/5): Great place, wish the hot tub was functional. - It was in great location, parking available, lockers and WiFi available. Good view of the village, small balcony as well. The hot tub was under renovation, which we did not know about… and we spent the money to buy swimsuits on our way to Whistler… that was a shame. No compensation was given for this omission of info.
- Amani (8/5): Very good -
- Raj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kavita (9/5): Spacious flat, great view and anemeties - Very spacious, right in town center which is ideal.
- Hepting (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chiao (6/5): I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other options without an exorbitant cleaning fee - The apartment is right in the village at a convenient location and parking was relatively easier than some other lodges in the area. However, there is a trap! There is a hidden charge of CAD$155 for cleaning fee on top of the listed rental fee, right at checkout and not clearly stated on the listing. The worst thing is that they require you to take out the garbage and bring it all the way down to the garbage disposal centre at the parking lot, and to put all the dishes into the dishwasher plus turn the washer on upon checkout. Which means we did a lot of cleaning ourselves (they say otherwise you get charged a penalty). For such an expensive cleaning fee, you would’ve thought they will take care of all cleaning and not ask guests to clean up after themselves. Especially since I booked this through Booking.com (so it’s not an Airbnb rental). The apartment is old, which is acceptable, but the kitchen utensils are not entirely clean, looked very used, and we didn’t even want to sit on the dining table chairs because we did not feel the apartment to be entirely clean and hygienic. The very high cleaning fee was not worth it at all.
- Karen (8/5): Family vacation - Great stay for a family. Close to the chair lifts. Right in the village. Parking was onsite. Make sure you have a smaller vehicle. Parking is very tight. Unit only provides one car for parking. Kitchen cupboards were broken. Still usable, but broken. Carpet could be replaced.
- Edward (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shubham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (10/5): Relaxing convenience. - Great spot. Hot tub and pools were fantastic. Great staff. All round good place. Massive kitchen and living area. I’d bring food next time, ideal for cook at home
- Alexandra (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great location and had everything we needed. - Great location, about a 10 minute walk from the gondola and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies.
- John (8/5): the most budget friendly close enough to the lifts place I could find. Great location! -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judi (6/5): Great location, needs improvement! - Location was excellent, underground parking, kitchen was well stocked. The toaster didn't work, the kitchen tap was very loose, the hot tub shower and changeroom were rusty and tiles were degrading. There was no soap or shampoo at the hot tub shower. The extra fees for parking were excessive considering we couldn't park for 24 hrs and ski the day.
- Satinderpal (1/5): Not nice at all - The location It was not clean at all. The shower was very dirty. The carpet was not clean. The toilet didn’t flush well.
- Youjin (1/5): Service was horrible. - The check-in experience was horrendous. I contacted the property in advance to check in late and the security came 30 mins after our arrival time to hand us our keys to the parking lot & unit. The keys we received were broken and we were stuck outside for an hour without access to our parking spot and unit. In total, the check-in process took 2 hours, which is ridiculously long.
In addition, we initially received the password to the ski lockers which did not work. After talking to the front desk, they gave us a new code, which ALSO DID NOT WORK. I had to contact the front desk again to get the right password, and it felt like they were just guessing which passwords to share. Again, it took us around an hour to store our skis in the locker because of the front desk staff. Overall, the service I received was ridiculous and I would not recommend this to anyone staying at Whistler.
- Reynald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trasandra (9/5): Superb -
- Troy (10/5): We enjoyed Whistler and the accommodation made it for us with its views and location. - The central location to everything. N/A
- Alex (7/5): Good - Great location, parking on-site included in the cost of accommodation, unlike many Whistler hotels, very spacious. - The fireplace didn't work.
- Cleaners didn't do a great job, leaving a plate with spilled food in the microwave
- Melissa (10/5): A great home away from home at the snow!! - The unit was excellent. It was well equiped and comfortable with good wifi and cable tv for the down time. Central to everything. A great stay while at the mountain. The lift was a bit intermittent but didn’t cause any drama.
- Mae (10/5): Comfortable - We stayed at Tyndall Stone and was surprised that the unit, though only 1 bedroom, is actually quite huge! It also has all the basic amenities you need. Next door is PureBread Bakery so expect to smThere is also a washer/dryer in the unit which would come in handy if you are doing lots of outdoor activities but dont wanna bring too much clothes. None
- Tejaswita (10/5): Cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Whistler Village. - The location as very convenient. The staff was super lovely at the concierge. Email with detail instructions was also very helpful. Our visiting family, felt very warm and had a great experience. Thank you!
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very helpful, room was spotless and so very comfy. Next time I will stay longer
- Kim (10/5): Lovely 2 days in Whistler village in our own apartment! - Located right in the village is so convenient. Park the car and walk everywhere! Safe and beautiful area. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was nice that there was dish soap and other items provided, as we had forgotten to buy these things. Having a laundry machine was wonderful and we loved the little balcony as well. The key code didn't work for some door entrances to the building. It took a few times to figure out which elevator to use, and the signage could be better in and out of the building to direct which way to go as it was confusing.
- Kerry (8/5): Enjoyed the vibe of being in the middle of Whistler - Very handy position right in the middle of Whistler village, easy walk to both Blackcomb & Whistler Gondolas, restaurants & shops. While the air conditioning units worked really well they were a bit noisy to use overnight.
- Standbridge (7/5): Good -
- Jiffie (5/5): N/a - Location Dusty
- Edenfamily3 (10/5): Great fully equiped apartment in central location - The apartment was perfect for our stay situated right in the center of Whistler. It had everything you would need for either a 1 night stop over or if you were making it your home for the next couple of weeks.
Collected the keys from the reception and shown how to access the free parking for the building(which was underground) Elevator upstairs to the compact yet fully serviced appartment. 2 bedrooms, one Ensuite, openplan living dining and kitchen, second bathroom, dishwasher, Washing machine and tumble dryer(really greatfull for these as we had been on the road for 10days and had quite a bit of washing)
Great central location to go and explore during the day and also right ontop of the restaurants and bars for the evenings.
- Angela (7/5): Good location - Location and size of suite as well as parking included Pool area very small and there was a very noisy group above us.
- James (5/5): Passable - Location is unbelievable bunch little shops all around concert to walk to amazing nice veiws Need a really good clean, random things all over black chunks in the sugar just needs a really good clean, random and to many pot and pans just unstacked just need a organizer and beter cleaner
- Josephine (9/5): Nice place to stay - We loved that it was in the village. We were able to enjoy the town just by walking around. It was kind of hard for us to find the check in area and also the parking lot but once we found it, it was all good.
- Brooke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorie (4/5): Too expensive fees are ridiculous check out time too early - Location
- Sarabia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheila (10/5): We really enjoyed it, and do plan to do it again. - We really liked the suite. It felt like home. The staff were great. The amenities were close by. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit confusing to where to get into the lodge. No keys, but codes. My friend wanted coffee, but there was tea only, but no big fuss. The people above us were noisy for a few hours. Sounded like chairs were moving across the floor.
- Reza (2/5): Very poor - Just the location The property was not in a good condition at all. Lots of damages everywhere. Walls dirty. Someone of the appliances very old with broken parts. I attached some of the photos. There are many more. But could not upload it. The elevator is old and super slow. The parking stalls are very narrow and is not easy to park a big car/suv.
- Alexandra (1/5): Bad - There was no high speed internet so we could not use our streaming services and the remote for the tv did not work. Additionally, the property manager was rude and abrasive and very difficult to deal with. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. They did not offer to fix anything or send someone round to fix things until we had spoken to booking.com and moved to a different hotel.
- Trenton (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lagastes (9/5): Superb -
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb -
- Marohora (8/5): Great location. Good family space. - Location. Space for all and plenty towels sheets blankets. Balcony. Having washer drier and full kitchen. Surprised Bunks were double beds not single bunks Definitely not enough glasses for drinks. Only four. So we had to keep re-washing. Mattresses a little hard. Couldn’t get the two TVs in the bedrooms to work and no clear instructions. But the rest was great.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The couch is amazing,
- Joel (8/5): Very good -
- Sherill (10/5): Nice place - The staff are very accoodating , the location is really good , very clean The place beautiful location and staff are all nive
- Jeremy (10/5): We loved our stay in and will definitely be back! - Loved the central location.
- Patrick_74 (1/5): Bad - The building itself has good units. This unit is not one of them. I would not recommend renting from these owners. You will not sleep, you will not sleep at all. I highly recommend finding another unit in this building. You will not get quiet until 3 am because the window won't close and is wide open, not good when your unit is facing a nightclub called Garfunkles. You'lll be woken up at sunrise by a fully lit room due to no curtains and blinds that are severely obstructed. Because this unit does not have proper AC the owners made the mistake of installing a portable AC in the bedroom. This prevents the blinds from closing and let's all the sound in as the window is permanently open. The owners did not offer any compensation. The advertising photos don't show the AC, but you'll see it in my pictures. The owners have admitted that there is nothing they will do to resolve this for future guests. You can expect this problem to occur all summer long as the AC will be reinstalled. For those of you traveling in the winter do not be surprised to see a portable heater in its place. In short, sleeping in this unit is like sitting next to a large crowd while facing direct sunlight.
- Sanjay (6/5): Pleasant - Did not stay in the room much - The location was excellent, in the center of Whistler village, walking distance to everything.
The living and dining area is quite large The room in general is outdated, needs a refresh.
The bedroom is a little smaller, the window blind cannot be closed all the way due to the A/C unit intake(lack of privacy)
Bathroom was a little dirty due to the age I believe, not for the lack of cleaning.
I wouldn't recommend this room for a family with a small baby due to the loud noise coming from the club right across the building.
- Johnny (8/5): Wud stay again - location & facilities excellent - Central location with underground parking Noise
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Manjula (4/5): Quite costly to stay for a night and not a good value for the money - Location Hard to find address for reception as it is in a diff. location and details given for access to the place were not clear, property had leaking water taps in kitchen and washroom. One fan doesnt swivel, no elevators in building.
- Alexander (7/5): Good -
- Tina (9/5): Excellent location but place can use some remodeling. - Location was close to everything It was a little outdated. The place can use some sprucing up. Sleep sofa was a little worn and washer was not working to do a little laundry.
- Sabiha (7/5): Good -
- Rotchester (1/5): Bad -
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - The air conditioning in one room was noisy and required a window to be open.
- Buena (6/5): Pleasant -
