Younnes (7/5): Good location, the sauna was a good extra - The location was excellent, walking distance from the center. Accommodation was clean, with everything needed in the room, and the sauna was nice. The blinders for the windows were great, they kept the room dark. A general place to eat with cutlery and plates would make it complete. The parking situation was a bit difficult. It was next to the building. It was secluded, so there were barely any passengers, which was nice. Unfortunately we got a scratch on it still as the parking space wasn't so big.

Nathalie (7/5): Top Lage - Perfekte Lage zwischen der Metro und Zentrum. Je max. 5 Minuten Laufweg. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Großzügiges Zimmer. Transport zum Flughafen wurde für 21€ organisiert. Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Spuren der Vorgänger im WC. Eingetrocknete Scheuermilch in der Wanne, die deshalb nicht benutzt werden konnte. Zimmer wurde nur einmal bei vier Nächten gereinigt. Einrichtung leider günstiger Ikea-Stil. Türen sehr hellhörig, aber für das Gäseverhalten kann keiner was.

Lo staff è stato cordiale, non avendo ospiti il giorno della nostra partenza ci ha lasciato la camera oltre l'orario del check out. I tre bagni, due ciechi e uno con una piccolissima finestra si trovano al piano sottostante rispetto alle due camere sul soppalco. Una camera non è oscurata durante la notte, pertanto la mattina la luce è fastidiosa. In generale la casa avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione generale

The hosts were great communicators, gave good instructions and were responsive to any questions. It could have benefitted from some rugs on the floors, more crockery in the kitchen and a kettle as we had to boil water on the hob to make tea.

Mark, Thomas & Thieas (8/5): Naples is wonderful! - We were allowed a 12pm early check in. The beds are very comfortable They kept our bags until 3:30pm. There was no hot water on first day. You can imagine after we returned from siteseeing all day to find this. Host had not checked before giving apartment. There are a lot of stairs, says first floor but equal to 3rd floor. The Lift is very, very slow and only for 2 people. You MUST walk at least one flight even with lift, as it does not arrive at proper floor. Plus the apartment had steep stairs within room 3. The terrace in the room is on it's own level with additional stairs, which we never used as it wasn't conveniently located. Stairs were no problem for us as we averaged 25,000 steps a day, but people should know. Tv in lower bedroom was not connected to the internet and the heating wasn't good in lower bathroom. Upper bathroom has stained bedroom ceiling.

He was annoyed when questions were asked… when I asked how to work the air conditioning his answer was, it works like every othered one… mine does not operate with a remote control and being the remote was by the TV there would be no reason I would not think it was for the TV.. after his rude answer, I had to contact again, after not being able to use it to cool the room… he did not have the decency to simply advise. Any question asked of him left me feeling I was an idiot… this guy has no grace and please be forewarned… he obviously does not like people and should get out of the tourist industry . The housekeeper just stared when asked a question… and finally would respond, ‘ call the owned’ I explained he did not respond; but as I stated above, when he finally did it was with great annoyance and rudeness!

La camera era dotata di comfort di lusso, sauna , doccia con esperienza sensoriale e vasca da bagno. La vasca da bagno era situata nella camera da letto, sembrava una cosa molto interessante ma in realtà non manteneva il calore dell’acqua. L’ascensore era claustrofobico.

Helen (6/5): Not coming back! - The rooms were clean. The staff were pleasant. The property is in a convent and you had to climb 10+ steps to get up to the main entrance. And when you have luggages, it becomes dangerous. But also the elevator is so tiny we couldn’t fit ourselves along w our luggages. The steps to go up to and down three floors wasn’t easy. By evening, the entrance to our lodging was the hangout of teenagers and drunk people. I don’t recommended it!

Eduardo (1/5): Nápoles maravillosa. La gente un encanto. El apartamento poco acogedor, inhóspito y muy caro - La ubicación Es un piso no apto para personas mayores. Los taxis no pueden acceder y para ir al centro hay que subir escaleras difíciles. Llegamos a Nápoles a las 11 de la noche de un sábado en un vuelo desde Alicante. Y los dueños solo nos mandaron el teléfono, la ubicación y el acceso por WatsUpp el mismo sábado cuando ya estábamos volando y no había cobertura. Fue un milagro que pudiéramos comunicarnos después de horas. La habitación no tiene armario y la "terraza" es un balconcito muy cutre con vistas a los basureros. Hemos descubierto hoteles en la zona muchísimo mejores y mas baratos. Una estafa.
