• Andrew (6/5): Spacious family villa well equipped with pool and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. - The property was spacious and had a great feel. The pool was a highlight on 35 degree days. The property was opposite a music festival we were not to about which offer played very loud until 3 am and then the municipal workers started next door at 8am. Many of the streets were closed during this time so hard to get Ubers out of the area Note festival is on for only a month in summer but happened when we were there

• Ilmars (8/5): Bit out of the date but good for stay and close to everything - The host was great and very welcome. The place itself is with a historical touch and with great aura. Away from everyone but at the same time, in the middle of everything It's really out of date. Facilities did not work as it should Feeble shower with barely hot water. Some lights did not work at all. The kitchen is not usable at all.
• Karel (7/5): The villa's potential was shadowed by maintenance issues and a opportunistic overcharge. - Perfectly situated, this charming villa offers a private plunge pool and a lovely terrace, within easy walking distance of the city center and vibrant Trastervere. The spacious lounge is ideal for socializing with friends. The host was very responsive and check-in was quick and easy. Our stay was marred by an unfortunate incident. A simple booking error led to a significant overcharge. The host capitalized on our situation, charging us twice the standard rate for the additional guests, which resulted in a 10% increase in the overall cost compared to if we made a correct booking. It's a reminder to carefully review booking details and be cautious of opportunistic hosts. The pool was neglected, with visible moss growth on the sides. Additionally, some terrace lights were malfunctioning, and the bright white floodlights weren't ideal for outdoor dining. Overall minor things and easily improved.
• Angelina (6/5): Do not stay if there are events planned in the park as you won’t sleep. - It was beautiful and clean. Great space for our family. Loved the roof top Terrace and pool. Host was easy to get in contact with. 3 of our 6 nights we weren’t able to go to sleep until 3am either due to concerts in the park across the street or an event across the way with a parade and music . It was awful. There is no noise ordinance until maybe 2:30am as that’s when it seemed to stop . It’s an amazing place and without this would have been perfect but for the amount of money we spent and this late night music impacting 1/2 of our nights I’m extremely disappointed. The cost for that is just not ok.
• Rachel (9/5): Excellent location, within walking distance of sights and restaurants. Good transport facilities. - Location was perfect. Within walking distance to some of the sights and the metro for those further away. Metro very cheap and easy to understand, with stops very close to the main sights. Close to small supermarket for supplies and several restaurants also within walking distance. Small pool was a bonus and added another dimension to the holiday. Lovely terraces and large television/lounge space. Fourth bedroom outside the Villa separate from main building. Was a little damp and gloomy as no window, but door had glass panels. We were a family group so would have been nicer if we had all been together. Not up to the same standard as the other rooms in the villa.

• Jack (10/5): Incredible place within walking distance to everything. - The villa is in a perfect location within Rome. It is just a few minutes from the nearest metro stop, and it is located just down the street from the circus maximus. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to hang out and get some sun. The great room is beautifully decorated and the furniture throughout the villa is very comfortable! Vittorio is incredibly responsive and is a very friendly person to deal with.

• Tanc (10/5): This place is an absolute gem! - My partner and I, along with two other couples, recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Terme di Caracalla in Rome, and it was an incredible experience. The villa seamlessly combines the tranquility of the countryside, surrounded by lush trees, with the convenience of city living. The location is unbeatable. Situated near the heart of Rome, it's just a 10-minute walk to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and a 20-minute stroll will take you to other must-see spots like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, not to mention the abundance of fantastic restaurants nearby. The villa itself is a dream, featuring a rooftop private swimming pool that provides pure luxury and relaxation after a day of exploring Rome's treasures. The rooms are filled with Italian charm and comfort, offering spaciousness and additional bathrooms that are a blessing when sharing the space with friends. Our host, Vittorio, was not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive. His communication was superb, and he went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering valuable recommendations. This place is an absolute gem, and I can't wait to return when in Rome.
