- Lucy (7/5): Great location. - Great space for 4 people if you are all adults. Great location. We booked for 6 adults. 2 of the beds weren’t made up and on arrival which was frustrating! This property would be perfect for 4 people but it’s a bit of a squeeze for 6 with one person having to sleep in the living area.

- Melinda (7/5): Stay here for the great location, be aware it's an older building and apartment so 3 stars. - Great location opposite beach, easy walk to town and access to downtown Byron. Old and tired building. Tiny car parking spaces for SUVs. Furnishings are in a good state, and the living area is spacious, but apartment generally is tired and needs updating. No lamps in living area, so have to keep the bright overhead lights on. Windows open onto public areas so you have to keep the shutters closed which means no airflow. Also noisy at night with people coming home all hours. Master bedroom and ensuite are tiny. It's a queen bed, so be mindful if you prefer a king size. The bathrooms are in need of an update, tap lever in ensuite kept falling off, handles are corroded, the floor in the kitchen was greasy under foot, the shower screens are old they don't clean well. There was no milk for a cup of tea, not even UHT and only one tiny cake of soap per bathroom.
