• Donald (1/5): will never recommend - the property overbooked and was moved elsewhere, which was disgusting. a refund was requested which was denied
• Donald (1/5): horrendous - nothing everything. the property actually kicked us out as they had overbooked and put us in an alternative which was just disgraceful. not enough bedding, not enough towels, blanket/bedding and moldy utensils, and the Huangpu owners have taken no responsibility and neither have booking.com. assistance was sought from booking.com when we were kicked out, no response whatsoever
• Ali (1/5): We are so dissapointed. Wont come back here. - Last minutes told us that the unit we booked is not allowed to stay by foreigner and offer us another unit in another location. Showed us some nice pics, so we agreed, but turns out the apt is so dirty and stink, the lift is old and dirty, its an old apt, they renovated the unit so it looks nice, but the toilets, the sheets, are smelly. So dissapointed. Its not worth it.
• Jess (9/5): Would definitely book this place again if I have a big group of friends visiting. - The property is really spacious, perfect for a group of friends. 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets to share. The apartment also offers amazing view of the city, highly recommend!
• Solomon (8/5): Overall the family had an okay stay, i think not having mattresses on the bases of the beds made it slightly uncomfortab - The Space was fantastic, tge view of the bund and city from 2 bedrooms was unbelievable especially at night. Security Staff despite the language difficulty were amazing and ever so helpful. Loved the air conditioning and the two separate bathrooms. Host communication was very good and I would like to apologise as i lost my phone halfway through our stay and they mustve been worried and concerned as we had been commuicating on a daily basis. No matresses on the beds just bases, would have liked plates and cutlery. There was a bad smell in one of the bedrooms which caused our daughter to sleep on the couch for tge duration of our trip. However once we informed our hosts they mustve rectified it as the smell was not there when we returned from Beijing.
