- Regina (9/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Neustadt, dadurch aber nachts laut - Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und die Lage praktisch. Man ist von leckeren Restaurants umgeben. Der Balkon war auch toll zum Entspannen. Wir saßen dort sehr gerne. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt echt gut ausgestattet, sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad und das Schlafzimmer. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Einchecken war auch kein Problem und man konnte dort auch das vorhandene Netflix nutzen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, was bei schwerem Gepäck auch super ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Nachts war es leider laut, da man direkt in einer Straße mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars wohnt. Wenn man bei geöffnetem Fenster schläft und bei so was empfindlich ist, ist das natürlich nicht so schön.

- Margriet (9/5): Heerlijke uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. - Prima appartement, lekker schoon, voldoende ruimte voor ons 3’en, fijn balkon. Mooie uitvalsbasis om Dresden te bezichtigen. Ook de parkeergarage op Max 100 meter lopen is ideaal. Voor drie dagen €45. Aan de wijk moesten we even wennen, zeker toen we in de avond aankwamen. Maar dit wende snel. Mooie binnenplaatsen om te ontdekken en leuke restaurantjes.
- Levchenko (10/5): - Spacious, cozy, clean and stylish apartment not far from the historical part of the town (30 min by foot). The balcony and sunny living room were perfect for the warm summer evenings, the kitchen was well-equiped for cooking even for a mid-size family (electric stove, pans, kettle, cups, pots and cutlery), while the bedroom had enough space for 3 people. Friendly and clear communication with the hosts made this experience even better. We were prepared for the Neustadt pecularities, yet proximity to the many restaurants and pubs, and their late-night visitors were a constant source of garbage around the corner from the building. However, the apartment complex itself is super clean and safe.
