• Azra (9/5): Ein sehr charmanter Aufenthalt! - Das Hotel ist wunderschön, klein und trotz seines hohen Alters hervorragend erhalten. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ideal, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die kostenfreie Minibar ein toller Service. Ein riesiges Lob geht an die Rezeptionistin (eine Dame mit Brille, ich glaube ihr Name war Sylvia) – sie war unglaublich lieb und extrem hilfsbereit! Das Bad ist etwas klein und bietet kaum Ablageflächen. Das servierte Frühstück bietet zwar gute Qualität, ist aber jeden Tag komplett identisch. Es fehlen Obst und Gemüse fürs Brot, und neben einem kleinen O-Saft und Heißgetränk gibt es kein Wasser. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

La habitación no dispone de armario o cajones para la ropa, apenas un perchero y una estanteria a la vista. Si vas varios dias, tienes que tenerlo todo visto.

• Cinzia (7/5): - Posizione comoda per spostarsi comodamente a piedi sia per la spiaggia che centro storico, mercato centrale, castello di santa barbara Si potrebbero rimodermizzare i rubinetti del bagno e qualche piccola manutenzione ma nell'insieme è ok
• Larsén (8/5): Mycket trevligt boende, perfekt för en weekend. - Mycket bra frukost i trevlig restaurang i anslutning till hotellet. Bra läge, centralt men ändå ganska lugnt, nära till allt. Många trevliga restauranger i närheten. Sängarna var väl hårda. Varmvattnet i duschen tog slut. Men personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och löste allt.
• Evelien (8/5): Heel goed verblijf, aanrader - Het personeel was super vriendelijk, echt top. Alles perfect geregeld. Door omstandigheden met vliegtuig kwamen we pas na 23u aan. Maar we namen contact met hen op en ze stelden ons meteen gerust. De locatie is ook echt top in het historische gedeelte. Mooi gebouw De douche had niet veel druk, en een buitenraam/terras was enkel uitzicht op afgesloten binnenkoer, waar ook het geluid weergalmde van de receptie. Daardoor 's morgens wel wat geluidsoverlast..

Bra p-service och frukost - Mycket bra läge nära både hamn, strand, marinan och med närhet till gamla stan. Trevlig historisk byggnad, ett gammalt palats med charmiga detaljer i inredning/planlösning. Vi hade frukost inkluderad - bordsserverades i bar på bottenvåningen, gott & bra. Möjlighet till parkering där personal tog hand om bilen/körde fram. Något hård säng, lyhört från korridor/trapphus, badrummet litet med trappsteg in.
• Judith (7/5): Beautiful hotel with no window! - The property was a 17th century converted building and it was beautiful. When we booked,we were unaware that there were no outside windows in our rooms. The window opened up to the interior stair well with a glass covering high up in the ceiling. There was no available fresh air within the hotel. The outside terrace was also closed due to be updated. We asked to be upgraded but we’re told no balcony rooms were available. So although it was a stunning building ,we wouldn’t stay there again. I felt a bit hemmed in.

No wardrobe, just a hook with coat hangers. No decent chair to sit on. Shower unsatisfactory, going from very hot to cold. Quite expensive for mediocre facilities.

Locatie is perfect. - Personeel heel vriendelijk Staat van onderhoud het is een historisch hotel maar het onderhoud daarvan kan echt beter,de vloer en het sanitair zijn aan vervanging toe.en mischien verduisterende gordijnen ophangen want er komt s,nachts nog veel licht binnen. Vond het in de algemene ruimtes ook erg stoffig.

• John (4/5): Not an impressive place - location was the best part. Breakfast and coffee were too costly. - Location was good The bathroom in room #1 has a foul smell. Some cracked and caulked tiles around the toilet don’t look great and suggest problems with the plumbing which may be the source of the smell. The exhaust fan was not working and looked clogged. The shower has some shoddy repair with caulking. We had a superior room with a complimentary bar fridge - there were 2 bottles of water, 2 cokes and 2 fantas.

• Nicole (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable stay in the centre of Alicante. - The hotel is so central, in the best area and 5-15 minutes walk to everything. Near the beach and all the restaurants. Historic building beautifully restored. My room was basic, but it was reflected in the price, so I can’t complain.

Breakfast service - it is not included,but the hotel has cooperation with the brunch caffee. It gets very busy and hotel breakfast looks rather simple comparing to the brunch options. Would have preferred that if had known in advance :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat and explore. The morning noise from the hotel cafe that starts very early. Same breakfast (it is a served breakfast and not a buffet) daily even if you stay for many days. The bed metallic part needs to be better fixed to the wall to avoid noise from your bed and OTHER ROOM’s bed
• john (8/5): A pleasant hotel in a fab location needing a bit of an upgrade - The location is brilliant, adjacent to the cathedral, 5 minutes from the port and an easy walk to the beach. It is also a very short walk to restaurants and places of interest. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite large and quirky The bathroom needs an upgrade. There is mould by the base of the shower and nowhere to put shower gel etc when in the shower. There is mould air vent needs a clean although the rest of it was clean. In the bedroom insufficient places for clothes and 6 hangers for two people on a 5night stay is insufficient. A mirror in the bedroom would be good

• Ulrike (7/5): Gute Lage mitten im Geschehen - Super Lage in der Altstadt, tolles Haus in traditioneller Bauweise, sehr nettes Personal, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden, unser Mietwagen wurde vom Personal zum Parken abgeholt und bei Bedarf wieder gebracht. Das Zimmer 106 ist winzig, im Bad hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen und es gab Ameisen dort. Es war hellhörig. Vielleicht sind andere Zimmer besser.

Staff provided us with a packed breakfast because we had an early flight. Roof terrace closed but most likely because of concerns about the weather. No coffee sachets in room only tea.
