The host is very helpful, providing detailed information about check-in and check-out. The host is very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times as well. It's value for money too. I will definitely come again.

• Suzilaherdawati (3/5): Disappointing. Can be improved. - It’s located on top of the paradigm mall so it’s convenient for me and my family to shop and hang out. I realised this one of the room have no bed, just 2 bed mattress on the floor. I have elderly that cannot sleep on bed mattress like this.. As advertised there’s 4 beds.. But when we enter the apartment, the first bedroom has no bed but instead 2 bed mattress.. Texted the host and he said This is designed for youth generation and kids. The elderly can move to another room if they need. The elder pls sleep at master room or guest room 1.. We will understand the bedroom arrangement if the host reached out to us earlier after we make the booking.. We book the apartment about 1 mth in advance.. We would appreciate it if we were updated abt this room design in advance (mattress with no bed) so we can make proper sleeping arrangements with other family that had booked in the same residence.. Coz in the photos shows different design and I believe it’s not only designed for youth usage.. Host texted us to informed that we had to checked in at 4pm instead of 3pm coz cleaner still cleaning the apartments.. We had a baby, a 2 year old toddler and elderly with us.. Really disappointed..

• KAMISAH (10/5): - I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is extremely convenient — there’s a shopping mall just downstairs, which makes it easy to grab food, do some shopping, or just relax without needing to travel far. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

They came over to assist when we had an issue, and also provided us with a new rice cooker to make porridge for my kids. 5 star service :) Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Hao (7/5): Good location, but the unit wasn't as good as expected - The unit is conveniently located above the Paradigm mall The bedsheets were pretty dirty. After feedback, the cleaner only changed the bedsheet in the master room on the 2nd day and then the bedsheets in other rooms on the 3rd day. The toilet was a bit smelly. The sofa in the living room wasn't a proper sofa and you can feel the frame sitting on it. My friend's family stayed 1 level above us and the unit was so much better, for the similar price. The unit host was responsive to my messages and friendly.

Awesome swimming pool. Super plus point that the apartment was right on top of Paradigm shopping centre. 🥰 Wished there were mirrors in the bedrooms.
• Siti (9/5): Highly Recommended. - Everything went on smoothly. Owner was very responsive. Keys were easy to collect. Unit is above a mall. Safe and secure area with double security entry tap at entrance to lift and in the lift to get up to unit. There is a washer with hanging rack for quick washes. Would be nice to have one or two bottles of water chilling in the fridge for those who check in very late and no time to stock up but its VERY MINOR inconvenience as there is a drinks & snacks ending machine at the lobby.

Powerpoints not next to dining table so it’s harder to charge our phones or laptops. Same for the rooms. Powerpoints at not located at both the left and right of the beds. Will be great if more rooms can have 2 single beds.

• Kang (8/5): Convenient & Value for Money but do not have high expectations for the unit - The unit is located directly above Paradigm Mall, hence access to the shopping mall is really convenient and direction to the residence is also quite easy to find so you are unlikely to get lost in the mall either. Wifi is easy to connect in the unit, all appliances are working well and the facilities within the residence are available for use. For the price of the unit, it is quite worth it as it can easily accommodate a family of 6 or 3 couples sharing a unit (3 bed rooms). 1) The unit itself is not cleaned well; - came in and discover someone smoked in the toilet before my check in. - pillow cases are very dirty, does not look like it was changed - cushions are not checked (found bobby pin on 2 of the cushions - sofa is damaged 2) check in & check out arrangement is not ideal, you can only check in after 3pm and check out is 11am. For myself who booked only a night stay that’s effectively just 20hrs. 3) you are only provided 1 set of key, which is necessary even for access to lift in the residence, it is very limiting, difficult when different people wish to go out at different timing.

Check in process is easy as guide was sent ahead or arrival House is clean and comfy. All is well prepared by host, just need to bring own clothes, tooth brush and tooth paste. Maybe a guide to the mall as we need to ask the security to get into the mall from the Residences lift.

• Allan (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is cosy n cooling even without Aircond on. The residence is above Paradigm mall and takes less than 5 min to get into the mall fr apartment. If you r looking for a place where you can get to do most of your shopping and meals this would be ideal. Mattress in master bedroom was a bit hard for me but nevertheless everything else was perfect. Overall no major complaints as unit n amenities is still very new n well maintained.

The unit was very new with part of the plastic still sticking to the aircon unit and the place was very quiet and the ground floor lift lobby was aircon-ed with a good ambience. Nothing - everything is fine.

Only 1 set of key/access card was provided. This is rather inconvenient when family is travelling in different groups. Blankets provided in single bed room is rather thin and small. Will be excellent if similar quality blankets are provided like the 2 queen size beds.
