Las camas muy cómodas enormes con un TV grande, el baño enorme y la ducha con muy buena presión. Había un montón de cosas de aseo, como cepillos de dientes, crema de dientes, gorro de baño etc. Tenía cada habitación mesa para planchar con su plancha y secador. Siempre nos regalaron botellas de agua, te, café etc. El hotel estaba muy bien El hotel muy muy bueno, pero nos tocó el alojamiento en el piso 4 y en el piso 3, el hotel se lo tenía alquilado a un spa y este spa estaba haciendo algunas reformas y de repente a la 12 am cuando llegamos al hotel escuchamos un taladro, martillo, movimientos de muebles. Es cierto que detectamos de donde venía el ruido la segunda noche y los del hotel hicieron bastante por intentar detectar de dónde provenía el ruido. A la tercera noche nos cambiaron a una habitación a la plata 7 y nos regalaron una bandeja con frutas por el inconveniente. Hay una construcción en frente del hotel pero parca de trabajar a las 10 pm y comienzan al día siguiente tipo 8 am (creo, nunca me despertó el ruido) La construcción como tal nunca nos molestó.

The amenities in the room, toilet seat functions came with a washer which no other hotels I stayed in during my stay had. They also had fans available as they only have heaters. So it was good that we could open the window. Bed was comfy, room clean, location awesome. They had a massage chair at the laundry room which was an awesome touch. Well nothing that I didn't like. But I was under impression that this was a bigger hotel, with a proper lobby. But nothing of that I didn't like.

- Sate_th (8/5): Great location - + Fantastic location, right at the intersection of metro lines 2, 12, and 13. + Our initial room was spacious enough to fully unpack our luggage. + Air conditioning worked very well. - Staff did not speak English. - There's a construction site next door that starts work very early in the morning, making it extremely loud. - Bad smell coming from the floor drain. - Shower's default setting is the rain shower, and it's difficult to switch to the handheld shower. - All our windows are greasy and hazy.

Reception staff should pay way more attention to the clients, no one even bother to notice our presence in the hotel. Mobile phones are more atrractive than customers, so it seems. Language barrier is one thing but lack of good will is another.

The vibe of the neighbourhood is very lively and relaxing is somewhere. The acoustic may need some improvement, can hear noises between floors at night. The noise from construction site across the street can be quite disturbance during morning

Great stay, the neighbourood is great many bars and restaurants around. 3 metro lines basically in font of hotel and very clear upscale area. Really a great pick.It also has free self service laundry which came handy Noise. The corner rooms with balcony are noisy because the door does not seal at all. Moreover there is construction in front of the hotel. Ask for a room in the opposite side, which still has nice street view but is super quiet

- Rosa (8/5): Great & convenience hotel to stay - The hotel waa clean close to metro station & food districts area. Eventho the entrance was small and the lift too but the facilities inside the room was awesome. The toilet like Japanese toilet, the room is big, comfortable for family especially with kids. Love the interiors. Sad, did not take any pic of it. I recommend this hotel & will be back to this hotel again someday if I visit shanghai.

- Yujie (5/5): Passable - Location is very good, room is clean. We were assigned with a no-window room with the same price as others. It was very hot in the room, and the air con was fixed (you can’t change the temperature yourself), it was very uncomfortable. My throat was dry, and we were sweating every night. The staff at the front desk told us they can’t offer us another room even under such condition. Also the room was quite small.

Small things - drain was blocked in shower, wall panel for electrical access had no signage and looked like a cut off panel on the wall, safe was not bolted down, scale in room was missing battery, water pressure not amazing.
- Yingtong (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very central! It's close to a few main subway lines so it's very easy to get around the city. The hotel upgraded my room which is a very kind gesture. I would recommend staying here!

- Simon (10/5): Not to miss. Must stay. - Easily the best room we've stayed in so far. Excellent service and product. Hotel allowed us to have an early check in at 12pm and leave our luggage at 7am when we arrived. Pay cash at the hotel to avoid the deposit thing that all hotels in China demand. No deposit, don't need frustrating refund. All service staff were polite and very helpful. Always service with a smile. Most impressed indeed. Hotel is literally 1 minute from a metro exit, line 2. Super convenient. Food places are all around so it's easy too. The balcony is superbly romantic as well as the 1920s building facade. I am going to miss staying there. Really is a great place to stay. Absolutely nothing

Missing some dayroom, because reception is small and open space. On last day we needed repack luggage and we needed to do it in front of everybody.
- Am-137 (9/5): Recommend - good value - Loved the staff as they were so friendly and helpful (Google Translate was very handy to have) and the hotels location was great + the hotel itself, while in a historic building, was so hitech!
- Guang (9/5): Great place to stay and of good price value in an amazing location! - Firstly the location is great, there are lots of things around and it is easy to travel in and out of the area via DiDi. There are lots of food nearby and some shopping, especially around Zhang Yuan and Urban Revivo. The room, sofa, and bed are super comfy and spacious. The toilet is pretty well in size but lacks a bathtub. Overall good, but need some improvement in minor details, like fixture to hang stuff or better utilisation of furnitures and space, it always have a feeling that something can be done better. Hence why I didn’t give a ten! Cleanliness can be improve upon, mostly at the smaller area of the floor space and the toilet. Could use better bed linen and duvet covers too, it sheds a lot, so is the towers especially the large bath ones. They shed like crazy and you can see it floating in the bathroom.

- Juno (6/5): The hotel location is great but noisy. Hotel property photos are wrong but overall a decent stay. - The location is awesome. There are lots of shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. The hotel is also on the same block of metro entrance. It was easy to call for rides. The 2 sets of laundry/washing machines in the common area was very useful. The staffs were nice and helpful. Ok first of all, some of the photos of the property on the website is deceiving. Maybe the hotel was bigger before, but I originally found the property because I was looking for a 5 star hotel called Cachet. I suspect Jinglai Bushe used to be Cachet and it used to be bigger and more grand, but was downsized at some point. Anyways, I think they should at least update their property photos. As of Sep 2024, there is construction going on next door and some mornings it gets really loud. I was woken up one morning at 9 am to sound of jack hammer. All of their rooms faces the construction site so there is no avoiding it. Thankfully when I stayed, it rained quite a bit so they weren't working every day so I was able to sleep. The water heater on my floor broke a few times so I had to call front desk to ask them to manually reset it. However it still meant I had to shower with Luke warm water for multiple days. The hotel staffs were very apologetic about it.
