Easy reach of everything you’d want to see There were a couple of very minor things. There was no kettle (we are British we like tea!) but there was a coffee machine. Some full length mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful for when we’re getting ready to hit the town!! Like I said. Minor things.

The hangers for the towels were places 2 m up, impossible to reach. Cleaning is done only once every 3 days. The building would need a renovation quite badly.

However if your interest is in Museos, Palacio and Cathedral this place is not convenient. Starting from the thousands pound door to check-in to room quality to maid service, everything is mediocre at best. The name says “Today I cannot get out of bed”. I wanted to get out of bed and get out. This is an upgraded hostel.

Fui bem recepcionada ao chegar na acomodação e o apartamento estava limpo e muito agradável. Bem equipado também. Fiquei contente pois recebi um upgrade. Foi possível deixar minhas malas guardadas no hotel no dia do check out já que é bem cedo (11h) Tive uma boa experiência no geral. Apenas um recepcionista no meu último dia que estava um pouco impaciente, porém compreensível devido inúmeros check outs ao mesmo tempo (provavelmente por ser muito cedo e todos os hóspedes deixarem para sair do hotel no limite de tempo)

• Silvia (1/5): Un drama de servicio y pesima relacion calidad precio - La ubicacion unicamente En el momento de la reserva pedi un sofa cama puesto que eramos 3, cuando llegue lo habian olvidado y me dieron las sabanas para hacerme yo la cama. Solo me dieron toallas para 2 y cuando pedi la que faltaba me la trajeron a las 23:45 cuando ya dormia y me despertaron a mi y a mi hija. En el check out le dava oereza guardar las maletas en espacio seguro y pretendia dejarlas en el pasillo del hotel. Sinceramente, un desproposito todo. La habitacion no se parecia en nada a las fotos de la reserva

Check-in was easy and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free. The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Storage Safe box does not attached to place and could be removed and carried away.

Después de esperar hasta la hora oficial de check-in, me encuentro con que mi habitación aún no está lista. Considerando el precio que se paga por este tipo de establecimiento, esperaba un servicio acorde al nivel y la tarifa. Sin embargo, la realidad ha sido muy distinta. Tuve que seguir esperando más de una hora y al final la habitación no estaba completamente limpia esto demuestra una clara falta de organización y consideración hacia el cliente. Además, la situación se agrava aún más por el hecho de que no se ha habilitado ninguna zona de descanso ni acceso a un baño para los clientes que esperan.

• Sotirova (10/5): Amazing stay - The perfect stay! Really helpful staff on the 24-hour reception - there is always someone at the reception so you can ask for help at any time! I arrived much before the check-in time (4. p.m.) so the staff was so kind to keep my luggage safe and I was able to explore the center of Madrid. The building is amazing - on Gran Via - always full with people, but when you close the window - no noise bothers you! The elevator/lift is a huge plus! Thank you very much for everything! Definitely will return!

• DEBBIE (3/5): Persistent bathroom odor — maintenance requests ignored - 24hour reception non existent - Our stay fell well short of expectations, particularly at €245 per night. The main issue was a persistent sewage smell from the bathroom, compounded by a blocked shower drain. After two days of trying to find a person at the reception desk (24hour reception is just non existent), a technician came but failed to fix it — the odor only worsened and eventually spread throughout the room. At this price point, basic hygiene standards are non-negotiable. We raised the problem at reception and followed up with a written complaint after checkout. We never heard back. That silence is more damning than the original issue — it signals that guest concerns simply don't matter here. Smaller problems (a broken bathroom hanger, no cooler on arrival) added to an overall impression of poor upkeep, but it's the lack of any accountability that defines this stay. Mistakes happen. Ignoring guests afterward is a choice. We would not return or recommend this property.

No tenia utensilios (cuchillos, tenedor, plato,etc). Tenia una maquina de cafe capsulas que no calentaba suficiente
