Guest Reviews
- Mariam (10/5): - An amazing apartment right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Tivoli Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, and only 7 minutes from the famous Strøget shopping street. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, featuring three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright, open living room perfect for relaxing. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, making the stay very convenient.
The hosts were wonderful – warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They explained everything clearly and always replied immediately, which made the experience even smoother.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone visiting the city.
- James (8/5): Worked for our group but needs attention. - Location great. Place was nice but really needed some attention to things like the bathrooms and kitchen. The bathrooms are sad. Desperately need an update. Mitch- plenty of plates, glasses etc but cooking supplies were sparse and worn.
The couch is the worst! No back cushions. Really uncomfortable to sit.
Alt for varmt.
The apartment itself - the rooms etc. there was nothing to complain about it was fine enough even though the kitchen was very worn out it worked. But it was a big problem that there was no air conditioning in the apartment. The sun has been baking in all day and that means that the temperature rises to over 30 degrees and there is no way to cool the rooms down since you can only get the apartment at 4 pm. This also means that it is difficult to get proper sleep. It is good that there are 3 very small fans, but they are far too small to move the air, at the same time they are also the worst fans you can buy. This means that you really have to think about it, if it is in the summer, you rent this apartment.
Another very big problem is that you are not made aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is not at all nice to have to drag
- Ilse (10/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen - Zentrale Lage 3. Stock ohne Lift
- Michael (8/5): As expected - Very clean, quiet, large apartment. As described.... No breakfast, not even a bit of coffee was left at apartment...
- Jan (8/5): - Perfekt beliggenhet.
- Nathan (6/5): Great appt BUT 63 STAIRS, no elevator,. Hosts who were indifferent to the difficulties of elderly - this a great very spaceous appt in an excellent position we were not told that ot was a 3rd floor walk up with 63 steps and no elevator until just before we were departing, When I explained that 2 of our party were over 85 and that they would need assistance, I was told that no assistance is available. Getting 20 kg suitcases of my in laws up the 63 stairs almost broke my 66 year old back.. It appears that they also has a first floor appt in the building but the hosts were unable to accomodate us there..

- Leigh (10/5): Had an amazing time with friends in this beautiful apartment. - That it was modern and comfortable. Near to the attractions. Could have a few extra chairs at the kitchen table. Shame there was only a curtain between the lounge and bedroom and not an actual door.
- Silva (10/5): . - The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better – super central and perfect for exploring the city. All our questions and requests were answered quickly and in a very friendly manner. The beds were extremely comfortable. All in all, we felt very much at home and had a few wonderful days in Copenhagen. Highly recommended! .
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dana (10/5): Great stay in CPH - The apartment is bright, clean and huge, the location is great, close to the train station and to the Tivoli park. It has almost everything that you need. There is no elevator, the price is expensive, the plaster peels off in some areas but it is not that bad.
- Dino (10/5): Perfect flat to visit this amazing city - The rooms were all really well proportioned, especially the 3 large bedrooms. There was everything we needed for our stay and the location was nice and central.
- Tan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (9/5): Fabulous stay in an excellent apartment - Absolutely fantastic apartment. Excellent location, very clean and very well equipped. Had a brilliant stay Nothing
- Pip (5/5): It was ok. - The apartment is very large and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Great cafe nearby, Cafe Kopenhag, and very close to a Netto. The lock box was a bit far from the property when travelling with suitcases. We were quite cold in the evenings despite having the radiators on full.
The host contacted us a couple of days before our stay to warn us about the noise and suggested bring ear plugs. I am a light sleeper and the noise wasn’t that bad except for a continuous knocking noise from one of the neighbours one night. I did wonder if it was from the ‘business’ below the apartment, but only happened one out of the 4 nights we stayed. There was a bad smell in one of the bathroom’s drains. We know this can be an issue in old apartments and nothing really the hosts can do about it. I bought a nice aromatherapy room defuser which helped.
- Deborah (8/5): Great stay in central Copenhagen with friends close to everything good value for money - Fabulous location, very large rooms We had a couple of minor complaints that were quickly solved.
The property could have done with a few extra touches such as lamps for the lounge , longer shower curtain as water went everywhere.
- Erna (9/5): Superb - No extra toiletpaper. Had early check-in but apartment still being cleaned when we arrived
- Rui (8/5): Cozy, with great decor and well-located, but somewhat noisy with some upkeep issues. - Good Scandinavian style decor, with a great location, right next to Tivoli Gardens. The house has central heating and kept warm throughout the entire stay. Beds are comfy, and the apartment has all the amenities needed. 3rd floor with no elevator, some need of maintenance in the bathroom, all bedrooms have a noise issue (some with the street below, some with the bedroom next door), no Expresso Coffee machine. The lockbox with the keys is 3 min walk away.
- Desislava (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- M (1/5): You’d better hope nothing goes wrong as management is evasive - The worst owner if you have an issue to solve. Had to change booking at last minute and owner denied receiving the message via booking.com systems so charged me full cancellation. Then claimed he wasn't allowed to refund me by booking.com (not true), did not respond to booking.com when they asked him to refund me, claimed to send the issue to another department which did not follow up but actually just another attempt to make me go away. Refused an offer of compromise. Constantly changing their story and always had to be chased. Based on my experience, Nest Collection is a completely untrustworthy and unprofessional operation.
- Laurie (10/5): Super flat in Copenhagen! - We had a great 5 day stay in this lovely flat. The location is perfect; just a short walk from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. There was a supermarket at the end of the street which was very convenient and plenty of bus stops.
The flat is enormous and has lots of character. Huge bedrooms with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The two bathrooms had good, strong showers. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Communications with the host (for when we were arriving etc) were very prompt, friendly and helpful. They offered some great suggestions on things to see and do while in Copenhagen.
I most highly recommend this flat. Definitely 10 out of 10! As there was no lift, it might be difficult for anyone with mobility problems as you need to go upstairs with your bags
- Larry (10/5): Wonderful - Just what we were looking for, like home.
- Maia (10/5): In brief, it was best choice, excellent location , was enough space for five people. - Location, large-light rooms, huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, secured place. Not enough towels for three nights stay.
Hairdryer and the irons didn’t work, also we wished to gave hangers in the bathrooms.
- Grisoni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jovianthewhovian (9/5): Superb - Very nice and roomy apartment. Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 friends. N/A
- Duncan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rocky (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (5/5): I would not stay here again nor recommend this property to others as communication was poor and gave me a lot of unneces - It’s large and the location is not bad. One of the bedrooms was actually a living room and there was no bedroom door. Floors were creaky and doors closed very noisily. Shower curtains n cleanliness could be improved.
Communications with property was very very poor.
- Kathy (10/5): Loved Copenhagen - Great location. Very prompt communication.
Clean, comfortable and very spacious. 2 of our group did not like the pillows.
Need a new shower curtain in bathroom near entry door. One that goes around.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - The flat is very well placed and was a great size for the six of us. Communication with the hosts was good and we really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to cook and the dishwasher was really useful. A few more pillows would be good.
- Caroline (10/5): Excellent place for a short break. Near to everything - Location and size
- 明 (10/5): Exceptional - The location is good, near the central station. The room is very big.
- Ivan (7/5): A good location but not the best 3 bedroom.... - The city view and location were great. Cold water in the main bathroom was nonexistent in the shower, only in the bathroom near the kitchen. 3rd floor stairs it was just a nightmare after a long walk with tours, etc. The room was not really clean, we rated 4 out 10 in cleaning. We requested the early check-in and we never received the confirmation, we were willing to pay for the extra. All the windows hardware was damaged and it was difficult to leave them open. The no A/C it was really challenging for us as we were there in very hot days. There was a nice desk in one of the bedrooms but it was missing a leveling pad so we had to adjust it with folded coffee filters. The main bedroom had big heavy curtains only and the other bedrooms had nice shades. In general we rated the apartment 7 out of 10 based on previous similar cost. The main 2 issues was the CLEANING and MISSING COLD WATER !!!
- Oscar (1/5): Disaster - This was a scam
We came to the site and noshow frim the host This was a scam
We came to the site and noshow frim the host
- Dianne (9/5): Superb - The apartment had lots of light and windows for cross ventilation. Pictures in booking were very accurate. Was very clean and beds were super comfy. All rooms were HUGE especially by European standards. Bus stop was 100 feet away and central Copenhagen was within easy walking distance . With code at street door and lock box combination for door keys, we felt very safe and secure. Plenty of electric plugs to charge our devices. Wifi worked very well.
- Sabrina (9/5): Superb -
- Kwok (9/5): Superb -
- Eliza (10/5): Worth it - Everything We had a bit of trouble with the wifi, but we handled it in the end
- Olga (9/5): very big and cost apartment in the center of Copenhagen - very big flat in the very center of Copenhagen. we didn’t even use the public transport- everything is within walking distance
- Katie (10/5): A superb stay, great property at a very reasonable price - So bright spacious and airy. Very tastefully decorated and beautifully decked out. Close to amenities and the centre and surrounds by beautiful Canals, restaurants and bars. A short walk to the harbour, where we had a fabulous swim, and close to a supermarket for provisions. Would definitely stay again. Nothing
- Mihai (8/5): Very good - No heating in one room, I contacted the host, it wasn't fixed.
- Helen (10/5): great stay nice apartment good location - great apartment spacious near to Tivoli and central station pillows were awful and some spare towels would have been better
- Norbert (7/5): Very cosy apartment in a very good location in Copenhagen! - The apartment is very good located and the nearby supermarket down the street super convenient. We booked an early check in but as we arrived, the cleaning lady just started cleaning. We dropped our luggage at the apartment and had to come back an hour later.
- Anatoly (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (8/5): Ideal for families, very convenient to Centre. Easy access, instructions were clear. Unfortunately Wi-Fi and TV didn’t w - Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable; very warm Wi-Fi didn’t work; TV didn’t work
- Sally (5/5): Extremely disappointing - Spacious, light filled apartment with beautiful detail. Poorly maintained with badly scratched floors, broken & stained curtains, broken lampshade. Kitchen utensils thrown amongst different drawers, no wooden spoons, baking dishes, serving utensils or platters. Kitchen range hood filthy, kitchen sink needed a good scrub. Toilet seat (in main bathroom) loose & shower curtain too small so bathroom flooded. Cupboard LHS of fridge full of junk & corner RHS kitchen sink piled with junk. Door from tv room to bedroom buckled & didn't close. Couch was old and grubby, did not feel nice to sit on. Power point in second bathroom hanging out of wall - dangerous. Plastic plants faded & look old. Heating turned off during the day & apartment cold. Windows filthy dirty. This apartment has so much potential but was extremely disappointing. It does not look like the photos on- line. I contacted the Host who promised to attend to these issues but never showed. Would not recommend.
- Christine (8/5): New Apartments Copenhagen - The property was spacious and beds comfortable and the property was clean Some items in the apartment were a little tired and could do with replacing or fixing
- Oleksii (10/5): Exceptional - Interior, sea view. Supermarket nearby.
- Кръстанка (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! We had everything we needed. Wonderful!
- Cemil (10/5): Exceptional - Great location,reguiring everything needed,very clean,helpfull stuff.
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hilmar (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): A hidden gem in the city. Book it without any doubts - for a big group of people, this is the perfect place to stay. 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that can save you lots of money!! the curtains were a bit dirty and one bed was a bit broken. but nothing to really interfere with the great experience we had
- Pan (9/5): Superb -
- Sigrún (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dorota (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in the heart of the city - Gorgeous apartment - very spacious, comfortable and stylish. Big rooms allowed a lot of privacy to everybody and two bathrooms gave comfort too. Location at the quiet street, yet very close to the city landmarks. Nice assistance and easy communication with the property manager
- Patricia (1/5): Bad - Location is the only plus. However if you want to sleep, find somewhere else The fact that parties with loud thumping bass and people screaming out the lyrics occurred nightly for the 2 nights until 530-6 am and per some residents occurs very often with techno parties lasting 5 days. Marijuana smell in hallways. People in the courtyard smoking and talking loudly after midnight. Security not available to keep people out who don't live there but who are invited to the party. Management reply was sorry this was happening.
- Zurab (8/5): Very good -
- A. (6/5): Perfect location, not so perfect neighbors - 1. What really is the best feature of this apartment is its location: very central, easy to walk to everything, neighborhood is clean and feels safe.
2. The apartment is very spacious and light. Perfect for 6 people (note: one bedroom is also the sitting room).
3. Arrangements for keys and arrival were efficiently organized by the host.
4. Other than the experience/person described below, the Danish people were very friendly, helpful and great English speakers. 1. The neighbors in the same building were really disappointing. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Our downstairs neighbor (right below our apartment) decided it was a good idea to throw a party at 00:30 am, with lots of people (so lots of buzz, noise, the smell of smoke). What was particularly annoying was the incredible loud music with a heavy bass, that was shaking our apartment floor and thus our beds. We wanted to sleep so went downstairs and (friendly) asked the neighbor to tone down his music (a lot). He agreed to do so when we where there, however he did not comply at all and kept the music up and booming during the whole night, until approximately 04:00/04:30 am. Meaning none of us were able to get a proper sleep, not even with earplugs. It was hard to not be incredibly annoyed. We did not know what else to do other then politely ask the neighbor to tone it down (which we did) and let us sleep. Given that Denmark is a foreign country, we don't know what the customs are regarding noise disturbances and of course did not want to cause trouble. However, this heavily impacted our stay, we were only in Copenhagen for 2 days, so for half that time we were exhausted due to lack of sleep, which was a real bummer.
2. Although the apartment looks nice and is spacious, it lacked some basic amenities (e.g. coffee, tea, olive oil). Might be nice to stock that up in the future, so you don't need to go shopping right away.
3. Furthermore, the lights in the apartment are mostly the big bright lights on the ceiling, which does not accumulate to a nice cozy (hygge) atmosphere. It would be nice to have some smaller lamps with warm light here and there (next to the beds for example), to create a bit more coziness all around instead of the current bright lights.
4. In terms of cleanliness: the apartment was clean in general, minus a few weird stains on the curtains.
- Sanjeev (8/5): Very good - Location house keeping and windows /doors
