Auch die Lage ist super und ideal, um die Umgebung zu genießen. Der einzige Punkt, der uns persönlich weniger gut gefallen hat, war das Bett, da die Matratze sehr weich war und deshalb für uns nicht ganz so bequem.

• SEI YOON KIM (8/5): - 호스트가 친절하게 설명을 잘해줬고 숙박 시설도 괜찮았어요. 이른 체크인도 허락해 줬고요. 숙소에서 여러 관광지를 둘러보는데 무리가 없어요. 여행을 할 때 항상 사워기 필터를 별도로 가져가 사용하는데 이번 숙소에서 쓰고 난 후에 필터의 색이 많이 변했어요. 숙박하는 동안 배관을 교체한다고 연락한 것 보면 배관이 노화된 것 아닌가 생각되네요.

Cette ville chaotique a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à succès les restaurants sont extraordinaires surtout la pizza 🍕😋 mais sont principales charmes est sa côte . La ville est très salle , bruyante, il y a un monde de fou, une circulation intense dans tous les sens, dommage que la ville soit aussi laissé à l'abandon depuis 1970....

• Pasquale (10/5): Merveilleux ❤️ - Appartement très accueillant. Même si notre séjour a été court, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L'appartement est équipé de tout le confort moderne. Il est idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique et du centre commercial. On trouve d'excellents restaurants dans les environs, et le bar au rez-de-chaussée propose un bon petit-déjeuner.

La posizione è ottima: comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ben collegata, ideale per chi visita la città a piedi e a un passo dalla Metro. • Costantino (7/5): - La cosa migliore della struttura è la posizione, centralissima, vicino al porto, al castello e alla metro. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro a Napoli. La pulizia della camera non era eccellente, il bagno anche un po sporco con un odore di muffa. Anche la colazione purtroppo è stata pessima, il barista del bar convenzionato era scortese e i prodotti non erano affatto buoni considerando la qualità degli altri bar a Napoli. Per il prezzo pagato si trova di meglio.

• ilaria (7/5): Vicinissimo alla metro comoda per raggiungere i servizi ma comodo al centro anche con una breve pass - La colazione viene servita nel bar davanti all'alloggio e nel prezzo prevede una bibita e un un pezzo di cibo (brioches, pasta ) , se si vuole colazione americana si paga un sovrapprezzo di 4 euro.. Nei servizi della pagina booking erano previste ciabatte che invece al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato. Pensando di trovarle come in descrizione non le avevamo portate. Ho chiamato il proprietario facendogli notare la cosa.

• Ulrike (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich im 3.Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Tagsüber ist im Eingangsbereich ein Portier, was bestimmt zur Sicherheit beiträgt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, wenige Minuten zum Hafen und zur Metrostation Municipio. Ebenso gibt es in Fußnähe viele gute Restaurants (besonders gut gefallen hat es mir in der Trattoria Lazzara, sehr gute Fischgerichte, aber auch Pizza und Pasta) Es gab auch Gutscheine für das Café direkt gegenüber, mit denen man ein italienisches Frühstück gratis bekam. Ausserdem kann man sein Gepäck nach dem Auschecken dort sicher aufbewahren, falls die Abreise später stattfindet. Ich habe es bedauert, dass ich die Wohnung nur für drei Nächte buchen konnte, wäre gerne länger dort geblieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend, alles lief ausschließlich über Mail und WhatsApp. Ich hatte manchmal Probleme mit dem Schlüssel für die Wohnung (man braucht insgesamt drei). Man sollte darauf hinweisen, dass Schlaf- und Badezimmer nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen sind. Für mich war das aber gar kein Problem, aber es könnte für weniger mobile Gäste problematisch sein.

• Dadda (10/5): Fabuloso - Nos alojamos en este alojamiento durante el invierno para hacer un descanso de nuestro viaje y la experiencia fue realmente positiva. La ubicación es muy conveniente, a poca distancia del centro de Nápoles, perfecta para quienes quieran pasar varios días explorando la ciudad. La habitación era cómoda y tenía buena calefacción, ideal para el invierno. Una gran ventaja es la posibilidad de empezar con el anfitrión, quien fue extremadamente servicial y, sobre todo, flexible. El apartamento también cuenta con una cocina bien equipada. El desayuno fue otro punto a destacar, servido en una cafetería muy acogedora. Sin duda, volveremos en verano, también para disfrutar de la hermosa Nápoles. Un lugar que recomendamos sin dudarlo. Una visita al castillo está garantizada

• Tatiana (10/5): Необычнвя удобная квартира в центре Неаполя - Понравилось практически все. Внимательный хозяин подробно и понятно описал, как добраться до квартиры, встретил нас, все объяснил. На следующее утро интересовался, все ли в порядке. Квартира с необычной планировкой. Салон с очень высоким потолком, а кухня и спальня с низкими. Много разных лампочек, так как в кухне и спальне без дополнительного света темновато. В квартире было все необходимое. Расположение отличное. Чисто, удобно, Порадовали милые вещи, продуманные хозяевами. А также щедрое угощение нам на новый год. На мой взгляд, если в квартире два уровня, должен быть туалет и наверху и внизу. В данной квартире туалет был только наверху, там где спальня. И к сожалению протекала кофемашинка. Но это относительный минус, так как уже хорошо, что она есть и даже хозяева оставили достаточно много капсул кофе. В остальном все хорошо. Мы рады, что пожили в этой квартире во время нашего путешествия в Неаполь.

Sono molto scrupolosa e la prima cosa che guardo è la pulizia e in questo appartamento ne fa’ da padrona cosa importante quando si viaggia con un bambino piccolo. Le port, le métro n'est pas loin du tout. Un supermarché est à 7 min. Quartier vraiment sympa. Les hôtes étaient très serviable, très sympathique. Merci à Pasquale et Mario, allez y les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons de façon certaine.
