• Maëlle (9/5): Appartement très bien et bon emplacement - Emplacement, taille du logement, insonorisation, beaucoup de rangements... Pas assez de vaisselle pour tenir à 8 plus d'un repas (obligés de faire 2 lave-vaisselles par jour ou de faire de la vaisselle à la main pour avoir assez de couverts au repas suivant car il n'y a que 8 fourchettes, 8 cuillères, 8 verres...). Les douches n'ont vraiment pas assez de pression et c'est très long de se laver les cheveux... Appartement trop cher pour 5 nuits (presque 1800€ !!). Qualité du canapé-lit...
• Vibeke Reinseth (1/5): Dårlig oplevelse med udlejer - N/A Vi havde meddelt vores ankomst i god tid og fik besked om at "han var på vej", men der kom ingen ... Da vi havde ventet i ca. 1 time ringede jeg til Booking.com i Danmark, hvorefter han forsøgte at få fat i udlejer. Da det ikke lykkedes startede en proces, der gjorde at Bookig.com annullerede bookingen. Efterfølgende talte jeg også med med Booking.com i både Holland og England. Aftalen/resultatet blev at vi flyttede vores ting ud af lejligheden og hen på Hotel MadFor
• GORKA (9/5): Bonito apartamento para 8 personas cerca del centro de Madrid con buenas vistas. - Apartamento cómodo, en una zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro. Estuvimos alojados 4 adultos y 4 niños durante una Semana Santa. Dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Mejoraría el sofá-cama de la sala (algo viejo si se utiliza para dormir) y aumentaría la potencia del agua de la ducha del baño compartido.

• Ursula (10/5): Great location and a wonderful city to visit - Loved the view and location. The apartment was comfortable - we had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Abraham met us and was very helpful and the hosts, Fran and Isabel communicated excellently and went out of their way to accommodate us, especially when our flight was delayed. Muchas Gracias Nothing

• Aileen (10/5): Great apartment to explore Madrid. - Great location overlooking the palace and cathedral. Comfortable with plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Heating worked well in chilly new year days and there is a/c in each room. Small lift so no need to carry cases up stairs. All beds, including bunk beds were comfortable. Plenty of buses or you can walk into the historic centre. Not an issue for us as an adult family group but just check the layout before booking. You need to go through the sitting room to reach the kitchen from the three bedrooms, so whoever is sleeping on sofa bed needs to be aware.

• Oprea (9/5): Recomand - Priveliștea, locația, dotările. Canapeaua extensibila din living are o defecțiune și face ca somnul sa nu fie confortabil. Într-un dormitor sunt doua paturi single apropiate care alunecau și se indepartau în timpul somnului. Recomand înlocuirea lor.
• John (8/5): A nice clean and well presented place for 4 adults or a family. - The communication from the hosts was excellent. They added me to a Whatsapp group regarding coordinating meeting us at the door to hand over the keys, and kept in touch throughout. There was even a youtube video showing the front of the building and how to access the apartment. The apartment block is set back from the main road and it was easy to hail cabs from. Walking distance into the city but up a very steep hill up to the monastery. Clean and well presented. All in all a decent place to stay (we were there for 3 nights). The lift was, shall we say, snug, and the 4 of us must have pushed it to its limit of 300kg! As for the apartment itself, it was in a block set back from the main road. It's advertised as for up to 8 people but that would be a squeeze. It's also not a 4 bedroom apartment as the 4th "bedroom" is the lounge area where there is a double sofa bed. There is a bunk bed in one room, so ideal for children, but not so much for me as a mature man! I don't know what the custom is in Spain, but in the UK, the hosts often supply a pint of milk and a decent supply of tea and coffee on arrival. Not so here. Would have been nice not to have to then go and search for somewhere which sells that. I didn't use the ensuite shower in the double bedroom, but the one in the shared bathroom was not great. The large overhead shower head was more akin to a very light rain drizzle. The adjustable head was better, but still not great. Would recommend a look at the shower pressure!
• Alvaro (9/5): Buena ubicación, nos facilitaron mucho la hora de recogida de llaves. - Nuestra hora de llegada estaba fuera de las horas de check-in que ofrece el alojamiento y nos dieron muchas facilidades para poder recoger las llaves cuando lo necesitábamos aún así. La ubicación está genial, sobre todo si vas a algún evento en el Movistar Arena (como era nuestro caso). Está a menos de 20 minutos andando. También está muy cerca del centro y de paradas de bus y metro, el barrio es tranquilo y tiene muchos bares y supermercados. Por decir algo, el sofá cama podría ser más cómodo, pero hay sitio en las habitaciones para alojar hasta a 6 personas, o sea que a menos que seais 7 u 8 no será problema, e incluso en ese caso tampoco es horrible, se podía dormir sin problema, sobre todo para 1 o 2 noches.

• Lopez Sanchez (10/5): Excelente estancia en Madrid - La ubicación es excelente, tranquilo y a la vez cerca de todo. Las vistas desde el apartamento a la parte trasera de la Almudena nos enamoraron. Muy cómodo y adecuado para dos familias con sus dos baños, aunque nos faltó ropa de cama para el sofá y mantel para la mesa del salón, detalles que no empañaron una buena experiencia en este precioso apartamento. El anfitrión un encanto.
• Isabel (10/5): Un apartamento con unas vistas preciosas - Sin duda, lo primero que nos encantó fueron las vistas y la ubicación del apartamento, a menos de diez minutos en coche de la estación de Atocha. Las vistas a la Catedral de la Almudena y el palacio real. El apartamento da a un parque precioso, que tiene zonas de juego para niños y que en nuestro caso que íbamos con 4 pequeños, pudimos aprovechar. Cerca encontramos supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes, bares. El apartamento era muy cómodo y la comunicación con los que manejaban el apartamento siempre rápida y atentos a resolver cualquier duda. Recomendadísimo! Nada

• JUN (10/5): 太棒了！ - 位置超好，景色超美！推开门就可以看见教堂和皇宫，周围有很多公交站，虽然没有坐过公交车。走路10多分钟就能到皇宫，步行可以到达很多景点。希望能再次回到马德里。

• Ali (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and large. The kitchen was big and clean, with all the necessary kitchen supplies. There was an elevator in the building. The apartment owners were kind and responded promptly on WhatsApp whenever I needed anything. There was nothing bad about the apartment. However, I recommend providing more keys, especially for groups. One annoying issue is that public transportation, such as the metro or buses, is not nearby. However, the area is close to the city center, about a 25-minute walk, and there are supermarkets and shops near the apartment, which is a good thing.
