• Chantal (8/5): Oberall good but with three incinviniences. - I t is well located. We had problems with: the lock of the front door, with the internet and the hot water.

Ostatecznie nie udałe jej się odblokować do samego końca......to był istotny problem ponieważ windą wychodziło się bezpośrednio do apartamentu- co jest super rozwiązaniem, pod warunkiem że działa. Dojście schodami stanowi nie lada wyczyn, szczególnie z bagażem.
• Maria (9/5): - Расположение, балкон, необычная планировка, два санузла! Стиральная машина, посудомойка🤣 короче- ВСЁ! Не работал кондиционер, починили через день. Была жара и было некомфортно находиться и спать в духоте. На балконе не ловит вайфай. В последний день утром не было горячей воды и из крана текла очень холодная. Лифт, конечно, своеобразный…но один раз попробуешь сам всё нажать и дальше катаешься как будто сам придумал такой механизм🤣 Ради расположения, планировки и вида можно всё вышеописанное потерпеть, тем более хозяйки решают проблемы быстро👍
• Linda (10/5): Superb Location - The facilities were fantastic, excellent quality showers, bathrooms etc. .The location was simply perfect. We loved our breakfast on the balcony first thing, then our evening drink to wind down after a busy day exploring Rome, with an unbeatable view of St Peter's dome. Having to ensure phone charged for front door access.
• Lisa (7/5): Great! - Location was awesome! Traveled with my teen son so it was like having a 2 bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms , however I was expecting the living room "sofa bed" to be like a futon. Nope, it was very narrow with a thin cushion. Super clean. Great balcony. My phone carrier T mobile has cell service in Rome however the data was very spotty. UNFORTUNATELY, data services are needed to electronically open the front door. Even though there is an electronic number pad at the door. Hosts insist on using a link via website. I was in a total panic first day and had to buy a tourist SIM card to get data. What if a solar storm knocks out data or electricity goes down? There should be an optional physical key for the front door just like the apt door.

• Ada (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very helpful and attentive. Smooth communication and easy checking in. Great property! A little small but very efficient. Would stay again. Recommend!
• Anne (9/5): Comfortable and great location - Comfortable and modern apartment with a high quality finish in very good condition as described. Very clean and tidy. Excellent location with many sights in less than an hour's walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Agent/owner very responsive to queries. Not sure about the capabilities of the Aircon as it didn't seem to do much cooling. A few fans in warmer weather may be useful.
• Ted (5/5): No air conditioner, host didn’t deal with the issue in a pleasant way. - Great view from the balcony New apartment, good - There is no air conditioner in the apartment. When I raised the issue with the host, the first solution I was offered is to leave the apartment and get a refund for remainder of my stay. The host didn’t try to offer any other solutions such as providing a portable air condition unit or at least a fan. Booking.com resolved the issue which satisfied both parties. Due to lack of air conditioner, windows had to be kept open during the night, which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep. - Not much natural light inside the apartment.
