• Biancamaria (4/5): Soggiorno pericoloso - Ho apprezzato il fatto che il bagno fosse all’interno della camera e il letto era molto comodo. Non mi è piaciuta la poca disponibilità dell’host che non ha risposto a nessuno dei messaggi sulla piattaforma di Booking. Inoltre, il posto era rumorosissimo, c’era una confusione totale proveniente da tutte le altre stanze e continue grida, impossibile riposare. La stanza non era pulita e il quartiere in cui è collocata la struttura è piuttosto degradato.

• KELECHI (1/5): Terrible and Pathetic - There was no breakfast served and I was denied access to the room for two nights, which was quite unfortunate. I would appreciate if my two days access to the room that was denied could be refunded to me Thanks Kelvin Kelechi Nothing important tickles my fancy about the apartment

Il a laissé quelqu'un qui ne parlait pas français ni anglais que le portugais on a dû communiquer pas le traducteur Google en ligne. Qui me dira qu'il ne pouvait pas m'accueillir car il y a eu fuite de gaz et que je serai remboursé. Le tout, rien a été bon. L'hôte injoignable. Déception totale

• Sourav (5/5): value for money and close to center. - Lady at apartment was accommodating even though in languages it is not written english, she helped with manageable english. one of the WC commode was jam and couldn't use. We couldn't use but kitchen and common area was nice and clean. one of the wc commode was jammed. and there was only one left to use.
• Laura (2/5): Very poor - The location is in a bad area, i could hear everything happening on the room next door, including they having sex early in the morning so ive got the whole hostel experience paying more, furniture is not comfortable and the toilets are not great either, trust me you would have more comfort in a hostel in the city center

• Jona (7/5): Very welcoming and lovely hosts. Nice and comfy rooms. - The location of the property is in a outer district of Brussels, which allows for calm and cozy nights. Also the staff is very nice as this is a family run property. Big thanks to Luca :) Also there is a kitchen area and washing machines. As they are new on booking and the property is being renovated, one of the shared bathrooms shower is not working. But besides that it has a lot of potential.

• David (7/5): Warm host, diamond-in-the-rough, great budget option - We were able to make a last-minute booking (hours before arrival) with no problem. We were welcomed warmly by the owner's son who went out of his way to be helpful to us. Note: This home is presently being renovated to become a very nice place to stay, but right now it is a diamond in the rough. I have no doubt future visitors will find it beautiful in the future, but right now it is in a state of transition. It is a great option for the budget-minded traveler. I'm sure future visitors will rate this property higher when the renovations are complete. Renovations are not yet complete, but the price is low to compensate.
• Gudmundur (7/5): Nice stay for good price - Clean room and resturants near , my stay was nice and I had no problems walking around outside, good price for the room in Brussel Belgium Little bit far from city Center Brussel 2.9 km but Ok for me because I like walking around.
