• Jaap (5/5): Redelijk verblijf, als je > 1.80 meter bent, dan vanaf balkon uitzicht op de Rode Zee. - Aan doorgaande weg, maar toch vrij rustig. Allerlei winkels, supermarktjes etc. binnen 10 minuten wandelen te bereiken. Receptionist spreekt nauwelijks Engels. Onduidelijk wat het polsbandje inhield. Pool & Lounge was niet beschikbaar vanwege verbouwing/ werkzaamheden. Bij het uitchecken tot 2x toe moeten bellen om de sleutel in te leveren. Na 45 minuten het wachten opgegeven en de sleutel achtergelaten op het bureau in de receptieruimte.
• Paulina (7/5): Pleasant stay with good location and free beach entry - I really like the location, close to the see and to the city. I also really liked the receptionist - Mustafa, very kind and willing person. I had to work some time so really appreciated my own wifi router in the room (even few times wasn't working properly so needed restart). Was getting bottle of water (would suggest for the future at least 1.5l not only 0.5l) I enjoyed free entry to the beach even it was too shallow for me and the promenade I didn't like the surroundings much (inside the object, not street), also the construction work around the pool area wasn't helping. Another thing was that many times happened that there was no one on the reception so had to call/write and wait longer time till someone came (f.e. to get beach ticket)
• Karin (2/5): - Das Zimmer hatte die leiseste Klimaanlage die ich je in Ägypten habe. Das war sehr hilfreich, da ich leider nicht wie gewohnt bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das W-Lan wurde anfangs versehentlich abgestellt. Der Balkon war eher eine kleine Veranda, für jeden einsehbar und begehbar. Über diesen gelangte man auch in das Zimmer, das im Hochparterre lag. Das Zimmer war so hellhörig, dass Stimmen aus anderen Zimmern hörbar waren. Es fanden Bauarbeiten in und an einem Gebäude gegenüber meinem Zimmer und "Balkon" täglich ab ca. 19.00 Uhr statt. Presslufthammer, Bohrmaschinen und Trennschleifer wurden bevorzugt ab 23.00 Uhr benutzt. Trotz Beschwerde zog sich die Einstellung der Arbeiten einmal bis 3.00 Uhr morgens hin. Ich bin bereits das 10. Mal in Hurghada und hatte noch nie ein derart lautes Zimmer. Der Balkon war somit zu keiner Zeit nutzbar. Dass es keinen Stuhl im Zimmer gab und man auf dem Bett sitzend essen oder trinken musste, ein Griff an einer Schranktür fehlte und die Matratze eher eine Hängematte war sind dagegen nur Kleinigkeiten, die man bei dem Preis billigend in Kauf nehmen kann. Dass allerdings 2 Tage vor Abreise fleckige Bettwäsche aufgezogen wurde, ist eigentlich eine Unverschämtheit. Zumal die Bettdecke so drapiert war, dass die Flecken auf den ersten Blick nicht erkennbar waren.
• Christine (5/5): - La proximité de la plage ( mais elle est privée comme toutes ou quasiment toutes) L appartement était propre et la chambre spacieuse. J ai loué pour la piscine mais je n avais pas vu qu elle était fermée a partir du 1er novembre. La plage privée est à proximité mais petite et pas très jolie. J avais choisi un appartement vu sur la mer. Peut-être qu en faisant un metre de plus, j aurai vu la mer... Le personnel est peu souriant, peut etre la barrière de la langue. Des travaux juste devant la chambre ... Voici les photos de la vue sur la mer.

• Stefan (6/5): - Das Zimmer an sich ist eigentlich nicht schlecht, es hat eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank, eigenes Badezimmer. Alles was man braucht. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber, ich habe Haare im Bett und im Waschbecken gefunden. Außerdem habe ich eigentlich ein Zimmer im Lilly Lounge and Pool gebucht, mit Poolblick. Bekommen hab ich aber ein Lilly Rooms Zimmer, also nicht das was ich eigentlich gebucht habe. Liegt dran das hier eine große Baustelle ist und der Lounge and Pool Bereich gerade neu gebaut wird.

• Salvatore (8/5): Quiet place with pool and friendly staff - Lilly Lounge it’s a good establishment, the room are cleaned and the staff is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended if you look for a place child free, closed to the beach and quiet place to rest.

• Lucina (10/5): Perfect - The location and view at Lilly are fantastic. I love the pool and garden area too! The location is so ideal for access to anywhere you need or want to go. But the best thing about Lilly is the staff. In particular Haneen and Mohammed from housekeeping. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Haneen is such a superstar, willing and happy to help with any questions or information, and is such an asset to Lilly. I can’t wait to come back again ❤️
• Karolina (8/5): Cosy little place in perfect location with the most helpful staff! - Very cute little place, perfect if you’re not a fan of big resorts. Warm pool and sunny terrace. Excellent value for money, unbeatable location with free beach access across the street, good restaurants and shops nearby. The best part was the attentive staff that were eager to help with any issues. The facilities could use a little upgrade, especially our bathroom had some issues like flooding on the floor every time you took a shower. The room was surprisingly cold, and the built in ac/heater didn’t work but they immediately brought us a heater which helped a lot. I would also not recommend paying for the breakfast service if staying more than a couple nights, since the options get repetitive quickly and no drinks included (even tho lovely seaside cafe and option to order to the room!). Pretty bad wifi, common everywhere so no biggie. Noisy street at night, bring earplugs!
• Suprarc (9/5): Perfect Beachside Hotel - Excellent location on Sheraton Road just opposite the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious with spectacular views from the room. The large balcony with the sit out area is a great add on... The outdoor pool has warm water which allows comfortable swimming even in cold. Staffs are very helpful and polite... This hotel has its own private beach at Seashell Restaurant. There wasn't anything that I could dislike.

• Pippa (8/5): Decent room for an overnight stay - Decent size room and good air con. Good for an overnight stop. Small pool area with a few loungers. Large fridge and kettle in room. Breakfast is a 10 minute walk away along a bit very nice road. Use of the beach just nearby is ok although it’s quite a locals beach so I felt very uncomfortable in a swimsuit and stayed fully dressed. Booming dance music played out that the local staff presumably like but wasn’t very nice to relax in. Two small bottles of water only - need to walk to the shop down the road for more.
• Katarzyna (10/5): totally resting - Safety was important to me and I was not disappointed. Quiet neighborhood, you only need to cross the street to get to the private beach. The advantage is that there is a bank nearby on the street, you can safely exchange or withdraw money. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much to Muhammed for cleaning my room and all the help I asked for. You can always relax peacefully by the pool. The sea view is wonderful.

• Mohamed (10/5): A Cozy Home Away from Home in the Heart of Hurghada - Our stay was a delightful experience. The location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant marina and a short walk to the beach, made it ideal for our summer vacation The cleanliness of the apartment was commendable. The apartment came with all the basic amenities one would need, including a fridge, flat TV, kettle,and air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Available free parking area. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with local insights and provided an extra table when requested. The check-in and check-out process was smooth.. Overall, our stay was a pleasant and memorable experience. We would rate our stay a solid 4 out of 5 🌟 We would certainly consider returning to Lilly Apartments for future trips to this beautiful part of Egypt.

• Nihal (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel is far from the center. The garden is beautiful and has a sea view, but there is a lack of staff in the hotel. There is no English speaking staff. There is no water in the rooms from time to time. The Internet is not good. There is only one staff member. His name is Muhammad. He is helpful and tries to do everything.

The bathroom was flooding all the time the water remained in the bathroom and it was very disgusting to use the bathroom. Moreover the access into the hotel was very complicated, need To ring the bell and wait for someone to open.
• Pippa (8/5): Decent pool and beach for a night or two in Hurghada. - Lovely little pool and free use of small beach opposite as well as walking distance to restaurants and bars near by. Room was small but clean and what was needed for a couple of nights. We arrived late in the evening and although receptionist didn’t speak English, he didn’t want me to walk alone to nearby shop so kindly walked with me, waited then walked me back despite reassurances I would be ok. No pressure from him - just kindness! Titos Marina directly over the road is a nice place in the sea ti have a drink and food is freshly prepared to order and is really good! NOT FULLY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE despite claiming to be - large step into property, another out if reception then two down to get to ‘accessible’ room. Steps up to pool too. Large threshold between bedroom and bathroom and bathroom too small for wheel chair. Breakfast at near by hotel (Dexon Roma) is absolutely dreadful - don’t bother with it! It’s a fair walk and not worth it at all. The evening staff at Lilly Lounge speak almost no English so was difficult to get any info about next day and then wait in morning getting breakfast voucher in the first place. We didn’t bother the next day and found somewhere to buy breakfast instead!

• Anonymous (8/5): Great place to relax and take an afternoon nap before my 3am flight - Inexpensive, good location, great staff. Perfect stop for people in transit to Luxor, or before a flight home The pool filter is not very strong, so there’s a greasy layer of sunscreen on top. Not an issue for me, but if it is, there is always the beach across the road.
