bau hapak,Deco xcantik, perabot murahan, dapat cadar berlobang,nak tukar pengurus sngat tidak profesional kecoh banyak soal.banyak kerosakan seperti meja iron,gelas retak, shower tempat sabun yg patah.xde mesin basuh,xde meja depan tv,sofa buruk, kabinet tv buruk,hair dryer xde.meja iron berlobang bekas terbakar.tilam nipis dari biasa nya

- Fauziah Begam (1/5): - We didn't stay because the owner of the property did not come to received us,calling oso un reachable,I pay ready but cannot stay,the owner cheating my money,my time,I have to book another hotel at the time of very short with my kids,my luggage everything spoiled so disappointed and frustrated because be cheated.hope fully tis message can be reach to the owner.i book from booking,com not directly from owner but still not available to stay.tis is first and last I'm book hotel from booking.com.very bad services and management.
- El (1/5): - Nothing the owner so rude, they don't give refund. Everything plus the owner also. They treat us as trash.
- Josephine (4/5): - Nothing fancy The check-in process was terrible. Need to wait some time to get the unit number, the staff were helpless. The water leaking from the water heater looks like a safety hazard. The room had a water kettle, and microwave oven but only one plug point in the room could have given an extension. There is not even a water bottle provided
- kaarthi (5/5): Poor customer service - The location and the view from the unit was great. Cheaper price. Nearby food shops and multipurpose shops. It's clean. I had an experience delay on the response for checking into the unit. They have changed the unit last minute. Earlier when I surveyed the description of the unit mentioned as 2 bedroom and 2 private bathrooms, both rooms had double Queen size beds but upon check-in found only 1 bathroom and another bedroom having double single bed. 2nd room light was flickering, one of the hall wall fans not functioning and some warn out side wall. I made a complaint immediately to the customer service and they promised to send the housekeeper and the housekeeper never turned up even after I followed up a few times with the customer service. I had to give up on the housekeeper and stay for the night. For such a well looked apartment I think I'm really disappointed with customer service for their poor service on maintaining customer satisfaction

But no clear instructions how to approach to get check in instructions , also the guard is not helpful enough cant speak English/ Bahasa properly and kind of not understand and not soo friendly. Should improved admin & clear instructions for guest.

Kami dah sampai sana , bilik yg kami booking takdak . Cuma yg ada studio . Very badd service . Agency pun Tak bertanggungjawab. Studio pun kecil . Takdak tv . Bilik kotor . Booking apartments untuk 4 org . 2 blik . Tapi dapat studio bodo . Dengan kmi ada anak kecil lagi . Memang trok dan takkan repeat dah . Menyesai booking sni .

- NUR ATIQAH (7/5): Maybe staff/ owner need to clean up more the house and focus on cleanliness and customer comfort - More facilities around this unit. Overall the house quite small but easy for small family. No extra plug in room to charge. For 1st room just use orange light which is (stand light) and only have small mirror beside the closet, A bit hard to dress up/ makeup. The big room have no mirror and need to enter bathroom for makeup. This house also have a lot of small cockroach, everywhere also can saw it.

- Hamsha (1/5): - I really loved the homestay! It was a beautiful place with stunning views and a swimming pool. The whole house was fully air-conditioned and I appreciated having a freezer and microwave available. The bed was super comfortable too and perfect for a relaxing stay. The person in charge of the homestay was quite irresponsible. They informed us late about the issues we faced and there was no WiFi throughout the stay. They didn’t seem to care much about customer satisfaction which was disappointing.

Honestly, the staff i - It’s depends on the agency what I notice that there are different agencies managing this property, you are lucky if the reservation falls to Homebrizs but other agencies it’s not good The furniture was old and in poor condition, and the creaking of the bed indicated that the furniture was worn out.
The bed sheets and bath towels were very bad and heavily used.
There were insects and cockroaches present.

Customer service do not helpful. Do not clear understand the parking concept and cant answer clearly question from me. CS ask me to move my car from the parking because there are another car at second row. I have already ask CS at first but CS ask to park there. Waste my time.

- Yongchun (9/5): Good stay - The price is very affordable, the location is quite good as well, not far from the city centre. I heard this is the first time the host rent it as a hotel. There were not enough blankets, tissue paper rolls and some necessary items. But overall it's a comfortable stay.

- Gnolupac (9/5): Great - We had a good and comfortable stay. The staff is nice and accommodating. The unit doesn’t have wifi yet but other than that everything is wonderful.
- Raaj77 (3/5): Poor - This place had few convenient stores & restaurants. Free parking was available. I felt cheated with the unit I stayed in. They advertised 1 room with 2 double beds & another room with 1 single bed but i found they just had 1 room with 1 double bed & the other room with 1 single bed. They didn't even have an air conditioner in the single bedroom.

- Faiza (1/5): Not recommend - Location is at bangsar. Got lot of shop at ground level I arrived at 12am, but the unit was not clean yet! I had to wait for the cleaner to clean the unit first. The owner returned the deposit only after I asked for it a month later. Otherwise, I might never have gotten the RM150 back. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom.

- Martin (1/5): Bad - Shady business, theft of deposit. I had to pay a deposit of 200MYR which hasn't been paid back to me. Was in contact over whatsapp and being held on by telling me they will 'process' the payment 'tomorrow' or 'now'. Day 7 after checkout and still nothing, except now i'm being ignored on any communication platform.
Never saw the owner or manager of the room either.
